Pire expérience avec le service. On me convoque pour un rappel. Deux heures après mon arrivé on me dit qu’ils n’ont pas la pièce.

La semaine dernière j’ai fais changer mes pneus pour la saison hivernale. Quand je suis sorti du garage, je me suis rendu compte que des accessoires ne fonctionnaient plus. Par exemple mon tapis de recharge sans fil.

J’ai tenté de joindre le service. Je tombe toujours sur une boîte vocale. J’ai laissé 3 messages. J’ai rempli un formulaire de contact sur leur site web. J’ai envoyé un courriel. J’ai envoyé un messenger.

Aucune réponse une semaine après. Donc en gros, je paie ma facture de 488$, mais je me rend compte que mon véhicule a des problèmes en sortant du garage. Et personne ne me rappelle?

Ce sera ailleurs pour moi les prochaines fois.

Pire concessionnaire que j’ai déjà vu de te tte ma vie, le service auto ne décroche pas le téléphone quand on les appelle, toujours ce fameux répondeur, je déplore et je regrette pourquoi j’ai transféré mon dossier là bas.jai une garantie de 98% avec Nissan mais quand j’étais dans le besoin ils étaient pas au rendez-vous, j’ai dû payé avec mon argent tous mes frais chez canadien tire et plus satisfait encore. Mais bon en faisant des erreurs on acquiert la sagesse, je ne retournerai plus jamais chez Nissan.

Achat de voiture neuve; le vendeur devait effectué la mise au norme du véhicule (erreur du béquet lors du montage), manque la planche arrière qui devait être livrée, plus aucune nouvelle depuis deux mois! Ils ne répondent ni à nos appels ni aux mails! J’attends la décision du directeur, nous irons certainement à la plainte! Bref fuyez! Mauvaise fois et malhonnêtes c est vraiment pas respectueux!

Very disappointment for dealing with this dealer
Received a new car with 317 km that means either was used as a demo or by the office.my contract indicate 10km Once you buy your car they don’t return your call including the manage Mr. Moubayed who promised to call back next day, never did
This is a loss of credibility to groupe Gabriel whose mission was “born from the vision of a man wanting to offer trustworthy sales etc “ will never deal with them even for service

This happened on August 29th or 30th, 2022. I don’t know how they behave when they sell cars, but I do not recommend getting your car fixed there. My car was towed there because it had completely shut down and no lights were coming on. They spent two hours on it and told me that the battery was the main issue.

This is totally unacceptable because there was no power, no light. I still can’t believe they didn’t check the battery in the first place. Also, the battery apparently cost about $230 (they told me that they only had high-priced batteries at the moment, no regular ones). So I asked them to keep the receipt of the battery and the model name because I couldn't believe that the battery could be that expensive. However, when I went back to retrieve my car, they somehow didn't have the receipt and charged me about $600. Additionally, the engine warning sign was on. When I asked the receptionist about the warning sign, he said it was because "the key was not inside the car. " He didn't have any knowledge about cars and kept trying to explain the situation with the wrong information. Eventually, he told me to pay an extra $120 to check the engine sign. I felt like I was talking to a 5-year-old kid, so I left with my car. I forgot his name, and I don't know if he is still working there, but he definitely needs to be either fired or re-educated.

Excellent service à la clientèle. A l’écoute des préoccupations du client. Je connais pas le nom du Monsieur qui semble être responsable du SC là mais il est très professionnel. Je n’y ai pas acheté mon véhicule, c’était juste pour une révision et le service était impeccable.

Très déçue.
Je suis allée pour un rendez-vous de maintenance.
Plusieurs personnes ne s’expriment pas correctement en français, ne savent pas grand chose sur les services offerts et n’ont pas su me conseiller!
Ensuite on m’a dit que je devais changer les freins, alors qu’un autre concessionnaire, il y a moins que 5 mois, m’avait dit que c’était encore bon (à 5).
On m’a suggéré aussi une nouvelle mise à jours qui allait coûter proche de 200$! J’avais refusé pour le prix. Une fois que j’ai récupéré ma voiture, la même personne m’a dit que c’était gratuit finalement! Est-ce qu’il l’a installé? Non! Il m’a dit de revenir une autre fois pour le faire!
La fille à la réception était arrogante et ne souriait pas.
Franchement la pire expérience que j’ai eu chez un concessionnaire Nissan! Je n’y retournerai jamais!

Lack of attention to the customer after buying the car. Terrible and very expensive car repair service, without solving the problem of the car, they charge money for their working hours. I do not represent or introduce this in any way.

Great experience ordering Nissan Pathfinder.
Service department has been good as needed for this.better than I am hearing many others are dealing with.

I love the place's ambience, customers were accomodated very well but the downside was my purpose was to have an accessory installed but they refused to do it cause ive been told that the technicians weren't familiar with it (even tho they have a guide & they were TRAINED, to do them right? !) & installation was very risky (car's computer chip) might get damage so i was sent back to the dealership was where i bought the accessory! Very DISAPPOINTED!

P. S: I am willing to pay for hourly service $139.50 per hour (if im not mistaken) of the installation of the accessory i brought with me.

I recently bought my first car here. I was full of questions and not very sure where and how to start the process of owing a car. I was extremly lucky to find Alfredo, he guided me through the whole process, he was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the experience.

Just had the worst experience in 3 yrs. Dropped the car to have the rear shock (which has been replaced recently) noise checked, tail gate shock checked, wiper noise checked, engine noise checked. Good thing is that nothing is wrong about the car but they want to charge me 1.5 hour labor just for the check. Unbelievable, I am not an mechanic but I know cars a bit that it won't take that long to check. I understand we have pay the mechanic hours but I doubt this is best practice to charge for little check.or maybe its because my warranty expires soon? By the way, for 3 yrs in a row, Every time the car is back from the maintenance, the driver side carpet is dirty with oil stains.and in 3 yrs roughly 6 times maintenance, they always return a good check report but never noticed one of fog light is not working.

She Is well organized, find my appointment in a second and very clear to confirm all the services I requested.
She reminded me to change oil professionally as I didn’t thought about that.

Although the waiting a bit long (4hours) but She follows up, and keeps me posted with all the steps where we are.
The best experience with Nissan Canada so far!

I'd only suggest to your sales team being a bit more "aggressive" when offering upgrades for an existing leasing (they called me, I did an offer but I didn't hear back from them with either a counter offer or a response.)

I was initially a little hesitant in trusting this dealership due to My mother having a few recalls on her 2007 Nissan Versa and twice she had to wait much longer than was originally told to her, to get her car fixed and safe to drive. I mention this to set the stage, for the present experience, as the past is the past. Enter, current situation, where I flew in from Los Angeles, for the first time in 13 months to see my elderly parents and my brave Dad who at his old age nursing home, beat both Covid and Pneumonia, at 84, in June, 2020.

One of the goals of my trip was to help get my Mother a well deserved new car, and we were deciding between the Hyundai Venue and the Nissan Kicks. Enter Superstar Karim K, the Sales Manager. Karim from the start, was super composed, elegant, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Karim, was a very hip, fashionable "Dressed for Success" Gentleman, which is very noticeable and important when buying a new car, it psychologically makes the buyer feel, like you are dealing with a first round draft pick instead of a 10th round pick who gets traded from the Habs to the Leafs to the LA Kings. He could not have been nicer to my elder Mother, who is 81, and he put up with me grilling him from every angle, trying to catch the dealership in shady used car salesman tactics, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, because Karim was the go to captain of the ship, Gretzky level leader, who knew his product, price, service, competition, and he provided a first class experience. He even stayed late one Friday evening at closing to accommodate, our second time visiting. He let us test the drive the car, multiple times.as this was my Mother's first auto purchase in 13 years, and perhaps her last given her age.

Karim was consistent with what he promised&Delivered, and getting the paperwork completed, and driving off was a very smooth, turn key transition, It was much better than I had anticipated and much easier than what I go through here in LA. He let my Mom choose the color, was not pushy, there was no pressure, and he was very classy considering I was coming from a place of distrust initially, grouping all car dealerships in the same category. Rudy T, in Finance, was also just as nice and easy to deal with. A real pro, never trying to up sell additional services we did not need. He was also very kind, and patient with us/Elder Mother. He was very organized and efficient, and did not take long to complete the signed paperwork. Both he and Karim work really nicely together.

In concluding this dealership and team has earned my trust, and I would not hesitate to do business with them. I do want to end, by saying, this is how I feel and perceive in the present, I reserve the right to change my viewpoints, should either my Mother or myself have future experiences. For now, this dealership is very fortunate to have these 2 great employees.

While the service is fine, they are not communicative. I rarely receive a call when it is time to pick up my car. Recently, I dropped it off at 8am and was told it would be done in 2 hours. 7 hours later no call. Each time I called to find out information on my car I received voice mail. On the third try, when I complained about that, I was transferred to the service manager and I received.voice mail! My complaint is lack of communication, not necessarily the quality of the work.

Don’t go here NEVER. They make you pay for a job on your car and they don’t really do it. And the mechanic don’t know what they are doing. They break stuff on the car and make you pay to fix it your next visit

Poor reception service: We were really interested to acquire our first car there, but the Gentleman attending us, turned the back on Us and missed to help Us and show us the best options, most probably because He saw our way we were dressed, wich is seriously a bad point for the dealer.
