We hired scentral to clean a few pieces of upholstery, carpets & windows in our downtown boutique. We are more than satisfied with the work that was done! I used the service to clean my basement for post renovation. Prior to the business they keep calling me every other day to get a date. Once they came the service was so bad, things were not cleaned properly and the staff also broke my valuable decorative thermostat. They did not mention when the broke it but gave me the pieces before they left and did not even apologize. When I called they said will send the same cleaner back before they leave the area to rectify the issue. I refused for the reason of that the quality of work (things they should not have missed… and I was not sure if I was comfortable letting them again into the house, especially when they did not even care to feel bad or apologize for breaking my things and telling me just before leaving). They told me the manager will call me back and he never did even after multiple emails and calls. The pictures will show you how post cleaning looked like. It’s been 2 months and they never called me

I left a negative review and someone is coming tomorrow to fix it. We'll see how things work out.

Appel à la mi-mai 2022 pour avoir un service de nettoyage pour aménagement dans un condo le 1 juillet 2022. Me fait un prix au téléphone. Entente prise. On me dit qu'on me contactera à la mi-juin. Je m'attend à un courriel; rien. Je rappelle et écrit un courriel pour qu'on me fasse un contrat décrivant services et prix. Pas de retour.
On m'appelle finalement le 29 juin. Toujours aucune précision. On n'est pas capable de me dire combien de personnes ferait le travail. Et le prix a été augmenté de 100$ par rapport au prix convenu. J'ai annulé le service.

Cette compagnie est une arnaque. J’ai demandé un nettoyage post rénovations ainsi que les fenêtres. Je n’étais pas là lorsqu’elles ont fait le ménage et elles m’ont chargé 600$. Lorsque je suis allée voir, ils avaient balayé la poussière et c’est à peu près tout. Ils ont mis un produit sur mes planchers de bois franc qui les as ruiné. Cela fait 3 fois que je les lave et rien ne s’en va. Les fenêtres sont crades. Il reste de la peinture partout sur les planchers. J’ai contacté la femme directement, une certaine Lila. Elle s’est excusée et m’a fixée un rendez-vous. Elle ne s’est jamais présentée et n’a jamais répondu aux appels. Une arnaqueuse! La compagnie ne retourne pas mes appels. Méfiez-vous, c’est du vol.

Mostly good at cleaning.

BUT threw out pieces of countertop appliances, making them useless. You'd think you see a panini press without the heating surfaces, to ask if they are around, BEFORE throwing the whole machine out. OR the lid of an INSTANT POT, now I've got a wonderful appliance that I can't do the majority of functions because they threw it out. Definitely incompetent staff. Totally not worth the cost they charge if you need to go replacing whole appliances because they threw out important pieces.

The crew was quick, educational for after cleaning care, and efficient for my bedroom carpet. Great work and was not heavily scented! Will definitely use again!

My dog is getting older and can't get to the door as quickly as she could in her younger years. I've never paid to have my carpet cleaned before, but it was about time. Nettoyage Scentral Cleaning Services charged a fair price, came out on time, worked fast, and did a great job. The technicians were also pleasant to interact with. Importantly, they got along well with my wary dog. When I need my carpet cleaned in the future I will contact this company again.

And it was a very basic 2 hour cleaning. Windows were left dusty, some furniture still dusty and even the staircase wasn’t properly cleaned.
Tried to reschedule a day to continue cleaning and the keep delaying.
Bad cleaning and bad customer service.
Would not recommend at all!

Our white wool area rug came back looking brand new! Pet stains and years of wear had done a number on it. Highly recommend!

I hired Scentral Cleaning for the cleaning of an empty condo on Wednesday. The guy called to tell me he would be there at 3 and in the end he showed up at 4. I had no choice but to leave the money there in order to drive back from the city to get my daughter. NONE of the cleaning was done. The big sliding mirrored door was not cleaned, the floor was NOT mopped. I specifically asked for the toilet and refrigerator to be cleaned, both were not done. I have photos to prove that none of it was done. To make matters worse I have now been waiting for a resolution for 3 days about this and every time I call no one seems to know anything of what I’m
Talking about. So now I have no choice but to hire a babysitter to do the job myself on the weekend. I read poor reviews about this company and I should have listened. STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t blame the entire company for one man’s poor work, but the fact that I have been getting the run around with promises to return my phone call for the third day now, it’s clearly not only a single persons problem. Very disappointed.

Our technician was very courteous, he picked up 2 hand made Persian rugs and got them back to me within 5 days looking like it was brand new. I got these rugs from my Grandma, so they were dear to me, and I was a little nervous, but gladly he was very professional.

This was my worst experience with a cleaning service ever. First off, I asked for 3-4 hours of cleaning.the company decided to to send 2 people to clean for 1.5 hours and said that its the same thing as 3 hours. As much as I agree with this, I wanted 3-4 hours because I wasn't going to be done cooking until 2 hours into the cleaning. When I called the company to tell them this isn't what I asked for, I got screamed at and cursed at on the phone. When I asked for the manager I was hung up on, I called back to be argued with and hung up on again.
I also asked for them to fold my laundry and they told me when they got there they don't have time to fold.

This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

I paid 695$ for a deep cleaning in my home, a duplex with a main floor and a basement. (3 bedrooms.)
3 technicians came, they were an hour late and stayed for less than 3 hours.
This comes out to 80 dollars and hour and had this been explained to me I would gone with a differnt service that had a better hourly rate.

They did not wash the bathroom floors the mirror in the master bedroom nor did the csweep or mop under the furniture in the nursery.
They also left garbage bags on my front lawn.

Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

I highly recommend Nettoyage scentral cleaning services! The technician came and looked at my carpet and gave me an estimate on the spot. I'd had this wool carpet wrapped up in storage for the past five years, and when I rolled it out into my apartment - the smell! He came over, picked it up and brought it back like new. It smells great!

Very professional. I called in today to get my carpet cleaned and Gary was able to schedule me in within the hour. Technicianis the one who came to my house and did the carpet cleaning, very friendly and polite explained the process thoroughly. Very satisfied with the whole process. Reasonable pricing too!

No good do not take this. Company they do not know how to clean windows we pay so much money and I had to clean them after they left

Cleaning crew was late by more than an hour. The corner stain was so minor that they even said we really didn't need full cleaning and the carpet will be absolutely clean in 48h. However, after 48h the carpet color changed (darkened) more than half of it's surface which looked like instead of cleaning, the process kind of spread it out over a much larger area. We called few times and they said they will follow-up with us to make it right but it's been few weeks and nobody followed up whatsoever. Would not recommend based on my experience.

The first time I used their service, everything went very well. The cleaning lady was efficient, clean and polite.
The second time, however, was a different story. The lady showed up 1.5 hrs late, which meant I had to change my whole schedule. The cleaning was mediocre at best, with dust and crumbs in obvious places, water rings on tables and patches on every mirror and every surface. One shower had dirt footprints in it. I have no idea what she did for 3 hours.
The cherry on top, and the reason why I'll probably never use their service again is that she reeked. You could feel it from meters away. The smell was really awful and stayed on every room she entered. I was busy and really needed the house cleaned (which is why I pay someone to do it for me) so I had no choice but to let her work. I think that hygiene should be a criteria to hire someone to do house cleaning. Call me crazy. I had to use a whole bottle of air freshener, open all windows and turn on all fans to get the smell out of the house after she left.
I called them and left them a message to call me back to give them my credit card information, and I mentioned that the experience had been awful. When they called back, I waited for them to ask me what the problem was. Nothing. Just took my credit card and hung up.

I called a few months ago to get an estimate for cleaning, they told me a price and wanted to send someone to look. Having decided against it, i thanked them for their time and wished them a lovely day.
All was good until a week later when i received the first " check up" call.i answered and informed them i decided against cleaning services. I thought that was it.until the week after.and the week after.i suppose im on a roster for check ups now despite never getting the service.
I've asked them a few times to removed me from said list and to stop calling as once a week is overkill considering i never even got their services. They still call.
Again.and again.and again.it's just rude at this point.and speaks volumes for this company. If they cant respect a simple request over the phone.how can they respect anything once in my home.no thank you. Please learn professionalism and restraint, stop calling.

Detailed and expert are words that come to mind. We had windows cleaned and general cleaning, before an open house. And it was fantastic. They took out each window and cleaned them with care. The general cleaning was methodical. Both were courteous, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend them.

It's actually minus several stars - OMG this place was a joke! I told them I had really old windows and they said that this was their specialty! I got a quote for the work in an email.
The first appointment, one guy shows up with a bucket, takes one look and says he can't do them. The owner calls me and said that they sent the wrong person, and assured me that the next time they would be cleaned. The next time they came back, the guy said he could do them, but didn't have the big ladder! I told them I lived on the second floor when I made the appointment. He left without saying if he'd return, and never came back.
A couple of days later I get a call from someone who was not the owner asking what had happened. I explained and she said she would call me back. She did saying that they couldn't do those windows.

I think that they underquoted and are now saying that they can't do them, but whatever.
The people who come to clean clearly have no idea what they are being asked to clean and come unprepared. The service is disorganized and not worth the trouble. They also seem to take advantage of their cleaners.

Price was great. Service was better. I had couches and a carpet to clean. The technician enjoyed his work and it showed in the service that I got. Will definitely use again.

Achat d’un forfait via Groupon au moment de prendre un rendez-vous aucun problème elle prend mes information. La compagnie m’appellent la veille pour confirmer le rendez-vous et qu’ils passeront entre 12 et 16h. Rendu a 15h15 au une nouvelle je fais donc un suivi pour me faire répondre qu’ils doivent me rappeler. 15h30 une autre dame m’appel pour me dire que son chauffeur a supposément eu un accident et qu’il ne sera pas là et qu’il y a maintenant une surcharge de plus pour mon secteur. J’ai perdu une après-midi de travail pour me faire dire que je devrai payer encore plus cher pour leurs service et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et qu’ils sont désolé. Faites vous un cadeau et allez faire affaire ailleurs pour éviter de vous faire compter des mentries pour camoufler leurs manque d’organisation!

Everyone, whoever is looking for an air duct cleaning service, please please please do me and yourself a favor by staying away from this company! I a new house owner in Montreal and was looking for air duct service and Sentral was actually referred to me by a friend! I don't know if they just on purpose tried to deliver inferior service. For $400, one "technician" showed up, and basically just used vacuum to clean every vent and in total spent less than 1.5 hours and job was finished. I was so surprised because I asked to clean 23-25 vents, the blower of furnace and dryer vent. After he left, I started looking up online, and found out that just 1 dryer vent clean typically take 30 minutes to 1 hour! And then when I looked up other air duct services, they have professional sneak brush, huge pipe, and they all say it takes usually 2 people for at least 2 hours even up to 5 hours! I now really regretted my choice! $400 for just vacuuming the duct vents! This is unbelievable! For my house cleaning, they have 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours but only charge $100! I now so regretted that I didn't confirm with them when I called by asking what equipment they use, how many people, and what kind of cleaning they operate! This is almost like a rob! Please please please stay away from them for Air Duct cleaning (I cannot comment on other services) and for about $100 difference, please choose a more professional one!

I never such a weak and without company in my life.
We had a moving to our new house in Brossard. I contacted them one month before. 2 days before, somebody came to the house and said he is gonna send 2 employees from 8: 30. Nobody came and nobody called.
After calling them the reason was: one of the employees didn’t sleep well last night and he/she can come. When I asked about the other employee, they said he can’t drive!
I asked to pick him up or take a taxi, they didn’t accept.
No manager and no sales person talked to me. The call woman said she couldn’t find them!
Very very very very weak weak weak weak company.
They ruined our moving and all of our planning.
