The shop has nice people but whoever is in charge of the pricing is a scammer. I got charged $500 and my car still did not work. Spoke with the mechanic and he said he figured his job would not do the trick, I asked why the labour why he gave me back the car then and why I was charged for 3 hours of labour when there was near zero work done and he said he could not tell me why.

Brought my car to a different shop and they corrected the problem for $30 + parts $10 = $40 total.

Also, good luck ever having them call you back. I had my car stolen and recovered a few months before this incident and had to have an evaluation done and my insurance agent as well as myself were unable to get in touch with the bodyshop to talk about my claim for 2 weeks before I brought my car somewhere else. Still have not heard back from them after 6 vms from myself and who knows how many emails and call from my insurance agent. Should've learnt my lesson the first time not to go back.

Service décevant, au delà de l’attente pour des singles changement d’huile ou de roues, ils poussent à des opérations de maintenance inutiles, n’offrent pas de conseil pertinent pour le client. Pas de possibilité d’avoir des pièces non Nissan pour des véhicules plus âgés. Diagnostic très questionnable, ils ont voulu me faire changer ma crémaillère alors que je venais pour un roulement défectueux. Tout bonnement scandaleux.
Plus de patience avec ce garage, d’autres garages Nissan sont sérieux, passez votre chemin avec celui là!
En plus de ça, le service refuse de communiquer en Français.

I had Jacob he is a good dealer explains very well.but there was no price negotiation for the crack on the front bumper and the oem car comes with 18 inch wheels but this one is with 16 inch.before you buy the car do many inspections to check it works well.the car is so far so good.i hope the dealer contact me for the wheels and tires haha

one bad thing about this shop is there is nobody picking up phone for you. I think there is a software problem on phone call.

My first mechanic service there a year ago was great, a bit overprice, but that's what you expect from an official retailer.

I came in to get an inspection on some issues with my car. 150$ inspection for a conclusion that I need to change the whole exhaust system, total of 5'000$ with no more detail. Everything is "rusted" I'm being told.

I went to see another mechanic. Solved my issue, a broken part, in 20 min for 130$. I've checked the car with him, the rest of the exhaust system is good and in nice order for a few years to come. (and he didn't charge me 150$ for "an inspection").

That other mechanic tells me the first estimation (made by Nissan) was either done by incompetent or fully fledge thieves.

I don't think I'll ever come to Nissan again.

Horrible! De A à Z, l’achat de ma voiture jusqu’à maintenant, tout est vraiment catastrophique. À l’achat, on te promet des rabais qui ne fonctionnent pas au moment de signer. Donc le prix et le pourcentage d’intérêt étaient des mensonges. On ne m’explique pas comment se fait le payement, on ne me donne même pas mon immatriculation temporaire… bref, c’est bon je laisse passer.
La voiture que j’ai acheté en fin 2021 est neuve. En avril 2022, je me rends compte que la voiture a un défaut de fabrication. Quand ils l’inspectent, ils se rendent compte que oui, en effet, un défaut. Je fais une plainte. Quand je rappelle pour un suivi, la personne au téléphone a un service horrible, vraiment. Elle me met en attente pendant longtemps pour ensuite me dire « il est occupé » super bêtement. Aucun appel de retour. Finalement, en envoyant un email il me dit que Nissan ne réparera pas le défaut de fabrication, désolé.

Vraiment, fuyez ce concessionnaire.

Had a mixed experience here. This was our first time buying a car so were new to the process. We submitted a request online for a new car. After replying, we decided to go to the store in person (about an hour journey from our home). When we arrived, we were told that the person who we’d messaged didn’t work that day, and should just email him. Both the receptionist and an older, white haired men were super rude about it and said to just leave. I was ready to walk out then after the awful treatment. But eventually we convinced them to let us speak to someone and were connected with Jacob. From there the experience improved greatly and Jacob was not only super helpful, but gave us lots of helpful information. We ended up purchasing a car but the initial experience was super unpleasant. I’m sure there have been others who’ve been treated this way and walked away from a sale. Nissan Gabriel, please sort out your terrible front of house.

Notre voiture a subi une crevaison causée par un nid de poule qui a causé des dommages à la jante et au pneu en soirée. Nous ne sommes pas de la région, nous venions à Montréal pour moins de 24 heures pour un rendez-vous médical. Le matin suivant, TOUT le personnel de Nissan Gabriel a été d’une efficacité exemplaire, courtois, accueillant et surtout a pu réparer la voiture dans les plus brefs délais et ce de façon très professionnelle. Merci au directeur du service pour son service à la clientèle hors du commun, à la réceptionniste qui a subi mon insistance pour un rendez-vous en gardant un professionnalisme indéniable, au mécanicien qui m’a remis la voiture à temps pour retourner dans notre région!

Nous avons reçu un très bon service de la part de M. Jacob hier.
Nous avons signé pour une voiture d'occasion Nissan Juke 2016.
Le vendeur nous a expliqué la voiture avait besoin de changer les disques et les freins arrières aussi un bruit qui venait de la voiture allais être vérifier et changer, des petits scratchs sur le côté allais être réparer aussi, enfin nous n'avons rien à dire pour le moment. On attend d'avoir notre véhicule bientôt.
Je vous le conseil. Allez voir M. Jacob.

Tsé quand le vendeur te dit que les résidents de TMR (se trouvant à 10 mètres de la concession) font partie de la « mafia légale du Québec ». Dit aussi que les autres marque sont des poubelles…quand le véhicule de mon ami, qu’il avait vraiment aimé, se retrouvait la-dedans. C’est ça qui est ça, allez magasiner ailleurs!

Suite a un retour du directeur, je suis satisfait des mesures qui ont été prise. Merci!

Terribly unprofessional, completely lacking in transparency regarding car inspection, and was unaccommodating to the client. In addition, as our deal was still in process my sales person was promising the vehicle to another client. Would not recommend.

I had a very good experience when I leased my vehicle in 2018. But now I am very disappointed with Nissan Gabriel's service. I contacted the reception 3 times for someone to call me regarding purchase of my leased 2018 Nissan Rogue SL but I never received a call back, even after specifying that I need the information ASAP. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere now.

Experience of buying a car during a pandemic.
November 2021 I decided to trade my wife's Mazda CX3 2018 for a Nissan leaf 2022 s plus.
Since I never got a sales invoice or quote I was very surprised to see that they charged me $4000 over and above MSRP. This to me was unacceptable. They were not willing to do anything and telling me that they have the right to do whatever they want.when Another dealer are been warned by their manufacturers not to sell vehicles over MSRP. Nissan Gabriel not only sells above MSRP but above the web advertised price. This car for me was not necessity put a want therefore I will wait until after the supply chain issue.which has increased profits for the dealers.

Next time I'll do things properly instead of trust.to all future buyers look at your invoice calculated it properly.

I went there for a car I was interested in buying it so he sat down and we started the negotiations the salesman told me that the price of the car was already good enough and he was not willing to negotiate a penny then he proceeded to tell me that he didn't even want to give me $750 for my used Nissan Sentra as a trade-in just to save me the trip to the saaq so I got up I walked out. I cannot believe that they're absolutely no negotiations and they're not willing to do absolutely anything to accommodate you. Worse car dealer ever!

Je suis allé au garage à deux reprises car ma voiture faisait du bruit. En Octobre, mon mari y va, ils nous changent les freins arrière. En Mai 2021, j’y retourne, pour les mêmes bruits, ils me disent qu’ils doivent changer mes freins arrières, et plusieurs autres choses.quand je leur rappèle que peu de mois avant ils avaient eux-même déjà changé les freins arrière, et que je ne comprends pas pourquoi on doit les rechanger en peu de temps.j’ai compris qu’ils y avait quelque chose de pas nette.
La note était salé, et maintenant en Juillet, rebelotte, les mêmes bruits.je ne retournerai certainement pas cette fois-ci.
Par ailleurs, les deux dames à l’accueil ne sont pas agréables du tout.
Je tiens cependant à préciser que Monsieur Salem Dimassi est très agréable et a tout de même fait un très bon service.

SVP N'ESPÉREZ PAS ACHETER UNE VOITURE EN TOUTE SÉCURITÉ " FAITES PAS ÇA: (JAMAIS j'pensais acheter une voiture usagée PLEINS DE TROUBLES chez un conscessionnaire RENOMMÉ et me faire avoir après à peine 15 jrs, elle NE PART PLUS et sors pleins de problèmes, REFUSE CARRÉMENT de RÉPARER, te vends avec toutes leurs belles parole. Ne respecte pas la garantie de bon fonctionnement de la LPC. J'ai payé 450$ après 2 jrs plus dutout de frein et problème restant. Même avec RV personne pr m'accueillir. J'achète avec un démarreur et un anti pr m'apercevoir 0 existant. Fausse publicité, frais caché, aucun respect de loi de base. Soyez vigilant, je pensais pas avoir à tout réparé, car ce sont des conscessionnaires mais il est plein de problèmes.

Je déconseille absolument. Pour un transfert de location dont je me suis occupé de A à Z, il a fallu attendre un mois complet avant que l'opération ne soit conclue, pour finalement s'apercevoir que Nissan Canada Finance me prélève encore le montant de la location un mois après la cession. Par ailleurs, qu'il s'agisse du garage ou de Nissan Finance, obtenir que quelqu'un réponde au téléphone relève du défi, pour ne pas dire de l'impossible. Du n'importe quoi et pas d'interlocuteur disponible. Pénible!

For more than a week now I have been trying to get the documents to start a lease transfer process (I am moving to Europe and found a potential candidate). I have called, left messages, sent emails, gave my phone number to the receptionist (who is really trying her best, she is the only good thing about this business so far), but have not received any form of communication from them.

Avoid having services from them. You can have same service 50%less in any garage around them. They also find new problems with your car when there is nothing wrong with the part. I gave them several chances, they repeated same manner. I also complained against them to Nissan USA. They just apologized and admitted their fault and gave me free oil change. They also increased the price of tire change and oil change.

Really bad service, I will not recommend this dealership. I leased a car from this dealership 5 years ago. For the past 3 years, I have not received any communication from the dealership so I tried to get a hold of someone for the past 7 weeks (Since first week of March) to help me with the end of my lease. However, after leaving multiple voicemails and calling every week, no one was able to return a call. I even went to the dealership to talk to someone and none was able to help me out because the person in charge of the end of lease was not at the office. All this to find out that the lease expired first week of April and now I need to pay late fees. When finally someone called me, they told me that I can go to any Nissan dealership to proceed with the end of lease

In the process of getting a car with them. Transaction started last March 29 and was fast but until now, I haven’t heard from them yet which is unusual even if everything seems ok. Was hoping to get hold of the car by weekend but it’s now Friday but nothing.

Will update this review in the future should I here from them.

Update: Got the car, financing and Sales (special mention to Sam Tannous) were very helpful.
Made everything smooth for me. Highly recommended.

Do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE. They don't care about people. Terrible service from the bodyshop. Save yourself a BIG HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT.

My son and I called 3 days in advance to give them enough time to prepare the second hand vehicle. When we arrived Saturday, it took 30 minutes of waiting at the entrance until the guy got the keys. Then, the car wouldn't start, battery was dead. Then, the discs and brakes were completely rusted through and we couldn't even drive far because I was worried the brakes were locked on and they would overheat. A horrible experience all in all. Never again. The guy even had the nerve to tell us we could but some disc cleaner and clean them up if we really wanted the car. I don't know how the owner tolerates such lazy, negligent employees that ultimately end up in him losing money.

2 fois que j'y vais c'est meme pas la que j'avais ma location. C'est le genre d'endroit ou je payerais meme plus chere pour faire affaire s'il fallait.les 2 nissan gabriel depassent mes attentes. Je suis courtier d'assurance et en client ou pour mes clients je le sais quand c'est Gabriel parce que c'est toujours top top!

While my car was bought out of province, I've been going to this dealer for a number of years for service. Their staff is friendly and helpful (two reasons I've driven Nissans for over 10 years), and they have a comfortable waiting area should you wish to wait for your car. They also offer a shuttle service, but I find it's faster to either take an Uber or public transit if you can. Overall, highly recommend.

Pire service que j'ai connu pour mes changements de pneu.
J'arrive mercredi matin pour déposer mon auto et prendre la navette qui va m'amener au travail. Navette en retard mais ça va, je ne me plains pas. On est 2 à monter dans la même navette.en pleine pandémie. Le conducteur ne porte pas son masque.
Au retour, la navette est censée venir me chercher à 15h30.16h toujours rien. J'appelle Nissan qui me dit que le chauffeur a dû retard et sera là dans 30mn. Je comprend la situation. 16h30 rien. Je rappelle Nissan mais la réception a fermé et aucune façon de les joindre. J'ai pas le numéro du chauffeur, et je n'ai aucune idée quand est ce qu'il va venir. 30mn plus tard tjs à attendre, il arrive finalement. Je dis bonjour, et il ne réplique même pas. Il n'ose même pas s'excuser pour son retard. J'explique que ce n'est pas normal que la réception a fermé aussi tôt et s'entête avec moi à me dire qu'elle est ouverte. En plus il ne me fait pas confiance et ose appeler la réception devant moi pour prouver son point! Devinez quoi? La réception est fermée et il ne dit plus rien.
Service déplorable!
Arrivé au concessionnaire, personne n'est là pour accueillir les clients ni expliquer ce qui a été fait sur la voiture. On paye et on se casse! Well bravo Nissan! Pas certaine que je retournerai vous voir! Extrêmement déçue de votre service!

I found Nissan Jean Talon very experienced and professional. They respect their clients and inspect problems perfectly. My car had a problem after I had a service appointment in one of Ottawa Nissan companies a week ago. Once I called Nissan Jean Talon, they accept to repair my car out of schedule in next day although I was not in Montreal for more than two years. The service manager connected me with the assistant service manager, Heik (if I write the spelling correctly) and he took care of all repairs.
I strongly recommend Nissan Jean Talon.
