Always happy with their service. My shirt came back with a stain (my fault) that the dry cleaning didn’t fully remove. They stopped what they were doing and immediately began to spot treat the stain and got it out. They made sure I was happy and the shirt was perfect. Service like this keeps me coming back knowing I am in good hands.

Delay 3 times with unknown deadline, they blame on the 3rd party dry cleaner they use and not their fault. Overall unprofessional, and below avg.service.

Came on Monday, lady said agree Thursday pickup is good, came in Thursday they said Friday, Friday said Saturday, came Saturday said will text on Monday.

At the moment still have not received. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Clothing came back with a weird smell, like they were sprayed with Febreeze. I paid for dry cleaning - it's supposed to come back smelling like nothing.

I brought my pants for dry clean its a 300$ pants, They lost it and don’t want to do anything about it, i dont recommend anybody to trust them with expensive clothes.
You better go to a real cleaner with machines on sight and with a computer system that records what goes in and out, not with a book like 50 years ago

Stained my suits - cleaning done by a Third party which is not disclosed to customers beforehand. Disappointed. Will not go back

Jamais que je vais y retourner, ils ouvrent leurs portes selon leurs humeurs. Un exemple, Samedi dernier ce n’était pas ouvert parce qu’ils avaient oublié les clés à la maison. Mardi ils ont décidé de fermer à 16h30 parce qu’ils n’avaient pas de client!

Honest place with great service. The alterations are always perfectly done. They know what they are doing. It’s my go to place for alterations!

I gave them.my jacket on friday.she said should be ready by thursday.so a week passed i called them alllldayy on next friday no answer i checked the google opening hours and it shows that they are open.i called over 30 times
. They dont even have a answer machine.anyhow so i called they following day.saturday it shows on google they are open u til 1 pm.i callws at 11 am like. 10 times then finally this guy answered so rude.hes like what does it show on the bill.i gave him.the bill number then he said ok what u want.i said its ablue canada goose jacket.he saod anyway we are closed today come monday.how ia he closed when google hours shows until 1 pm.and u answered the business phone.last time.i. Go.there horrrrrrible service very badddd
