J'ai eu une expérience excellente chez NAPA Autopro. Alex m'a été recommandé par un autre mécanicien, et je ne pourrais être plus satisfait. Malgré son emploi du temps chargé, il a pris le temps de vérifier un bruit dans ma voiture. Il a non seulement identifié rapidement le problème, mais a aussi réussi à faire la réparation le jour même. Je recommande vivement!

Une belle trouvaille pour moi. Un garage fiable avec des techniciens honnêtes qui vous donne l'heure juste et qui ne vous recommandent pas de faire des travaux inutiles. Ce garage m'aura dorénavant comme client régulier c'est certain.

I personally have good knowledge of car mechanics, and I would say the people who are working here know their job. They explained things in detail for me and listened to what I said about the problems of my car. I am very happy with their service and the type of their communication, which is very rare in Canada.

Had a great experience, only charges for what I needed, the technician who served me (Alex) was straight to the point and did a great job.

I was planning to post a review about this garage for a couple of weeks, but my delay allowed me to evaluate the quality of the brake job done on my truck. Now I can share the feedback with more confidence:)

The place is small, but the team seems to be up to the challenge. Very warm reception, friendly service, the moment I arrived my vehicle was taken care of. The technicians do seem to like doing their work. I watched them working on my vehicle and others, cannot say anything bad about what I observed. The brake job I requested was done quickly, as discussed, the end result is totally satisfactory. Will be back with other jobs in the future.

Wow! Première expérience à ce garage, j’ai eu un problème urgent avec ma voiture et ils m’ont pris tout de suite, ont fait des pieds et des mains pour m’aider le plus rapidement possible. Super travail et personnel vraiment chaleureux et sympathique. Je vais revenir assurément!
