Northfork Bison Meat - Viande de Bison

Good quality, but geez over priced,
Better buy gold then a piece of meat.

Ordered the Elk Striploin 10 packs (2x4 oz) last May and it arrived promptly with ice packs as well. Customer service was top notch as Mary answered all my questions and guided me through making my order.

The sizes are a perfect individual size for BBQs. It was definitely the hit of the summer as everyone knew what I was bringing over!

I just had it again (pan fried at home) with their wild game seasoning and remembered to write a review. Will order again!

Horrible company, ran by incompetent, disrespectful people. The animals they butcher are more humane than them. 0 respect for human beings and extremely favoritist to certain employees. Mooooooooo
