After almost 1000 rentals from National and having Executive Elite status.this location is no doubt the worst experience I've had renting from National. I arrived at the location on Aug 7,2023, shortly after my pickup time, to find no Emerald Service, no folder on the wall, no preprinted contract. After a wait of 90 minutes (yes, 1.5 hours in line), which included the computers going down for updates (where they had to start writing manual contracts!), I finally was able to get a car. This location had 2 staff on the counter, with another staff in the back room which I'm not sure what he was doing, he would pop out every now and then but did not assist with helping to clear the long lineup. With each reservation, the staff member would have to go to the lot to bring the car up for the customer. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION - just go to the airport and get a rental.you'll save yourself a lot of frustration!

I am an executive elite with National. It’s a very slow location. While only 2 people ahead of me, had to wait for more than half an hour. Rude agent (Emanuel) started giving me lecture when I just asked him on why it’s been taking a long time. I can definitely feel his racist behavior on a full display. This was the worst experience ever I can think of. Avoid this location if you can.

Will definitely be contacting National corporate for this inappropriate behavior

Zero cars available with one weeks’ notice given. I’m flexible with my dates, but they can not accommodate me for any day within a 1-2 week window.

You will need an additional hour when you arrive in order for them to clean and wash the vehicle and bring it up from the parkade for you even though they knew you were coming! Services Almo as well as National, so the treatment is the same. Seems to be specific to this location

I had a confirmed reservation, and after 45min of waiting at the location they just simply told me they don't have a car! The lady was quite rude as well!
Last time I used this particular rental location.

When I went to rent it a van with my father the man that was there was very friendly and he explained everything. Only problem I had is when I returned the vehicle and told the person that I put more gas then what I received and he said he has to verify and it will take 2 days and I will get a call. Until now I didnt get a call or anything. Also I told the man there a problem with ventilation of the car and he said it is normal but I will verify 2 days get back with you. It is very disappointed service when we return the car. I would not recommend anyone.

Very poor service the representatives are very racist, they will provide rentals to their regulars on top of you when you travel. I had a last minute reservation which was unfulfilled so I asked them to make sure to fulfill the following day they hung up the phone then wouldn’t speak English or
Acknowledge it was a nightmare I hope National
Enterprise will overlook the behaviour of their representatives!
