This particular Nautilus is very small. Used to come for friendly staff who compensated for low amenities, however, management has recently changed and is a lot stricter with rules. They no longer offer warnings before cutting locks…

Would suggest Place Montreal Trust location instead; 5-minute walk, much bigger, better water pressure, more machines, there are windows, and even saunas.

Benches are not great. Missing certain machines I would want, such as an incline chest press of some sort. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

Old machines and zero ergonomics. There are machines that don't even look like they were made for normal humans, like the fleroxa chair.

Easy, Simple, Quality, Friendly, Convenient, Good Price.

Good quality equipment thats modern. Not too busy for the most part, usually around 4-5pm it starts getting a bit more packed. Good environment and atmosphere. Helpful and kind staff. Price point at around $25 bi-weekly is pretty fair.

Équipement de bonne qualité et moderne. Pas trop fréquenté la plupart du temps, généralement vers 16h-17h il commence à être un peu plus bondé. Bon environnement et bonne atmosphère. Personnel serviable et aimable. Le prix d'environ 25 $ par quinzaine est assez juste.
