I wish I could have given 0 stars. I am never sending anything to this place again. They tailored my pants, but then put safety pins THROUGH the front of the pants in delicate fabrics like silk, then let it hang on the hanger, allowing gravity to create two holes in the front of where they ruined my pants. I am speechless.
I mention this several times, displeased at what happened and the woman had the audacity to gaslight me and tell me that SHE couldn't see the holes - "Can you see them!? ". HELL YES I CAN SEE THEM.
Zero attempt at trying to rectify the issue. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Not worth the subpar service, lack of attention for your garments and absolutely horrific customer service.

They lost my Burberry shirt $600, and Mathieu Cotoure told me to speak with consumer protection. Never sending anything to this place again. And then he leaves a comment on my review that he never had possession of my shirt, thankfully I have a Receipt, they will hear from my lawyers:) I advise every person reading this comment, not to send anything to these scammers.

Staff not experienced. Unable to answer technical questions on cleaning process for certain materials. Asked for a quote on an item, when I returned the price charged was much higher likely due to different staff. Most stains were removed, but missed a couple.

Service horrible. Je vous suggère fortement d'aller ailleurs. Un veston et un pantalon perdu en deux dois. Franchement minable.

Le pire nettoyeur! Ne pas y aller. Super cher et très mauvais service. Ils ont taché un morceau de ma veste et n ont rien fait pour résoudre le problème. C est super cher. A no go for sure! The worst cleaner ever.

I have not personally done business with this cleaner. I know people who's clothes have been lost and they do not resolve the issue in any way.
When you bring your clothes to a cleaner, you do so because you don't want to damage the clothes in a washing machine. In other words, you are going there for the reassurance. A professional will take utmost care of your belongings and return them in perfect condition, and clean.
When that company loses your belongings, how can you trust it if they aren't immediately willing to compensate you for your loss? This company has lost valuable pieces of clothing and did not even agree to fully reimburse the lost items. They claim:
"The items are no longer new, they are no longer worth what was originally paid for them. "
Thus, for a lost 200$ jacket, you may get 150$.
They do not take into account the item may be discontinued.
I strongly advise you to find another cleaner.

They lost my item I left them the second week of December 2017
Every week they told me they were trying to locate it. This got stretched into February 2018.
I had to call repeatedly since they did not call me to follow up.
Eventually in March 2018 I lost all patience. I was then offered 250$ of cleaning services (not too interested on that given what was happening).
In order to get compensated for the price of the item, I had to provide them with proof of purchase, I was then told they would pay for the full value of the item.
I did produce the proof to find out they would give me only part of the cost because the item was more than 6 months old.
I suggested they just replace the jacket since it was still available, the store manager was open to the idea but his boss refused.
May I add that they also lost one of my son’s items which was left in their care that same week, a few days prior.
That was never found either.
Bad service, no sense of responsibility, I strongly recommend NOT trusting them with your clothes
