As a bride it is extremely stressful looking for the perfect dress. I have already visited several places before going to Natalia Exclusif; however, even though the dresses were nice the customer service wasn't. But at Natalia Exclusif, I literally felt as a bride, they were listening to my concerns, my wants, my needs and of course what shape suits my body type. I loved their expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to any bride.

I am getting married this summer and one of my friend recommended me to go check out Natalia exclusif for my wedding dress.

I live in Toronto but originally from Montreal. I was in town so decided to check out the store (did not have in mind that I will buy anything that day).

I was served by Natalia (the owner) and she was so kind and helpful. She let me try on so many dresses. I already have a style in mind. However, she asked me if I trusted her and asked me to try on dresses that she has picked for me.

GUESS WHAT!? I ended up with the dress she picked for me! When my mom saw me with THE dress, she had tears and I felt so elegant with it.

Natalia is so understanding and respectful. She asked me to try on the model that I initially wanted and I realised that her professional point of view was right!

Also, Diana was a HUGE help as well. I went to pick up my dress this week and she was so friendly and helpful. I love how they will give their honest opinion on what suits better on us. She helped me choose a veil that matches my dress as well.

We also got my mom’s dress (mother of the bride) from Natalia Exclusif. Diana was so patient with my mom. She knew what kind of styles fits my mom’s body shape well. Diana was really fun to work with. I recommend her service 100%

Overall, we LOVED our experience and we recommend their store to everyone. We did not felt the pressure to buy anything. We really love the one on one experience. We did not felt that we were rushed to go because of other upcoming appointment. They really focus their time on US. They really understood what we wanted. I have to customise some part of my dress and the final result was just PERFECT! Great quality of the materials and fabric.

Best Experience in Montreal! The most gorgeous selection of high quality European dresses. The service is excellent, Natalia is very patient, kind, extremely helpful, has great taste, and fun to talk to! They dont pressure you to buy, they geniunly want you to find the dress that is right for you. I found my dream wedding dress there and both my mom and my sister found their evening dresses, along with beautiful accessories. I will definitely be coming back every time I need occasion wear! Natalia, la propriétaire, est très gentille et elle a beaucoup d'expérience: ça se voit. Je me suis sentie en confiance dès le début. Ma robe était parfaite au premier essayage et je n'ai eu aucune retouche à faire. L'employée qui m'a aidée à choisir mon voile à mon essayage était très gentille aussi. Found my dream dress here today! Diana was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. (and fun to talk to!) She somehow knew the things that I would like and dislike before I even did myself. I love that she was very honest and I think her input is really what helped guide me towards the right dress. I'm very excited to get married in it!

I think it is also important to point out that (after doing a bit of research on Montreal bridal boutiques) the dresses at Natalia Exclusif are actually extremely reasonably priced, which does not detract from the quality at all. The quality is impeccable. Also, they are the only boutique in Montreal I found that carries Papilio bridal dresses. Therefore, Natalia and Diana obviously have the best taste in all of Montreal.: D

Très belle collection de robes qui sont confortables. Vos mensurations sont prises au haut du corps pour que la dentelle soit mieux ajustée et que vous ayez moins de retouches à faire après.

Voici mon experience chez natalia exclusif boutique de robe de mariée à montrèal

J’ai été magasiner ma robe en octobre avec ma meilleure amie. J’ai été servis par Diana, l’essayage s’est bien passée, j’ai eu un coup de coeur dès le 2ieme essayage. Puis Diana m’a suggéré un option sur ma robe qui était de faire modifier la robe initiale soit de retirer les boutons du dos pour avoir une fermeture éclair sur le coté. J’étais très satisfaite. Puis vint le covid19, mariage reporté, dejà une deception, mais ce n’est que le début. La propriétaire Natalia, me propose de m’envoyer ma robe par la poste, je n’ai aucun probleme avec cela, je veux simplement verifier que toute les modifications avaient bien été faites tel que mentionner à l’achat. Elle me dit: oui tout a été fait tel que commandé. J’ai eu un drole d’impression, j’ai payer ma facture en réécrivant mon adresse postale complete. Puis dans l’apres midi je recoit un appel de la propriétaire qui me dit que ma robe a été commander tel que le modele, (c’est à dire AVEC les boutons) elle me dit que je n’ai pas écris sur la facture de retirer les boutons et faire les modification, je lui dit que ce n’est pas mon erreur de ne pas l’avoir écris mais que c’etait la responsabilité de sa vendeuse, qui sois dit en passant niait que j’avais demander un tel changement à ma robe. Bref j’ai eu un service a la clientele médiocre, aucune compassion, aucune reconnaissance de LEUR erreur, de l’arrogance et de la nonchalence de la propriétaire qui me traitait presque de menteuse. (Ma seule erreur a ete de ne pas regarder ma facture comme il faut puisque je faisais confiance a la vendeuse, car moi et ma meilleure amie lui avons répeter au moins 5 fois: donc la robe n’aura pas de boutons et aura une fermeture eclaire sur le coté? Et elle nous l’affirmait. Ce n’est pas tout. J’attendais donc avec impatience ma robe puisque j’en avait par dessus la tête de comment j’ai ete traité, et imaginez vous donc qu’elle n’a pas envoyer ma robe aux bon endroit. (Mais je lui avait envoyer par courriel l’adresse complete.) une chance qu’avec des recherches et un bon voisinage j’ai pu récuperer ma robe, mais meme encore là selon la propriétaire j’avais presque l’air fautive.

Alors pensez y bien si vous allez là! Les robes sont belle mais le services et l’attitude de la propriétaire est clairment à revoir. Pour une robe de mariée je m’attendais a un service à la clientele adéquate! Sinon verifiez vos papier et faite tout tout inscrire et par courriel pour garder des preuves.

Ma fille et moi avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer sur notre route dans la recherche de « La robe de mariée » la Boutique Natalia Exclusif rue Beaubien Est à Montréal. Nous avons été reçu par un personnel expérimenté et respectueux du budget de ma fille. Pas de snobisme. Des vendeuses aguerries qui se soucient de vos goûts mais qui vous demandent aussi de leur faire confiance.
Diana (notre vendeuse) en regardant ma fille et ses choix a su tout de suite quelles robes lui faire essayer. Elle les a même placées en ordre pour que les 2 dernières soient les robes qui iraient le mieux à ma fille! Bonne vendeuse vous dites? Elle savait la robe que ma fille choisirait!
Et tout cela dans un beau climat de complicité et de détente. Les tissus et la confection sont bien au-delà de d’autres boutiques. Puisque nous avons visitées une dizaine de boutiques à Montréal et en Ontario, je peux vous assurer que le rapport qualité/prix est incroyable. Après tous ces essais nous sommes revenues à notre coup de foudre chez Natalia.
Merci profondément à Natalia et Diana pour leur complicité dans notre bonheur et aux merveilleux souvenirs de ce moment unique pour une mère et sa fille.

All the dresses from the Florence collection are breathtaking and the quality is exceptional! It was the first and only store I needed to visit because I found my dream dress, which ended up being the first dress I tried on! We highly recommend this boutique!

I bought my wedding dress from Natalia Exclusif this winter and I have to say that my experience with them was great! I thought buying my dress was going to be so hard, but this was the first place I went to, and I bought the second dress I tried!

I was intimidated at first about the money questions right at the beginning (they are very direct), but to be hones this ended up being great as they only showed me dresses that I could afford.

Diana was awesome, she immediately found dresses that fitted my style. She also stepped in for me answering the questions from family and friends that I didn’t want or wasn’t ready to answer. She made me feel very confortable.

What also helped me to have a better experience is the fact that I knew what designers they have and I knew what dresses I liked.

Service parfait en petit commité salon privatisé. La qualité des robes est fantastiques comparé aux boutiques générales de mariage a Montréal où les robes font plus cheap. La propriétaire sait écouter vos désirs et est de très bon conseil. Pour celle qui recherche le chic et la sobriété à l'européenne c'est le lieu parfait.

I found the dress of my dreams as soon as I checked the website & walked in. Diana was amazing!

Called sales rep two days prior about finding evening gown and told to just come in and look at their selection, no mention of appointment needed which seemed normal since many bridal shops don't demand appointments when shopping for evening gowns. Arrived at the store and immediately asked to leave by the same sales rep while having appointment card shoved at me. Explained situation of misunderstanding and that I drove a long time to get to the store so asked if I could please take a visual tour of their inventory, even if just a small portion of it, to see if it's worth my while to come back on appointment/buy while promising not to touch/try anything. At the same time other customers were encouraged to look at their inventory while sales rep would be in the back room so obviously not against their rules to have people look at the dresses unsupervised. But the dresses are apparently forbidden to the eyes of people without appointment because I was shooed out without even a ''sorry'' for my lost afternoon of travel. I'm actually curious if I would have gotten chased off the street for looking at their dresses through the window without an appointment. If you're going to be that strict about people peering at your clothes without appointment you should really make a point of telling them to book a time when they call you rather than "come to the store and take a look". Please learn to respect other people's time.

Natalia's store has beautiful european imported dresses, I am absolutely in love with my gown and Diana was soo nice and caring. I highly recommend this store!
