Umm so it's been atleast since the S22 ultra came out that I been trying to get off my old contract and jump on a new one. Unfortunately the S22 has always been sold out and there really wasn't any other phone I rather have at the time. (should of considered that Google phone lol). Anyway they offered me other ones that I was not interested in, so I waited with my S10+ still kicking. Well it's come up that my S10+ battery simple not holding charge.and for work I need a phone. Anyway, I waited til I couldn't wait any longer and ordered the S23 Ultra.finally ordered it but unfortunately the phone wasn't in and they will order it and have it in 1 to 3 days. No problem!? Til you realize your leaving Vancouver to Ottawa.and this place is in Gatineau. After 3 days and a few text back and forth. I get an email from Rogers.here is the interesting part. I must of sat and went over those plans 100 times before making my decision. I went with a plan that was 65$ a month but all the rest of them says " discount with automatic payments " and the only one that did not say this was the one I choose. Anyway I get these numbers from Rogers that didn't reflect what I thought it was going to be lol. When I asked they simply said.if I do the automatic payments then I get the 5$ off. Which they are absolutely right. 100% but only of it specifically said it. Which it didn't.and since it didn't I don't feel the need to put my.lol who am I kidding. I'll set it up regardless I'm not trying to give anybody a hard time. I let them know about it and I guess they going to change it.but since we know there was an error lol why can't we continue the error.why does the error have to stop before me? Let's stop the the error after me so I can get what the error said.apart from that I am flying into Ottawa and heading into Gatineau Monday morning.early morning before heading towards Montreal. Can't wait to pick up my all black S23 Ultra 512GB. I'll update Monday

Very nice Rogers rep and the prices are decent. The 'supervisor' however (MB) is a bit of a nightmare to deal with. Controlling with attitude. Bad customer service from her.

Just upgraded my phone and super impressed with the customer service this company gives. She explained everything to do with the transfer very very well. Excellent service from this company.

Nomad Telecom est une entreprise qui fais du maraudage, viennes te voler tes employées, jusqu'à les harceler à leur travail de façon très intense. Preuve et message texte en main. Entreprise sans scrupules. Je vous laisse faire vos déductions sur ce commerce.

I discovered Nomad Telecom through my employer’s corporate plan and was impressed with the options and pricing. I ordered a Galaxy S21 on October 4th, but didn’t hear anything for 11 days.

On October 15th, Nomad reached out to say that there was a backorder on the Rogers side and offered an alternative option of inferior phones for a higher price. I declined and said I would wait for the S21.

On October 22nd, Nomad called and said that my phone was in. However, there had been a change in price since I placed the order, and the device would be approximately $20 a month more expensive through the Upfront Edge program. I said that this felt like a bait and switch, or false advertising, and I would like the price that I placed the order at. I was told that this price could not be honoured and I was offered free activation and a $100 bill credit instead. I declined the offer.

After thinking about it, this was one of the worst and most bizarre customer experiences I’ve ever had, so I emailed to follow up. After numerous emails back and forth, and escalating the issue to Rogers, I was told that the price I’d bought the phone at could not be honoured, and that I’d agreed to this in the Terms and Conditions. At this point, I lost all respect for the company – I’ll never consider using Nomad or Rogers ever again.

Outright the most unprofessional business I have ever conducted.
It has been a month since my initial request to simply change over my plan to an offer that was going on.
I have since called Rogers MSD and dealt with it myself. After several calls with the excuse of always being busy, and a promise of returning my call; as well as several emails asking for any information / follow up, it was clear that they have no intention to respond or get back to their clients.
Service plus should change their Rogers MSD carrier to a more reliable and professional organization.
I hope to never do business with this organization again.
