I was hesistant to do it, since I've heard that it might be return back due to insufficient ink or not properly done. But they accepted it and now I got my license. I did my document in other place after here and it was way faster and cheaper. Plus here I didn’t get some help to fill up my document.

Je croyais que mes chances était mince, presque impossible que j’obtienne mon pardon. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been in business for 10 years now and I know very well the importance of great customer experience. This office was exceptional from the very start. I’ve been dealing with the NPC of Montréal for about 4 years now and I’ve never felt anything less than respected. They listening to my situation and were very helpful every step of the way. But the shining star of this office is the manager Mrs Kery Wallis. She’s very professional and was very helpful from day one. You can clearly tell that she cares about her team and customers! I’ll be referring the national pardon center of Montréal to anyone in need of their services. Thank you again!

Broken system!
They couldn’t find the existing customers on their system.
I did my fingerprints here but when I confirmed with RCMP, RCMP said this company forgot to fill some numbers on my files. That’s why my file got lost.
I called to re-send my fingerprints to RCMP and the lady tried to charge me 2nd time.
Well, I suppose to pay 1 time for their job, not twice.

It finally came. It took almost 2 years (backlog in the Government) but worth it. Quite easy people to deal with streamlined process, very happy.

Worst service ever. What a wast of time and money. I did the fingerprints and sent it as an urgent mail to the US, the agency in the US rejected the fingerprint. They mentioned that not only fingerprints were not done professionally, but the document was not stamped nor mentioned their address so that the recipient know that the fingerprint agency is authorized to do so. When I did my fingerprints, they gave me the document with the person’s name and date, with a separate regular paper with the name of the person and the name of the place, that seemed very illegitimate to officials. So, I ended up not only paying for their wrong service, but for same day delivery to the US that were not accepted. I went there based on my friends recommendation after I told them about my awful experience. Not only this Commissioners place is super professional, respectful and way cheaper, but the client before me in the line does not speak English or French, he barley was able to communicate. I highly admired the professionalism, the culture difference awareness and patience the agent has while helping the person before me.

DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!
I paid over $700 for them to help me with a US entry waiver in late 2019 then the pandemic hit, and my application was not able to be submitted with the boarder closure. The following year, I tried contacting them with no luck and figured my money was lost. Today, i finally got a call back from them, and they requested i pay them an additional $500 for them to submit my application.they claim to have tried to get a hold of me which i haven't seen any emails or calls, which wouldn't make sense since i had given them over $700, and have been trying to either get my money back or have them submit my application. They are, simply put, a total scam. They are not even listed on the BBB website as a valid company.

J'ai eu une expérience très positive. Je les recommanderais à tous ceux qui ont besoin d'aide pour obtenir un pardon.

The process was easy enough, i was given the whole information and the application was done well, n complaints.

If you are unlucky like me, had new receptionist to help you, you told the receptionist you need request for another country, the name got wrong spelling, (even you given the pass to let her copy), the wrong purpose of application, the worst thing after you talk to their manager, you found out you were charged twice for the wrong one. And all these faults are yours, you didn’t check the form carefully, you didn’t say your request clearly to make the receptionist understand… And you request refund, No reply… But if you are luck enough, there are a nice girl can help you efficiently, she will make sure you have the right one that you need. For the price, here is really more expensive than another center. But the location is really convenient, but if I need anything in the future, with this horrible experience I will definitely go to another one.

Making mistakes in the application was a big worry for me as i had gone through a bad experience before. Well NationalPardon delievred. Working with the staff and getting advice all along really made me feel confident and the result was amazing, finally the record is cleared. Happy:) and thanks

Je viens de recevoir mes pardons par la poste aujourd'hui et je me sens comme une nouvelle personne.
Bien que cela prenne un certain temps, ce que je sais, ce n'est pas entre les mains de National Pardon.
J'ai eu une excellente expérience. Les agents sont formidables avec qui travailler. Dès le début, ils m'ont fourni des instructions et des informations claires et connaissaient l'ensemble du processus. J'ai l'impression qu'un poids m'a été enlevé et que le fardeau d'avoir ce record appartient enfin au passé, grâce à l'aide de National pardon!

Worst service ever and a total Rip off, I have booked an appointment and paid the fees, got tested positive with Covid and couldn’t make it to my appointment neither being in healthy mental situation to cancel it, 2 days laters when I started feeling better I emailed them and asked for a rebooking considering the latter and how hard the situation was which is way behind mine or the world control (COVID 19), they refused and asked me for a proof of test!
I totally don’t recommend the place, unprofessional and Insincere, there are many other places in Montreal to visit instead and cheaper, I will definitely be suing them as soon as the holiday is over.

Excellent service - very personable and helpful. The emails and phone calls we received form them were very professionals. The staff were exceptional helpful in our case. The service they provide was excellent and well worth the money spent - great service.

I was greeted with courtesy and my needs were met quickly and efficiently. This is a bureaucracy that works!
