Problème de climatisation en été – il fait chaud où sont les appareils cardio mais on gèle dans le vestiaire.
Le nettoyage des machines après usage n’est pas renforci par le staff – résultat; la plupart des utilisateurs ne nettoient pas les machines.
Nudité dans le vestiaire des hommes en présence de mineurs.
Quasi impossible d'annuler son contrat

Poor equipments, I cut my upper thumb major bleeding by a metal piece sharpen from one of their machine, never fix things, you will be intimidated at one point. And a lot of dust everywhere I am alergic to dust I kept sneezing. They never clean! And if they do like in the locker room the floor smells very bad cause they never change the water when moping. Employees all they do is chit chat with each other and with their clients most of the time. I am very disappointed. The worst gym in Gatineau

Good plate loaded machines but not alot of space so its hard to get a workout in when busy, pricey for what is being offered
