The girl at the coffee bar was polite and courteous. She was a good seller. TBH I had plenty of coffee at home but I needed a recycle bag. I decided to buy a sleeve of coffee to encourage the shop as well as ask for the bag. The guy at the cash asked me how many I wanted and I said just 1 sleeve and a recycle bag. He gave me this unimpressed look as if I was cheap. I paid and he handed me my bag. When I got home I noticed I had no recycle bags. My whole reason for going there! I will just have to order online until they replace people like this with robots. Say hi and have a coffee with the coffee bar girl but don't expect to buy anything without problems.

Machine acheté il y a trois ans au boutique de Fairview tombé en panne. J'ai été en personne demander un rabais pour prochain machine, rien, aussi par téléphone rien, bye-bye nespresso, bienvenue Saeco

We went to Nespresso at Fairview and the customer service was just wonderful. We were helped by two people: Arielle and Jennifer. We explained our issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They helped us pick our new machine and remained transparent in their answers for all of our questions. We left so happy with our new machine and they threw in extra coffee for us to try based on our likes. Thank you again for all your help, we truly appreciate your trust and kindness.

Worst customer service ever! The pods are quite pricey! They never give you sample pods and I cannot reach their Marketing Department to ask why I had to go through loops in order to get the discount for Black Friday when I ordered my pods late in the evening on Thursday!

You cannot talk to someone in your city.only someone I Mongolia and you can't understand them. Very unprofessional. I will stop buying nespresso and go with keurig

Terrible service, entered the Nespresso Pointe Claire store 8 minutes before closing and asked to taste the new limited edition pumpkin spice flavour, while waiting to buy my coffee. The lady at the counter told me she won't serve me as they are closing. No other explanation or apologies. I'm a Nespresso customer for already 15-16 years and would have never expected such lack of client care and inadequate service. Honestly, I felt unwelcome, as if I was intruding in their routine. It's actually the second time this happened to me in this store. I go to other stores, like Nespresso @Promenades St-Bruno, and the service is excellent as it should be. Avoid this one and go to other Nespresso stores if you want an enjoyable experience and great service
