Best dry cleaner I’ve ever been to. I had a blazer that was ruined by another dry cleaner. Brought it here and they completely saved my blazer. They explained the whole process and told me they would do their best but couldn’t promise anything. But they did an amazing job! I was ecstatic. They are super professional and know their fabrics. They have decades of experience and wonderful customer service. To top it off, they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! You can feel at ease knowing your clothes will come back to you looking great!

Excellent service and outcome! We were in a pickle and from out of town needed to get a baptism dress dry cleaned that had 1 year old stains caked in! We knew there was a possibility the dress wouldn’t come out like new (they warned us beforehand). But we were absolutely thrilled when we went to pick up the dress (even ready earlier!) and not a single stain remained and all the stones and pearls were untouched which was our fear! So happy to

This will be a long review, but here is the summary. THEY ARE AMAZING.

Here is the story behind the review:

In 2017, we moved, and my husband's shirts were not properly stored. About 10 shirts got mold spots. (10 out of 60 shirts) My husband was so upset! Why you ask.he used shirts and suits back in the days when they were required. Therefore,   his shirts were expensive!

Over the years, I tried to find a dry cleaner that would guarantee that they could get cleaned. Unfortunately, no business wanted to take up the challenge.

In August 2022, I found Nettoyeur Impeccable Eco with  Google search.   Because of their customer reviews, I thought, why not try them.

I was greeted by Alexandra, and I told her my story. She asked if  I could wait for her dad, who was busy with another customer.   As I waited, I eavesdropped.   He was so polite with the customer.    When it was my turn, he attentively listened to me, and he spent 45 minutes with me. He took up the  challenge.

When I picked up the shirts, they  were like new!

And yes, I will not go anywhere else! They have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

I went back ini think I was november because I had gotten hot sauce splattered on my by accident. I was freaking out because it was a sicily jacket and my first expensive jacket. When I called them the owner was very nice and understand of my situation and kept me calm throughout the whole process. He even gave me so festive cake from his country and for free because he does treat his customers like family. We joked had a fun time and he was very persistent on getting the stains out without having to clean the whole jacket because it would wear it down. Over all he was able to take out the stains to the point that only if you knew where it was spilt you would see it very VERY slightly. The only downfalls was that I did go a month or so without a winter jacket in the middle of winter and it took longer then I expected but else then that I was a great expirience and I will be making them my go to dry cleaner dispite the distance please go there for your winter jackets they really know what their doing.

I think I finally found the BEST dry cleaner in the city. Their service is just exceptional! The minute I walked in, they treated me just like family. I had brought in two dresses and they came out PERFECT. This place has to be everyone's go to! I highly recommend:)

Il est rare d'entrer dans un commerce et d'être aussi bien accueilli. Nous avons fait nettoyer un manteau d'hiver long de Canada Goose. Le manteau était taché en plusieurs endroits. Le tout nous a été retourné dans un état parfait, au delà de nos attentes. Et en plus, le service se fait avec un sourire:).

I had some winter coats and gears to wash and without any hesitation Eric and his wife warmly greeted me, accepted the task immediately with a quick timeframe for delivery. On top of their unbeatable prices in the market, they even took extra care of some gloves and hats forgotten within the pockets without any charge. I was so amazed by the outstanding work done as my coats looked like brand new, carefully wrapped with coat hangers and amazingly folded and presented. The cherry on the pie was a charming gift at the delivery to wonderfully finish this experience (when I was supposed to be the one to do it considering their high customer care standards and topnotch work quality). Eric and his wife simply over delivered and exceeded far and beyond my expectations. Je n'avais jamais eu un aussi bon service chez un nettoyeur auparavant! Éric est un fin connaisseur et a su traiter mes vêtements et moi-meme de façon exceptionnelle. Réparation de pantalon absolument invisible, et veston-pantalons nettoyé à sec avec la plus grande meticulosité, et en quelques jours seulement. Et le tout à très bon prix! Enfin j'ai trouvé mon nouveau nettoyeur!

Malheureusement pris 3 mois avant de recevoir mes 2 manteaux nettoyés plutôt que les 2 semaines mentionnés, mais beau résultat.
