J’aime aller manger au Ninkasi quand je voyage seul pour le travail. On se sent chez soi, c’est très accueillant.

C'est ici que j'ai goûté ma première poutine, au cerf qui plus est. Je ne peux donc pas mettre moins que 5 stars.

Great little bar with excellent range of Quebecois craft ales. Staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel really welcome. If you find yourself near the Parliament building and fancy a decent beer then this is your place

We ate there twice while in QC. We came back because the fish (in the fish and chips (or salad) were so good, plus they had a good selection of drinks. If you like gin and ginger, I highly recommend the ski-doo accident.

Un bar incontournable a Québec! Que ce soit pour sortir prendre une bière, fêter, ou s'amuser au Karaoké. Bonne ambiance, bon service, je ne peux que recommander d'y aller!

After a lot of searching as tourists, we found this place for their Atmosphere. The staff very helpful for selecting the right meal. Loved their deer Putin beet salad. Their grapefruit and lemon drink was tasty the staff also gave us hints on where to go for ice cream and bakery. Really appreciate their suggestions.

Le personnel est vraiment cool, leur service est très bon, j'ai adoré qu'on me conseille des cocktails! Mais c'est souvent très long (c'est juste pour ça que je mets 3) ça fait 2 fois que j'y vais pour les soirées d'humour! C'est vraiment parfait pour le prix!

Two days after Christmas and Old Quebec too busy to find walk in availability. Finally tried here just outside Old City and it was a nice time with good food and friendly wait staff. Good selection of drinks.

Nous y étions pour la finale de la coupe du monde de foot. Quelle ambiance! Malgré le fait que nous n'avions pas de réservation, le serveur s'est démené pour nous trouver un endroit devant les écrans. C'est un bar de qualité et très grand.

J’ai mangé beaucoup de poutines dans ma vie… Du Ti-Oui, de la pépite d’or etc… votre poutine est la meilleure no cap

Une belle place qui malheureusement est gâché par un temps d’attente déplorable. Un gin tonic qui est arrivé au bout de 45 min…
Le son est vraiment fort, et le service pas aimable.
Je ne recommande pas.

I spent a few dollars, an hour or so, and in return had an EXCELLENT experience at the Bistro. Great service, fantastic selection of beer, and the location was, of course, perfect.

Ambiance cool, mais j'en ai entendu des vertes et des pas mûrs de la part d'ex employé, retard d'émission de relevé d'emploi 4 mois après ne plus travailler là-bas.

Ok un barman qui veux pas prendrea commande parce que j'ai pas de "tetons" pis les autres en haut qui prennent pas de commande parceque le debit marche pas meme si tu payes cash. Lol wrf serieux

J’y ai acheter une grande poutine canard mais j’ai eu l’impression d’avoir eu des frites jeter dans de la sauce tomate, le canard pas bien frit comme d’habitude, en mangeant j’ai écrasé un grain de caillou de sable, j’ai regretter sur le coup

In mid December 2021, it was very hard to get reservations anywhere for 6. If you are in the area, skip the packed touristy restaurants and give this place a try - it was our favorite! You will not be disappointed. We walked there during the worst weather of our trip, and it was our best decision. The food was amazing, service impeccable, and everything was spot on. Cannot recommend enough.

Mon restaurant favoris en matière de poutine. Ils cessent d’exister je risque de ne plus manger de poutine. La poutine confit de canard est excellente. Leur nachos aussi sont excellente.

This place is a rip-off don't order. This salad you see here, it was $14.00. If you order, be prepared for disappointment.

J'y suis aller un mardi de décembre très tranquille, seul client.
Commandé cocktail Ninkasi, excellent, au delà de mes attentes. Commandé Steak frites. Frites très bonne, surtout la mayonnaise chipotle, la vinaigrette de la salade était très bonne, mais la coupe des légumes, un peu prétentieuse. Devrait prévaloir la facilité de manger que de faire de l'art avec un accompagnement. Avec le steak sauce bordelaise que j'ai trouvé impeccable.
Ma seule critique serait la portion du steak. 29$ pour 4 bouchées de steak.
Je recommenderais de revoir la portion de steak ou réduire le prix.
Sinon, j'ai été très bien accueilli, bon service, bonne bouffe.

Very nice and comfy pub. We are tourists from Ontario who speak like two words of French. Tristane was very patient and took great care of us. Food was amazing as well!

We liked everything about this place. We ate there and it was very tasty. I had duck poutine and my girlfriend had a beet salad. The prices were much better than at restaurants inside the "wall" of Quebec City and the portions were amply sized. The service was very prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the music they played there and it was not filled with yuppie tourists.

Worst burger bun ever. It look like a dry omelette. The bartender was great even though he was super busy. Great place to party, I won't recommend the food.

A great find outside the old city walls on a night when so many restaurants were closed. Highly recommend it for the Duck Poutine! Delicious with lots of cheese curds. The beet salad was also great. The young people who were running the place were very friendly and provided excellent service.

Aucun service! Le serveur ne peut me donner l'information sur un "drink" à savoir s'il est bon, mais se contente de répondre: " ça doit être bon si c'est dans le menu "

They have made big changes they now offer a more upscale dining experience and have one of the only exclusive wine cellars in the province they only sell wines produced in Quebec. Their young chef Anthony Vien show's that he is a cook with a promising career.

Très déçu de cette endroit aucun service, très petite assiette pour le prix et on demande du pain et on me répond je crois que c’est un extra… pour le faire dire après qu il n’y a plus de pain… un samedi à 18 hrs vraiment la… canpas d allure

Generous food portions, excellent service, great food, located on a popular street that closes to vehicular traffic on weekends. Win-win-win!
