(UPDATE) The owner called me, was super sweet, apologised and offered to rectify the situation. Amazing customer service!
I had called the day before to ask how long it would take for them to wash my things (because I was a bit in a hurry). The owner was super nice and friendly and said that if I brought my things early the next day, they would get it done ASAP.
I brought my suit and 2 shirts. They got them done early as promised, but to my surprise, one of the shirts, had a big yellow stain on the wrist (see picture). Thank God I had another shirt I could wear the suit with.
Maybe it's just a mistake or because they did it quick, but it was a disappointing first time.:/

Amazing service and work. They fixed my suit that a previous cleaner messed up. All stains on my white dress shirts were also removed seamlessly.

Horrible customer service with Nettoyeur Kirkland! They lost a designer blouse/dress shirt. I have visited multiple times and even called after a few months because they were certain that they would find it. They never followed up with me and after a call earlier this week, they were suppose to call me back and never did. Beware that you may lose your clothing and that this business will not take any ownership or offer to pay you back.
