Officiellement la pire branche de la Banque Nationale. Dans les dernières années, c'est le déclin total. La qualité des services est totalement absente et que dire des conseillers, qui sont les pires incompétents.
À moins que vous souhaitez perdre de l'argent, éviter carrément cette place!
We always wait in line because there under staffed and I have been wait for them to let me use my bank card at the guichet for 1 year and a half since my faud and they haven't fixed it this is the worst bank I've ever been to.
National bank has been giving good service overall however I had a really disappointing experience with this branch in particular. I was supposed to go to the notary on Wednesday 7 june, so in anticipation I had asked the thursday 1st june to withdraw my money from my investment account to deposit into my chequing. My advisor had told me it takes 1-2 business days so I was not stressed. However tuesday the money was still not in my account and I tried to reach this branch and there is not a single soul who answers the calls. No return either. One of the most stresfull situation in my life and no one from this branch was helping me
Very bad experiences. Every time I go there. A bunch of Arab people asking for confidential information knowing they can’t do that. And they give the worst services every danm time even if you have an appointment they’ll never receive you. Just frustrating.
Since Manon and France are not there any longer, the bank went down in their service to customers. I went to the stm machine withdrawal my money and left without taking it, after leaving the bank 5 min went to my car that was parked in the parking lot. Realized I had forgotten my money, advised the manager and nothing was done. Manager at the time (2022-05) could have seen the cameras, No empathy whatsoever! Thank god he is not there no more. The staff has changed, not friendly, no empathy for customers.
