Amazing love this store so much amazing customer service, the best healthy products in the city.

I love Nature sante. They have all the snacks I can’t get from the states and on top of that they have great customer service.

If you wanna feel like you're unwelcome all the while paying an exorbant price for "natural" products - this place is it!
In my ignorance, I bought a product in excitement. Find out once I'm home it's expired and was charged full price.

Can't believe even they are asking for TIPS when checking out.we shouldn't have to supplement your workers pay, especially when inflation is an all time high. Some people can barely afford groceries.

Thank you! My grandkids are coming and I looked EVERYWHERE on-line for the specialty peanut butter my granddaughter adores and was running out of time—SAVED by Nature Sante. Not only could they source it but got it delivered in 2 days. Miracle!

Food was packed very well. Cold pa is were still frozen when the box arrived. Tracking was great. I would order from them again.

No idea how my last review was removed. Beware of this company…worst customer service I have ever experienced and products come packaged terribly. My last review of my experience was much longer and detailed but they somehow removed it…this is not an honest company.

Awful customer service. I wanted to return a defective item that I had opened. I discovered its issue within normal usage (silk dental floss). There are some stores that do accept returns on such items so I checked the receipt and store site for their return policy. There wasn’t one laid out for in-store purchases. I then spoke with an employee. They admitted that it wasn’t clear and suggested I talk to the manager since it’s his call. Fair. This manager was completely disrespectful and rude. He would consistently cut me off when I spoke, was blatantly flippant, combative, and tried to blame me for the defectiveness of the product to avoid any responsibility as the manager and self-proclaimed owner of the store. When I called him out on his treatment towards me he denied it and said that I’m the argumentative one.if you want to stick to your store’s policy (that you created!) that’s one thing but in no way does anyone deserve to be spoken to like that.
Do not recommend at all. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff is cordial but I cannot in good faith recommend this store to anyone because of the owner’s behavior. There are better local health stores in the city that will at least treat you with basic human decency.

Boycott! Awful online delivery experience for two orders. After providing photo evidence of the items with issues, the owner refused to refund items that arrived and was extremely rude. They have no morals or respect for others. In regards to the store, it is disastrous in terms of organization and getting around. Their prices are usually 30% higher than items on Amazon and other local organic grocery stores.

I have always loved what's available in Nature Sante and have tried to visit whenever I was in the city as I live in the West Island. I was so excited when I found out they deliver to my area! I ordered some groceries for delivery and had a wonderful experience, two of my items where out of stock and I was notified and refunded right away.

I think it would be really great to maybe get a more solid delivery time as the window was about five hours. I would also love for the search options on the website to be narrowed down a bit more, for example a button for just vegan chocolate or vegan cheese as I accidently bought some chocolate with dairy in it (it was my mistake for thinking the entire Unreal brand was vegan, opps).

I'm so thankful for all they have to offer and how accessible they make their groceries.

This store is quite messy and a disappointment! Their prices are heavily inflated. My wife and I ordered online from their online delivery service in Montréal and 1 item was expired and many were crushed. They don't put ice packs! They offered us to come in store to get a refund but we order online not to have to go in-person evidently.

They have so many products I was astonished. They are lacking in some breads that I can find at the grocery store. However, I did find the place to be messy. There was also some expired products. As well, some products were severely overpriced like the Siete tortillas.

I love how you do same-day delivery in Montreal! However, sometimes the driver doesn't drop it off at my door (I live in an apartment) and I don't get a notification about where/when it was left in the lobby. I would appreciate it if there was some communication if it's not able to be dropped off at my door. Otherwise, you guys are the BEST in Montreal and I love shopping with you!

Your prompt communications was the most impressive. Please consider wrapping goods with more robust packaging to secure and buffer product intact. It was noticed the carrier is very rough with handling of the package. It resulted in some indentation of the product packaging and breaking of seal of the package shipped. Received my order today with one missing item, and most of them expires in Feb and early March of 2022 and one even in Jan. If I order the puffs from iHerb their products won't expire until June of next year. These are for my baby at least have the decency to send us products that are not close to expiring.

Update: Thank you for taking care of the missing item in a timely manner. Just a suggestion, it would be helpful if you add the expiry date on the product like another retailer does, thus the customer doesn't need to put in an extra note. However, I appreciate your quick advice. Have a nice day!

Delivery to Calgary was within a reasonable time. The one thing I was a bit surprised about is the substituted one of the cases of bars I ordered with a bunch of other flavors without contacting me. I would have likely chosen a different flavor instead of a multitude of flavor substitutes. For next time I would hope that they would contact prior to substitution. This was my first time buying from Nature Sante

This has to be one of the most crowded health stores in Montreal, but that's because they stock so much amazing, vital stuff. You'll find things here that are hard to find in Montreal, like hawthorn tea and Traumacare anti-inflammatory products, in addition to foods, drinks, vitamins, natural beauty products, incense, etc.

The owners and staff work hard and go the extra mile to provide excellent service and to find products that I ask for. Need to improve - everything is fresh except the delicious Mana Bread is sometimes past its due date. (I keep forgetting to mention this to the owners.) The website is easy to use for online ordering and delivery. The 50% off the 3rd item is good to know about, the first Monday of each month.

By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. Not helpful, nor do they have any respect for their clients. Will never order again.

Good selection of vegan products the price is a bit pricier than some grocery stores but I'm very happy to support a family owned business and plus they have items you CAN'T
FIND in the average grocery store. I always order online in the morning to get same day delivery (I'm in Montreal) It gets delivered at home while I'm at work, that way I don't have to run and do groceries after work, so I love their service and have nothing but good things to say. I'm definitely going to keep ordering in the future.

Received the magnesium L Theronate promptly and within two days I have seen a major difference in my 12 year old son. Love it.
