I just have to give a huge shoutout to Michelle, the real estate agent who totally rocked my world. I was skeptical about the industry, but Michelle changed all that. She was the seller's agent, and I didn't have my own, but she represented both sides, and it was a memorable experience.

Let me tell you, this wasn't an easy deal, but Michelle had a smile on her face the whole time and was super supportive. She's got all the know-how and a heart of gold. Plus, she really listens and gets what you're after.

100% irresponsible. I'm absolutely broken and ruined by this rent, the worst rent ever in my life. Zero attempts from Nord Est to support me and save me from a terrible uninhabitable place that I leased because they didn't do the required preliminary property investigation. Irreparable damage to my health, wellbeing and work life and a zero responsibility attitude.

Very unprofessional team. They cannot communicate amongst themselves. Totally lost. They also never admit any wrong doing. In face of my dissatisfaction, Terry (finally) gets on the phone and starts with "hey my brother. " As if he was a guest at my wedding. It gives you an immediate idea of the alpha on the other end.

You hear about them on the radio, and now their advertising dollars draw me to write this review. Opposite of what we both intended. There are far better outfits there who are organized and haven't lost the human touch.

Case in point. Your response: no acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Instead, you hide behind your "fiduciary duty" to provide the client with the best option. Sorry, this is simply not true. You actually never recommended anything. Just got lost in the miscommunication of your own office. But to hear that admission.well.
FYI, mortgage (by another broker with the same "fiduciary duty") is in the process of being renewed. The best part is this broker responds OFF of the internet.

We have patiently sent numerous emails over the past 6 months. Last being on Feb 25, Feb 28, Mar 1 and then finally Mar 14. All unanswered. When this review was posted, we miraculously, 5 hours later, got a response. Your decision to finally reply on a public platform such as this one, rather than the 4 opportunities given to you prior - further strengthens our impression of you.

You opted for a 1 star tattoo instead of addressing an issue. Worse, is during this 5th chance (five!) you still can't admit any wrong doing.

It's ok to make mistakes. What counts is how we make up for them.

Terry and his team make a mortgage process, which is normally quite tedious and complicated, seem very straightforward. They encourage you to reach out with any concerns you may have and respond in a timely & courteous manner!

Mr. Kilakos is very knowledgeable, but also has a real estate background which is very valuable for clients who are also investors. He always has his finger on the pulse of the Montreal real estate market and knows what's going on, as well as excellent contacts and a full team. Purchasing a property with a NE realtor was amazing. The paperwork was put into place quickly as I already had a NE account, so approval was instantly granted. Room for improvement would be improving the response to client's call bookings, and on-time appointments for the post-covid world. I understand this is a chronic problem for successful and busy people, so it's said with good intentions.

This is the best agency to work with, when looking for real estate solutions.either your home or for business.however my experience is based on agent Frederic Pichette and Michelle Marciano. I can't thank them enough for the service beyond my expectations. Maybe a small point will be is: not to put a client on hold without informing him in Advance.but this is nothing compared to the rest of excellent service received.if i have to buy again i won't hesitate even a second.

My three stars are just to Terry’s and their crew’s personalities, maybe just because they are so busy that they don’t have enough time for their costumers and they cannot dedicate enough time to all of their clients.
