This is the one of best casual sushi place in MTL. It is authentic! You should try Ika sushi (Squid), Ama-ebi, Hotategai, Syake and Tamago. The balance of shari and sashimi was perfect, and ingredients are so fresh.

If you're looking for a simple place (not the best for dating, but I went for the food), with nice service and fresh ingredients, this is the place! I hate Sushi Shops or all these franchises which sell tasteless fish which has been literally bleached just to ensure no food poisoning.
I got to try a few rolls but sashimis mostly: these are great quality! Very tasty and fresh. Portions are fair for the price (my lunch for ~40$, tip included) which is rare nowadays, especially Montreal downtown.
Will go again soon!

Good food, modest pricing, small seating area but it appears most people don't sit down to eat. Not particularly busy even on a Friday night. Would return, just wouldn't get gyoza again. Not crispy/fried, just steamed. Get the Krispy shrimp roll.

N'ecoutez pas les rageux. Les prix sont très abordables, les sushis, délicieux. Une vraie perle!

UPDATE- I don't eat sushi anywhere else. TAKE ALL MY MONEY. YOU EARNED IT! Okay seriously, they have the best selection & freshest produce. My faves are ikura sushi, hotategai sashimi & negi hamachi roll. Initial review: I'm obsessed! SO fresh, negi hamachi is so tasty. This is my favorite sushi spot in the city.

This place deserve 5 Stars! The rice is always perfect and the ingredients are fresh.

Sérieux WOW. Petit resto de sushi qui m’a mine de rien avec des sushi pour emporter ou à manger sur place. Les ingrédients sont toujours très frais et les sushis succulents. Cela fait au moins 10 ans que je viens ici de temps en temps pour des bons sushis / honnêtes.

Worst sushi place and I will never recomend someone to eat here and the tempura is burn and super dry and the sushi rice is really bad. Visting from Edmonton Alberta and looking for a nice sushi and the miso soup is watery and how do they have 4.8 the worst sushi
