La pizza est bonne, vraiment là j'ai rien a dire. Le service client est A1 on a parler avec le boss de la place apres une erreur sur notre commande et ca a ete réglé super rapidement. J'enlève 2 étoiles parce que la poutine manquait sérieusement de sauce et de fromage. Je recommande quand meme pour la pizza qui en vaut vraiment le détour!

60$ au poubelle j’ai meme pas le gout de commenter ce que le lunch avait l’air et oublier les photo car le lunch est deja rendu au poubelle!

Les frite son sec et degueulasse pas mangeable ont dirai que il ont déjà ete servie et redonner à quelqun avant moi la

Salade étais brûler nous somme 3 personne qui a été bien desu quand ont n’a téléphoner ont nous a dit que c’est nous qui a le goût déranger!

Vraiment plus comme avant. J'ai commander une pizza, la pizza etais mauvaise, la sauce goutais la sauce passé date. Bref cetais pas frais, vraiment une mauvaise place maintenant.hyper déçu!

I've been eating here ever since I was a little girl, their Lasagna is and will forever be my favourite! So Good!

The Michigan hotdog was basically soup and the restaurant looks like an episode of Hoarders. The normal steamie hotdogs were ok though

We've been ordering from the New System for 30years and this has been the worst order of fish & chips ever. The fish & chips were cold (we had to reheat the meal), the fish was rubbery and tasteless, the French fries old and cold. Just let you know that it'll take a long time before we reorder again from this restaurant. Terrible experience

Went to dine inside and ordered a breast instead they gave me a leg of chicken and asked for the fries to be turned into a poutine.they put everything In an aluminum container together. As soon as I peeled it opened the smell felt unusual, I took the first bite and got a clump of sauce that almost ruined the whole thing for me immediately.
I managed to put away most of the poutine but the fries on the bottom became soggy with watery poutine from the sauce and the chicken steam i guess.
I then started on the chicken.let's just say that if my fiancee made chicken like that.we'd break up
Felt like a hospital/lab made it.
Coleslaw.sour and tasted like it was mixed with saline water.
My fiancee ordered onion rings with chicken breast and couldn't even finish it, she said her chicken tasted like rotisserie left overs and the sauce had a weird hint of Cumin. We gave the place a chance. But its a dump in there, very disgusting, worst 80 Dollars we have ever spent.

Nourriture sans goût, frites froides et un minimum de viande dans leur pita. Extrêmement déçu! A éviter pour ne pas gaspiller son argent. Très mauvais personnel dans la cuisine.

Menu correct. Le service est juste CORRECT aussi. Parfois il laisse à désirer. Pour la livraison, 1 fois sur 2 ils font des erreurs. L'assiette de souvlaki, la poutine, les hot-dog c'est les valeurs sûrs. Le reste, c'est jamais pareil.

So I was looking at the recent reviews of this establishment and what jumped out is the overwhelming sense of entitlement some people display, only to complain about everything! It's not funny, my cheese was wrong, the pizza wasn't perfect and on and on.this restaurant has been serving Montreal since 1948 and that says alot. I have been a customer for years and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. The food is great just ordered the 3 piece honey chicken for myself and the half chicken for my roommate and we both were impressed and thought it was awesome! Great portions best French fries and fast delivery! Maybe those who have nothing better to do but complain should stick to things they know like McDonald's or kraft dinner, and loose the attitude. New system is hands down the best in town! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Depuis 2 mois j'y suis allé 5-6 fois.par obliguation (travail de nuit) et chaque fois plus déçu que la précédente. Aujourd'hui, là j'en sors et je ni retourne plus jamais. La viande goûte rien, ni dans les sous-marins, ni dans les pitas qu'on m'a servit avec de la vieille viande cuite mais froide. Même chose pour les hot dog.saucisse sans goût.et froide. Et la cerise sur le sunday est que je demande du sel pour mds frites et on me ment en pleine face en me disant qu'il u en a déjà. Alors qu'il ni a aucun sel de mis sur mes frite
. Et on ne m'en donne pas non plus.

Pus jamais je gaspille 1 cent dans cette asti de resto de gratteux.

2h d'attente pour une livraison à 7 minutes d'ici, repas froid, les frites horribles, même pas cuites! La fille m'a dit qu'elle me donnait un crédit de 10$ pour la prochaine fois mais je pense pas qu'il y en aura! En plus je commande une poitrine de poulet santé et c'est du BBQ bref, club sandwich avec du poulet qui goûte le carton! Première et dernière fois que je commande là! J'aurais été plus satisfaisante de manger un kraft dîner à 2$ que payer 60$ pour une bouffe qui goutte aussi mauvais!

Depuis le changement de proprietaire d'apres moi, la pizza est encore bonne ainsi que la livraison. Il y as un mois et pour ma fête hier.

Was disappointed by my late-night takeout experience. The dining room never reopened after the restrictions lifted and the place is creepy and very dirty. The back of the restaurant is an unlit jumble of upside down chairs, tables with random things piled on them. Despite what the new owner claims in his review responses, there is no sign of renovations happening. Seems more like he decided to only offer take out from now on and not care at all about maintaining the restaurant. Really sad actually, this place was an institution.
The big menu sign up behind the cooks had years of visible grease stains dripping down so I shudder to imagine what the actual cooking surfaces and prep space looks like.
The food was gross, unfortunately. I was hoping it would be worth the sanitation risks but the poutine was bad, bland lumpy gravy and shredded pizza cheese instead of curds.
The chicken brochettes were dry and tasted not fresh. The salad was the worst part, absolutely inedible. Cucumbers were going bad and the tomatoes were mealy.
I won't be back.the new owner has no business running a restaurant. A disgrace to the legacy of this place.

Hi I am not one to write a review. If I don't like something be it the food or service I just don't go back. I have been frequenting New System for about 10 years not and have not been disappointed. However, that changed today. I ordered a chicken pita and fries. The fries were their usual substantial and good but the chicken pita was ineatible. This was the first time I was unsatisfied. However

They used to be the best place in Montreal but they have changed owners and some of the food is just not the same like the pizza used to be great but it's lacking now. I've been eating there food since I was just a wee boy. Everything on there menu is good. There chicken is fantastic but I personally recommend there lasagna it's better then any other place I've ever been. There looking for driver's right now the pay is 13.75 an hour plus tips.

Cold obviously.food was disgusting and cold.
They didn't warn me the food would take over 2 hours to arrive. Would have found somewhere else to order from.
55$ bucks for 2 chicken dinners.
They will never get my business again.

Covid is not an excuse to overcharge for poorly prepared food that comes 2 hours after ordering.
You are not the only place to order from and no one else is making me wait 2 hours to get cold overpriced food. If you had warned me it would take 2 hours. You are lucky I accepted the food or paid you. Most of it went straight in the garbage.

Doesn't t even deserve One star. Receptionist promised food in max 1 hour and 2 hours later no food. Rude when I called saying she can t say when food gets to client! Why did she say max 1 hour when she can't say? 2 hours and no food and told it would be 45-60 minutes. I should have read all the bad reviews first

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Been ordering for 10 years, it used to be good but it has consistently gotten worse over the last few years. Expensive, delivery is extremely slow (took over an hour), the food arrives freezing cold and is sub par. Disappointed again and will never order from here again.

The worst pizza ever. I asked for a large all dressed pizza.and my pizza came with a little bit of pepperoni… loads of cheese…. 200kg of mushrooms cut very small… very little green peppers. I could count it and just an almost non visible tomato sauce. 40$…? This is what u call all dressed pizza. We spoke with the manager of the so called restaurant and she said “ if you don’t like it then next time don’t order here anymore” … what? This is how you keep your clients to come back and order? This was hands down the worst pizza we’ve ever had in our whole life. The store was extremely dirty and everything was a mess. The pizza was soggy, super oily, jam packed with rubberish cheese, the chicken smelled like it was out for days, and the pizza dough was horrible. Their fries were brown instead of yellow.can’t tell how many weeks they’ve been using the same oil.everything was just disgusting.we ended up throwing $50 down the rubbish bin and eating eggs.

GROSS. We are usually fans of this pizza and the fries but what was delivered tonight is GROSS! The fries are not cooked through and the pizza seems old/dry. DISGUSTING! Also, the driver was supposed to accept interact payment but his device wasn't charged.

Took 2 hours for food to come chicken was cold and dry as a bone couldn't even feed it to my dog.
Honestly think it wasn't fresh and they had it sitting out maybe a day. Let's hope tmr my toliet doesn't take a beating never ordering again.

Absolutely disgusting poutine. I ordered a chicken poutine, and I had no chicken with it, the sauce tasted like cinnamon and I got shredded mozz instead of curds. Gross, will never order again.

La pizza est arrivée tiède, la boîte de carton imbibée indique que la pizza y est restée longtemps. Goût insipide, croûte sèche. 23$ pour une Pizza all dress, ça ne vaut pas ça. Dommage. Le livreur était sympathique, d'où l'étoile.

J’adorais ce restaurant il y a quelques années mais la qualité a drastiquement diminuée. J’ai arrêté de commander là-bas lorsqu’on m’a envoyé une poutine avec des frites non cuites et qu’on me la remplacé par une pareille.

J’ai réessayé récemment, on a oublié une partie de la commande et la partie qui est arrivée était tiède, après plus d’une heure d’attente.

Aujourd’hui on m’envoie la pizza sur la photo avec des frites caoutchouteuse.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit.

I`ve ordered several times from this restaurant in the past months and was quite satifsfied with the quality and the delivery (with 20-25 minutes). However, today I ordered the club sandhich. After 40 minutes I called to ask for an ETA; was told it`s on it`s way. Fiteen minutes later (I can walk to the restaurant in that time) and again was told it`s on its way; I was assured the food would be hot. Another ten minutes and it finally arrived with cold soggy fries and bread and the ckicken so dry that I needed a sip of coke after every bite; gues`barely ate half of my meal. I`ll have to find another restaurant near work.

Can't bash the food, it is fine and does the job for greasy comfort food. But I literally almost got run over with my dog on the corner of Wellington and Charlevoix! Your driver's are incredibly aggressive/negligent, I've seen soooo many blatant violations throughout the years from those orange Toyotas. STOP being so dangerous!

I have been ordering at that place for over 15 years they have great food but the worst service ever. They are just rude on the phone. Today they told me they don't deliver in my area anymore I mean I would think they would show empathy to a long time client but no just bye no sorry unfortunately etc. Like wow lol

Their drivers terrorize this neighbourhood. They blow through stop signs, cut close to pedestrians still crossing the road, and floor it down quiet residential streets. Every. Single. Day.

Not sure what the hype is. If you want a greasy spoon restaurant, this is the place. You are also better off on getting delivery, as wait staff is always focused on phone orders.

The phone lady has the voice of a 1000 smoked cigarettes, the drivers are nuts on the street and the pizza is greasy. LOVE IT! In the middle of all the new pretentious places, New System keeps it real. Never disappoints!

Pour les déjeuner ils font sur côté qualité sa passé mais ils ont un problème de cuisinier pour les déjeuners même il arrive qu'il n'a pas de cuisinier sur place pour l'ouverture depuis que c 'est vendu ce n'est plus pareille même qu'on retour notre assiette froide

Je suis un pizza man.hier soir, j'ai passé ma premiere command c'était une moyen vegetarian. Pizza a été collé en 2 coté dans la boite. Ils ont meme pas couper la pizza. C'était pas une pizza vegetarian au contrer c'était n'importe quoi.j'ai jamais vu une pizza comme le votre.trop de fromage, pas bien cuit etc.une petite conseille; Si j'étais a votre place, j'aurais changé votre pizza man car vous perdez bcp d'argent, et client.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I can not handle bright neon white lights. Very friendly nice kind people that brings you back to the real dinner experience.
My soulvalki pork pita was garnished to perfection! And the poutine with chicken leg was perfectly made. Fries were crunchy but with that real potatoes softness in the inside.

Amazing food tried the pizza and souvlaki pita. The place is now under new management and they really care about quality of food.

Ceci dit, lorsque j'appelle pour faire préparer ma commande, une fois sur deux on me répond que ce n'est pas possible de faire préparer une commande et qu'il faut se rendre directement au comptoir. Parlez vous!

Really wonderful staff and the meat is consistently good. Sometimes the sushi leaves a little to be desired, but this is after all a Korean BBQ and not a sushi restaurant!

A classic spot in the St-Henri neighbourhood! All about the perfect chicken! Grilled, fried, brochettes, club sandwhich, always taste the same for last 50 years so I guess they are worth a try. BTW: they do a delish lazagna too!

Je commande au moins une fois par semaine et il y a presque toujours des erreurs dans ma commande. Une poutine italienne extra fromage dans le fond.me semble que c’est pas compliqué. J’ai été en restauration plus de 10 ans, je sais comment ça fonctionne. Si t’aimes pas ta job, bien change. Aussi, les livreurs sont arrogants et loin d’être gentil.

The drivers have no respect for stop signs and tonight, one of your drivers ran a stop sign in an area where there are lots of kids and I pointed out to him. He lied to my face and said he did stop and then proceeded to be extremely rude. The stop sign was less than 30 feet from me I clearly saw him blow through it. Makes me question your business if these are the people you hire.
