The worst place at all.the Chinese girl who is working there.she is so rude and impolite at all.she is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. I can't believe how much she is impolite and unprofessional she must fired because she does not deserve any kind of work.

I’m surprised this place is still open. I went there a few years ago and it was a very bizarre experience. From the drab appearance of the interior, to the woman running it, it was like entering a prison in the 1970s ruled with an iron fist by a tyrant warden watching your every move.

The lady with long hair is extremely rude. Very impolite as she made negative comments about me and my appearance. Speaks arrogantly, very offensive and does not offer help. Not the best place to print things, very pricey, poor service, and the print job that’s done is not worth the amount I paid.

The female employee (Chinese, about 40) is extremely arrogant, rude and confrontational towards customers. Almost physically attacked and chased us all the way to the door because we entered a few minutes after the time she planned to close.

Cruel service and treatment of customers.

I had to send an important fax to the police. And the short, black-haired woman working there, made me wait over 40 minutes, telling me that it was a problem with their fax and they were not "accepting the fax or that it wasn't turned on. ".

I had an officer (busy and overworked) on the line with me genuinely trying to help me. He left me on hold for 30 minutes trying to see what in the world could be wrong with their fax: checking if it was plugged, if it was set up right, if it was jammed…

He verified everything was all right and told me, it's working perfectly fine.
How incredibly shameful that this woman has absolutely NO RESPECT. Not even for hard-working, good people who provide their valuable time and a life-saving service.

Do you know how many cases they have? Do you know how many people need their attention and assistance? And this woman has to have no respect, no dignity, smugly smirking in the corner, and make him waste 30 minutes of his time?

How low. Terribly low.

I utilized an online fax service and I sent the fax in less than one minute and received a confirmation in less than 3.

And I witness how she treated customers right in front of me, including me, by yelling at them and over-charging them. When I first entered the shop and said hello to her, she didn't even reply and rolled her eyes.

I said ok, I guess this is self-served, like Copies Concordia.

So I go to a perfectly, available working computer. And before I can blink, she screams at me " YOU CAN'T USE THAT".

And comes over, almost knocking me out of the way with her aggression and super nasty attitude and turns off the computer.

Believe the one star reviews, they are all correct.

Too bad, I was in a rush and I didn't see them myself.

Verdict: No need to waste your time here. They'll over-charge you, and practically abuse you.

And frankly, it's shameful because evidently, they do not take part in adding any value or good to the community they serve. How this business is still running is beyond me! It shouldn't be tolerated or ignored.

A good business or owner deserve the chance they so despisingly throw away.

What the hell is happening here? The women in the shop act like the customers are theft.
I wanted to bond some paper and she asked me to sit down, after 10 minutes I became tired and wanted to walk.
She asked me to sit again and dont walk for security reasons!

If I could give this print store 0 out of 5 I would. I had to wait five minutes just for one other person and from being lectured about rules that could've been posted on the wall. The lady working there was ignorant and not understanding that I had only a few minutes to print two pages before class. DO NOT GO HERE! Better service elsewhere

I found the lady working there very rude and aggressive. Previous reviews saying the same thing means that the manager doesn't care about that. It's overpriced with long waiting time. I do NOT recommend it.

Worse printing quality, price and service I have ever seen in Montreal. When I entered 1.45 I was charged just beacuse I dared to enter and the girl said hello. I was given 15 min for printing and I used 2 mintues. Then I was said that I should pay 10 cent for each page and When I complained that what was the 1.45 fee then, they said service fee (I did not recieve any service). I printed my self and even took my papers myself. I told the girl that this is the most expensive printing center and there are so many better service, price and quality near you, the answer of the girl was go to them and donot come back any more to our shop. Stay really away from this shop honest advice, with the entrance fee I paid double for 19 pages that I could pay in other copy centers.the quality of their print was the same as all other cheaper places. It doesnot deserve even one star.

Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful staff members. On top of everything the manager was even more disrespectful. Do not use this place, they will rip you off and treat you very badly when addressing your concerns.

I came here a couple times before and the service wasn't bad. BUT this new (I guess) lady gives some of the worst services ever. I asked her to do two bindings and it took her over a day. She did only half of the job and called me to tell me pick up the books. Only one of the books was done. Why would you call a customer to ask them to pick up their stuff when you aren't done? Thrn she goes and asks me to pass by another time "oh i will do the second book when you can pass by then". What the hell is this? AVOID THE WOMAN IN THERE. The guys before her were mediocre but at least they delivered in half a day. The store wasn't busy, she was only chilling on her phone. Do your job, please. I don't live close so make sure to finish your job before calling me to pick up my things. Terrible.

In the downtown area, our price for students is unbeatable, and the quality of print, photocopy, scan, binding, and other computer-related services is more premium than that of services offered by "street shops". Volume printing, photocopying, and binding are highly recommended!

As a full-time student, I used to work part time at this store for quite a few years. Frankly speaking, the quality of services including black-and-white plus color print and photocopy, binding, and scan could all be considered fairly decent. The quality of the letter-size sheets of paper that were exclusively used for the black-and-white and color printing purpose could also be considered superb. Most computers and the Internet connection were well-operated, though certain letters on some of the English keyboards did not plainly exhibit, which could more or less cause inconvenience to users some time. During peak hours, we tried our best to deliver professional services to every single customer. Most customers appeared to be pleased with the quality of various services we delivered to. Although I am no longer an employee working at this store, I am still delighted that I was able to serve most customers when needed, especially during peak hours. However, it is still important to point out that for some reason, usually there was only one employee working on a shift, even during peak hours. For an employee, it seemed quite challenging not to make any mistake in case he or she had to check customers in and/or out when providing other customers with a variety of services, answering all questions customers asked, and being alert to someone inside the store whose behaviour might be considered a bit suspicious. Multitasking, especially under the tremendous pressure, was particularly emphasized for someone like me who would like to work part time at this store; I still believe that it must be extremely difficult for every individual. In all sincerity, I wish that the manager could have added at least one employee to each shift so that the level of stress faced by every single employee would be lowered, productivity would be improved, and certain inevitable and unncessary misunderstanding and/or friction between a customer and an employee would be minimized. All in all, considering that this store is geographically convenient, people, particularly students currently studying at Concordia University, who need immediate and relevant services, are highly encouraged to go there, especially during the winter months.
