Excellent customer service - I wasn’t sure of exactly what pieces I needed for a renovation project but was relieved to learn that I could return them without any issue.

Rude and unprofessional branch manager. That woman which is the manager who is suppose to service the customers is actually very insulting and treat customers without any care. I will never go back there. Poor quality, poor service, no choice of items.

A great place for all your plumbing needs. The staff is fantastic. Knowledgable and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Rude staff, unresponsive manager. They prefer to talk to phone and telling joke instead of answer clients! They cut my words to answer phone and waisted my time more than 15 min! Unbelievable! When I complained somebody else went to bring my order.he did after another 15 min! Then manager came and said no it’s not for sale! This one is the last part that someone already order it! No sale!

J’ai acheté une pompe défectueuse chez Nelco. Non seulement, je dois gérer moi même la situation avec le fabricant avec qui je n’ai aucune entente mais je dois également débourser de nouveau les frais de la pompe et du plombier avant de me faire rembourser. De plus à mon arrivée en magasin, on laisse passer les clients avec des comptes devant moi alors qu’il n’y a aucune indication à cet effet. J’ai reçu un service médiocre! Et je vous déconseille Nelco!

Was not happy with the service. Went in looking for a part for my faucet. The guy behind the counter was rude and not helpful

Horrible customer service. Went in as polite as can be and the guy would barely give me the time of day. Rudest NO. Was the only answer I got to needing a new spindle cartridge.

Je met un étoile parce que je déconseille de travailler pour eux et même ci j'aurais était client l'as bas la marchandise j'en ai vue qui était cracker et qui envoie pareil au clien déconseille cette place il a d'autre endroit où acheter système de chauffage et plomberie

My service from Lyanne was well above the maximum 5 star rating.

I went early this morning to look for a part for my shower faucet which was leaking. The manufacturer had sent me a part, but I was not sure it was the proper piece. I went to the service counter, and they told me I would have to see the woman in the showroom who handles faucets. The showroom was only supposed to open 30 minutes later, but Lyanne soon arrived an told me I did not have to wait I could come in right away. What a pleasure. Friendly and very knowledgeable, the checked my faucet and parts in catalogues and the internet. She informed me that even though the leak was from the right side, that was the temperature control and it was actually the part on the left to be replaced. She also gave me information about replacing the faucet if the leak still persisted. What an asset to the company: I hope her employer appreciates her!
