I am so disgusted with the service that I received from your branch not only can I not cancel my membership but with even a DOCTORS NOTE you guys only want to freeze my service and not payments when I am not able to afford them since I am not able to do my regular job even after explaining all this to the manager she told me there is nothing to do. This is 2024 and all gyms (even the cheapest gyms) you can cancel or freeze. What a horrible experience and I will definitely not ever be coming back here and I do not want to freeze my service and then retake once the doctor clears me. Why would I want to go to a gym that doesn’t help me or understand my situation. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP TO THIS GYM
I have attached my note for reference it literally says I can’t workout and I was even understanding like no problem freeze my membership once my doctor clears me I’ll gladly come back and pay but no they still wanted me to pay when it say “travailler légèrement” I explained to the manager I am not getting my fulll salary right now and I can’t pay the payments and she is alll worried she wanted me to write her an email explaining the situation that I am not happy so she can put it in the file like what even? I am NEVER EVER going to sign up here again EVER they will not even cancel or freeze my payments with a doctors note that states I can’t workout. They should close down horrible horrible gym. If you are thinking about joining, RUN! This isn’t it. You never know what can happen in life and the fact that even with a dr note they are not willing to do anything is pathetic.

People don't replace their weights and don't clean the machines after used. Have a good habit of clean the machine before use becaise you know.germs.

J’ai été très bien accueilli lors de mon inscription, chez NautilusPlus le personnel est très agréable salle très propre très fonctionnel il y a vraiment du choix pour n’importe quel entraînement et on se bouscule pas pour avoir les machines ça c’est vraiment le top le petit plus est leur principe boomerang ou lors de chaque passage tu es récompensé! Un très bon système de fidélisation!

A variety of unique machines with space efficiency, however, the free weight area was comparatively small and lacking benches. There are too many treadmills and stationary bikes, but mobility area is quite spacious.
Some items were a bit dated, such as the water fountain, and it was difficult to find inside the building (elevator was broken when I visited).

Excellent! L’accueille est parfaite. Je me sens à ma place et bien entouré lorsque je rentre.

La fille qui est gérante la bas nous accueille avec son grand sourire et est toujours prête à nous donner du bon service! Les cours de groupe sont super motivants! Si vous vous voulez avoir de quoi de différent dans votre assiette, il y a d’excellents repas que vous pouvez apporter à la maison! Les appareils sont super fonctionnels! Bon entraînement à tous le monde!

Je donnerais un 41/2 mais étant donné que les toilettes et douches ne sont pas très propre je donne un petit 3.

I don’t recommend this gym at all first of a life event happens to me where I couldn’t afford to pay the gym membership since Aug 2022 I’ve been trying to cancel my gym membership and they are not canceling it for me I’ve been getting the run around and Nautilus Plus continues charge my cc, the employees really don’t care about you they told me in order to cancel my gym membership I had to pay 476$ which is more then what I’m supposed to pay yearly, this place is truly a scam and I’m disappointed they don’t care about you personally nor your problems they just want your money! Be aware.

Aurait besoin d'être rénové! Prix exorbitant même s'il y a des remises. Ils devraient s'adapter à la compétition.
