Nike Factory Store

This store is shameful, employees think they own the brand, not helpful at all. They used to have decent items but now it’s lame.

Not alot of choice. The shoe are ugly. Very bad NIKE store. Nike store in the USA ARE VERY BETTER BY FAR

I'm going to say it was great, there's a lot a choices, BUT because I'm very peeky, I couldn't find something to please me.

La file d’attente reste un gros point noir pour ce magasin quand nous avons que les nouvelles directives du à la Covid 19 ont changé depuis quelques semaines, voire quelques mois.

À chaque visite c’est tout ou rien. Soit vous repartez avec deux voir trois sacs remplis de plein d’affaires soit vous repartez complètement les mains vides car les produits en magasin sont inintéressant.

Avantage d’y aller un samedi matin quelques minutes avant l’ouverture, vous avez certains modèles intéressants mais vous avez aussi accès à la disponibilité des vendeurs qui vont pouvoir vous renseigner. C’est un bon point pour le coup!

Good service but try to avoid durring the weekend the waiting on the line will be around 2 hrs unless you want to come early morning before they open and wait

On doit faire la file dehors pour entrer alors que la santé publique ne limite plus le nombre de clients admis dans les commerces. Bref, on attend absolument pour rien; ils ne sont pas au courant des nouvelles directives sanitaires? !
Sans parler qu'ils ont beaucoup moins de stock qu'avant, et que leurs prix sont aussi élevés qu'ailleurs.

Great staff and they honored the incorrect price (item was on the wrong hanger) which I thought was amazing of them to do! And theirs always someone around to help if you do have any questions.

Don't go there for the promotions unless they're on everything, otherwise they make you believe it is and once you're at the counter they say "none of these are in discount".

They say if you see a red tag, there's a 40% discount on top of the price. You see a big red tag and think it's in discount but then, on the box there's these small tags of different colors. Turns out, the big red tag is completely unrelated and somehow it's the small orange stickers that are in promotion.

Ended up leaving the shoes I wanted to buy just because they looked nice and wont go there anymore for promotions. Just buy if I really want it.

It's sad because the product is nice, but then you feel the business doesn't respect their customers at all.

Employee's offer a good service, but they should explain to the customers carefully so they don't feel like wasting their time with a company that makes fake promotions.

Never get bored visiting this place, even though you hAve to be in line for quite some time nowadays. Still … just do it

Refused to recognize my medical exemptions for copd and asthma. Were unaware and worse yet, denied that medical exemptions for breathing disorders exist. Treated us horribly and cost themselves $500+ dollars in sales and a formal complaint to their head office and the health department as well.

Probably the worst experience. The line ups every day are over 3h long. It is absolutely ridiculous. Either give appointments or have a maximum time per customer. Will not be shopping at Nike anymore.

Beaucoup de personnes pour faire la revente, ils vident les étagères à l'ouverture du magasin et il ne reste plus le choix de modèles et pointures pour les familles.
Le magasin devrait faire des pré-commandes pour les revendeurs pour que tout le monde en profite.

Line it's big because of covid but if you are looking for Jordans better go to other place and sometimes the have better discounts in other places with the same merchandise. The staff it's great

The line ups are too long. Maybe you have to be there an hour before the store opens & wait? The sale prices aren't too bad. The old stock is usually on sale. Then you have the regular prices.

Friendly and helpful Employees, however be aware that due to COVID restrictions, lineup was about 2h45 min, I used a timer, even on Monday morning 10am you will wait 1h minimum surprising. One of the employees said people show up 2h or 1h before opening! I made the effort to wait as I really needed shoes for games and I was very underwhelmed by the selection of shoes, not worth the wait. I had higher expectations about outlets, it's like there was only shoes that were not in demand or shoes with defects. I just ended up getting a couple T shirt deals, if you go bring something to kill time like a movie to watch, a charger, maybe snacks too.

Just waste of time, visiting second time from downtown 35mins drive and 30mins waiting in queue after entry you just find waste, unsold, no demand shoes. Both time same i ask for certain they have same answers out of stock.

My baddest experience of the week. Spent like an hour freezing outside on the line and I couldn't even find anything interesting. I left the store just like I went in with nothing on my hands.

Change your hours if you’re going to turn people down who arrive at 5: 30 or 5: 45. Quite annoying when people use Covid as an excuse to be lazy.

I am a regular customer of Nike and faced very bad experience this time.
After spent an hour in a line, I bought the shoes yesterday and checked in one leg as we always do. When I came back home and wore the shoes, shoes size were mismatched. Both size were different and kept together in a box.
When I went back to change the size and spent an hour in a line again in cold weather, the girl on the counter told me VERY RUDELY that it is your mistake and you should check the size.
I am very DISAPPOINTED with the bad attitude of Nike representative and their service.

Les soirs où dins de semaine l'attente pour entrer au magasin est très longue alors il est préférable d'y aller durant la semaine et la journée. Le magasin est bien fourni, organisé et le service aux caisses est agréable. Ce qui est aussi un plus c'est le fait qu'il y a beaucoup de commis sur le plancher pour conseiller ou aider.

Bel entrepôt mais un peu trop de monde, on est toujours obligé de faire une file tellement ça semble population, avant même la période de Covid.

I'm not one to write reviews mainly - however the customer service from the store manager (Tina), was simply outstanding. I had a quality issue with a pair of shoes, and initially it was Ebony who I spoke with on the phone, and she told me to bring the shoes in which had an issue. Tina was super fast in taking care of my issues. The real question is - why go anywhere else?

Super endroit pour chaussé petits et grands sans se ruiner. Collection passée souvent avec un rabais supplémentaire sur un prix déjà réduit. Sinon collection du moment disponible aussi. Parfait pour le porte feuille à la rentrée des classe ou encore à l’arrivée du printemps.

Busy, but good sales especially on Black Friday. Staff was overwhelmed but normally helpful. Overall good outlet. Could have more special would be nice.

Great deals on great gear sometimes. Some days nothing cool and no good deals. Other days great sales and cool gear. Gotta be lucky.

Staff is terrible and extremely slow. Hire new people. Everyone is either slacking off or doesn't know what to do.

They have have alot of shoes. Definitely worth it to go here rather than footlocker if your going to buy Nike's.

If you are a DIE HARD Jordan and Nike FAN, then trust me this can be your home playground, deals here are just amazing with great price you have never thought of, but for that you have to send time looking around the store to get you hands on what you were planning to get.

Very helpful stuff. Great prices. I buy my nursing (all white) Nike running shoes from there the last few years and all the running shoes of all my 3 kids. I highly recommend this place!
