National Bank World MasterCard Lounge

Le salon VIP de la Banque Nationale a été une expérience tout à fait remarquable. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un professionnalisme exemplaire et une attention personnalisée.

L'espace du salon est élégamment aménagé, offrant un environnement calme et confortable. Les installations modernes, associées à un design raffiné, créent une atmosphère propice à la détente et à la concentration.

Le personnel du salon VIP a dépassé mes attentes en termes de service. Leur courtoisie et leur disponibilité ont rendu mon passage à la banque non seulement efficace mais aussi agréable. Les petites attentions, telles que des rafraîchissements de qualité, ont ajouté une touche supplémentaire à cette expérience haut de gamme.

Dans l'ensemble, le salon VIP de la Banque Nationale offre un niveau de service exceptionnel qui élève véritablement l'expérience bancaire. Pour ceux qui recherchent un traitement privilégié et un environnement exclusif, ce salon est un choix incontournable.

I find it very interesting that it boasts 230 seats seating capacity and that they make you wait an hour and fifteen minutes on a waiting list only to get in to an empty room (almost empty inside, maybe 40 people tops). Glad I got 20min to eat a boring meal of beef and vegetables with canned fried rice. Not to mention I got to chug a draft beer in a rush before having to leave. Almost makes the admission worth it. Almost.

It was a good place to have a pre flight dinner before boarding. The day we went it was very crowded so we had to wait in a waiting list. The waiting time depends on how much people there were.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The food is good. The beverages are fine. The view is nice.
Overall a good experience.
In my case I had a Dragonpass membership with my Visa Credit card, they had to charge me 32 USD per person, but still I think is worth it.

Nice lodge with free food, I would recommend if you have Mastercard world elite and can get in for free. Really a nice place to spend time if you are on a long transit.

Was nice and quiet when we were there (~10: 30-11: 40am). Decent food and drink. Kind and courteous staff.

Nous étions là le 17 septembre 2023 pas beaucoup d’affluence, la moquette est mal propre, les toilettes pas propre, certaines chaises de le salon n’ont simplement pas été nettoyer.

Obviously people reviewing this have never been to a real business lounge. What a dump! Huge lines outside with random travellers, terrible food (frozen cooked veggies, rice & chicken + some poor salad choices is always the menu) and cheap alcohol. How Air France, British Airways, Qatar airways give business to these guys is a mystery and a pain for their customers.

Je ne peux partager grand choses, car on nous dit qu'on va nous envoyer un texto dans 20 minutes. Ça fait 45 minutes et toujours pas de texto notre embarquement est dans 20 minutes. Je me suis dépêché de prendre cette carte pour bénéficier de ce service aujourd'hui, et je ne pourrais même pas. Je vais rendre cette carte qui m'a coûté $200.

Went on a waitlist and were not even able to access the lounge. What's the point of paying for access when they are unable to accommodate….

I love this lounge especially because it has a little area for small kids. The food is delicious and has a great selection of of drinks as well. The family restroom is spacious and clean. This is the perfect spot for a layover in Montreal. It's not too far from the gates and the staff are friendly and helpful. It gets full fast so best to download the app and reserve ahead of time.

Pas impressionné par l'organisation qui nous fait attendre plus d'une heure a la porte quand l'endroit est à peine à moitié plein. Probablement des quotas selon la banque d'où provient votre carte. À l'image du service médiocre de la Banque Nationale.

We had a business class ticket but had to wait 30min before entering. It was only half full.

It was a very good experience being in the National Bank YUL lounge. We arrived from the West Coast and needed to wait for a connection to Europe. It was very busy there, and we were put on the waiting list. It didn't take long to receive a call. Surprised by friendly and professional service, we went inside to find a very clean and well designed establishment. Good selection of food, drinks, and once more excellent service.

Most crowded lounge ever. Most of the time, you need to get in line and wait to register to waiting list. Yes, you need to wait to get into waiting list because their link (QR) doesn't work. Then you need to wait more than an hour in the waiting list, yes just to get in. You might need to wait again in the second floor while they check your information since there is a queue there as well. Just not normal. However, If the lunge is not full and there is no waiting list, then its a good lounge.

A very relaxing lounge with good food and a good bar service.
The best part of this lounge though is the exceptional host, Mr. Martin, who always greets you with the most gracious and friendliest service which is such a refreshing relief from the stress of travelling. Thank you Martin!

La cuisine est descente, le personnel super en revanche c'est rendu la foire. Il y a vraiment trop de monde. J'y vais depuis plusieurs années mais là c'est rendu qu'il y a une liste d'attente avec message texte. A l'intérieur c'est le zoo. Bref on est plus du tout dans l'esprit d'un salon mais d'un buffet continental.

Seul les gens ayant la carte Mcard World Élite peuvent accéder gratuitement. Tous les autres détenteurs de cartes Banque Nationale doivent payer 42,50$ par personne. Cette information n'est tout simplement pas divulguée lorsqu'on s'inscrit sur la liste d'attente. C'est une fois que tu as attendu et qu'on t'appelle qu'on te le dit.

Nice place to visit and relax. Good lunch. We had some rice chicken salad and vegetables. The bar has a good choice of drinks and as an dessert we had some red velvet/ cookies and cake. Place was cleaned every time and food was refilled all the time.

Food was nothing to write home about. Lounge was only 1/3 full and still an hour wait to get in, but at least they had a wait list and text you when it's your turn.

Malheureusement plus de places disponibles lors de notre arrivée au salon et une attente pour y accéder selon l'ordre de priorité d'arrivée et nous étions au moins une vingtaine de personnes a attendre. Le salon ferme à 21: 30 et notre vol était à 23: 40.

Impossible d'accéder au salon, alors qu'on paye pour un service. Après une attente bien longue, au milieu de plusieurs dizaines de passagers auquel l'accès a été refusé, une fois sur place les lieux étaient loin d'être bondés. Un autre problème qui frappe YUL.

Probably the most unpleasant lounge I have ever been in run by the most unpleasant people. I can find nothing post to say. They wave in some people and it seems airline customers are told to wait - a shambles. British airways you can do much better than this.
