The store is excellent. Full of beautiful decorations. The prices are not astronomical either. The only thing that displeased me was a staff member who kept bothering the children in the store so that they would not touch the products. I understand the prerogative of trying to protect the products, but in a Christmas decorations store, it becomes an impossible task to keep little fingers away from the decorations.

Great location, nice workers. Buy some ornaments, take a beautiful walk and get a bite to eat after. Nice evening out in the old port.

What a great shop! And helpful, cordial customer service as well. Didn't make it to the Christmas market? Stop by here! They have so much to look at and buy to decorate your home for the holidays! We brough a few things back with us that we didn't initially intend to buy, but couldn't resist! They have Department 56 and Byers carolers, as well as Santas, snowmen, angels, nativity scenes and so much more!

Mauvaise expérience a mon sens. Mon avis sur cette boutique est très mitigé. Il y avait une boîte ouverte sur le comptoir d’un article qui m’a interpeler. Je me suis permis d’ouvrir pour regarder ce qui me questionnait. Un jeune vendeur est alors venue me faire des remontrances sur un ton condescendant tout en me prenant de haut. De plus d’autre personnes était autour de moi je me suis senti humilié! Je n’ai fait aucune histoire et je me suis contenté d’acheter ce que j’avais besoin et de m’excuser. J’espère que votre supérieur vous fera un rappel sur les bases du commerce!
Quand on travail au contact du client il y a des manières de dire les choses! Votre frustration ne doit pas impacter les clients

Nice store but the employees walk around like world bosses, pacing around the store blocking the narrow walkways constantly. In 10 mins, 4 different employees paced by us, not even exaggerating, at least 20 times. We spent so much time moving out of the way for them that we just left because it was so annoying. They were just walking around with their hands behind their backs constantly. Never seen anything like it. Cute store though

Dommage qu une si belle boutique n offre pas le service à la hauteur de la magie qu elle degage. Les employés bien que sympathiques, s expriment majoritairement en anglais sans aucun effort de français. Aucune flexibilité quand au support à la vente. Toujours à discuter en groupe. On demande des sacs additionnels pour offrir les achats en cadeau et le robot derriere la caisse a peur d en fournir un ou deux extra car elle “va se faire engueuler” par son patron, malgre l achat de 20 boules de noels on se cache derriere un politique environnementale pour apprendre que c est finalement par peur du patron. L experience client se limite donc au plaisir des yeuxs

Très beau magasin pour se sentir déjà dans l'ambiance de Noël! Le staff est très gentil mais petit bémol les prix sont un peu cher je trouve.

A very nice shop for Christmas decorations. Some of the the "variety" is very selective. The service is good.
