Exceptional cases. I own three of the 935 versions. Excellent customer service. The cases I ordered were out of stock and back-ordered. I spoke with two sales reps and they took care of a prompt refund. (ordered the cases through B&H) Great thing is - everyone I spoke to is bi-lingual - French and English. Excellent company with superb products.

They didn't send my order for two weeks. And no reply to my e-mail (I sent almost 5 different e-mail).
Phone line customer service is good but problem with communicate with other department. They promised me to solve the problem and sent me e-mail the day after with totally different story with my order from phone customer service department.
And I finally got my order and the product came with damage (not from shipping company) so I sent another e-mail to them and no reply again.
Not complain about every thing about the company but there are huge broken line in some department and communication. Don't know what they gonna do with my order again. I'm just tired to deal with it.

The cases they sell are really good. Unfortunate problem with fulfillment but was rectified eventually. CSR were great but I don't know about those folks filling the orders.

I had recently ordered a lid organizer for the Nanuk 940. Unfortunately, the one I received had a problem with the Velcro adhesive. After a quick chat with the fantastic Jean-Michel, a new one is already on the way. Both this company’s products and their customer service is outstanding. Though pricy, you get what you pay for and can trust them to resolve any issues that may pop up. If you’re In the market for a top quality hard case, I highly recommend you consider giving Nanuk your business.

I routinely pack up to 100 lbs of assorted NFA firearms and ammo into the 995 for air travel with four non-TSA compliant padlocks in the holes.
Luggage handling gorillas managed to break padlocks and scuff the case, but they haven't yet broken the case.
They'll no doubt keep trying.

I purchased a Nanuk 910 Classic 2 UP from Platicase and I love my case! Sturdy built, nice quality foam inside, and nice desert tan colour! There are two pre-cut inserts to put 2 pistols Inside. I have a CZ 85 Combat, a Smith & Wesson stainless 1911 Pro Series and a Sig Sauer P226 Stainless and they all fit comfortably inside the case. Plus, you can place up to 4 magazines. Single stack 1911 style magazines also fit. The foams for the magazines are also pre-cut. This case is also fitted with a pressure equalizer for those who need to take an airplane for your travels or competitions. Furthermore, it's made in Canada so you can rest assured you have a quality product. The people at Plasticase are also great to deal with and know their products. I highly recommend Nanuk cases and Plasticase.

Got both the single handgun and the quad gun cases. Awesome products. Trigger lock slot is a big bonus for Canadian regulation!
