Mixed Experience, Exceptional Service by Thomas

I recently had a mixed experience at the store. Unfortunately, my first day was marred by a disappointing encounter with unfriendly staff and a less-than-ideal environment. However, amidst this, a little girl attempted to be helpful, although it was evident she lacked proper training.

On the positive side, my second visit was a complete turnaround, thanks to Thomas. He provided exceptional service, exuding warmth with a beautiful smile and a welcoming attitude towards my daughter. Thomas took the time to offer valuable advice and made the experience enjoyable. It's worth acknowledging his outstanding efforts, which significantly improved my overall impression of the store.

La personne de la réception de Côte des Neiges est très méchant, hier, je suis entrée pour demander s’il était possible de faire les lunettes de soleil avec formule pour un touriste qui malheureusement s’est cassé et qui est un mois de vacances, je l'ai dit plusieurs fois que parlé en français parce que je ne comprends pas l'anglais, il est entré en colère et élève la voix, Je me suis senti intimidé par le monsieur et plus que je suis enceinte de 8 mois, plus quand la seule chose qu’il a crié était que j’avais besoin du Ramq parce que les optométristes étaient réglementés, je pense qu’il n’était pas nécessaire d’être aussi impoli, finalement c’était juste une question et il est impossible pour un touriste d’avoir le service de la maladie.

Been twice to see Dr Wee-I really like her! She took the time to discuss my eye health with me, and she's really compassionate. Will definitely continue with her.

Also her current assistant is just lovely (and bilingual.)

Thank you for fixing my glasses which I bought really a couple of years ago. They're uncomfortable to wear so rarely to wear. I was just thinking of giving them a try, and surprised to find that the glasses could adjust like that. Very professional and caring, great service!

Service incroyable! Je suis allé faire des ajustements pour mes lunettes et j'ai été très satisfait du service. Ils prennent vraiment leur temps pour s'assurer que vous êtes satisfait de l'ajustement. En outre, ils ont beaucoup de styles différents de lunettes et de lunettes de soleil. I call the store and spoke in English, the french man obvious from France who answer the call got upset, and said "un autre anglais" placed me on hold.at first i didn't think much of it.

It was when i actually went in to store how bad their customer service was. The time that I went, there was a lady at the front desk who spoken french from France and was the most condescending person there. None of her co workers spoke up when this was happen. She refused to speak English with me and when i pretend i didn't speak french she walked away and send someone else.

The thing i can't understand is why do you have people working there would clearly don't want to serve the English community. The mess up part is, the store is located in the heart of Cote Des Neiges, surrounded by MANY nationalities who only speak English. So Why would put condescending workers, who OPENLY MOCK English customers?

Worst customer service. The lady who served me was very rude. I booked an appointment on the phone to change the temples of my sunglasses, however they got it all wrong at the arrival. She wouldn't bother looking if they had it in stock, only until the doctor told her to do so.
I had to wait for the doctor, and he then had a regular employee to serve me. My appointment was delayed. Their employees were just standing around doing nothing.

Pire service à la clientèle. Personnel rude et arrogant. Attitude dès qu’on entre dans la porte!

L optométriste est très sympa et professionnel mais le personnel d 'accueil est très arrogant.
