Got bought by another company, third time in 5 years, and now they wont work with you since you are not their real customer, their investors are. They don't even someone to do maintenance anymore and their online payment platform is a joke. They also charge YOU if you want to pay by credit card.

Also the pool heater has been broken for over 6 month but Northview/Starlight/Galaxy Value add Properties Lp/whatever name they give to a shell company, don't want to pay the repair company proper so they refused to do the job and high management won't budge.edit: Now we are on the 4th company, Cogir! In the mean time there was an incident where the pool is now out of the ground on one side due to the lack of maintenance. Really useful because of the covid restriction it is difficult to go to the gym. Also the previous company started a bunch of maintenance in the corridor that was never finish.edit 2: under cogir things seems to get a little better, but they just did a few aesthetic changes but nothing meaningful yet, at least things are clean now since they hired a janitor

Personnel non qualifié, on traite mal les locataires. Les pires appartements que j'ai jamais vu. Mauvaise expérience. La plus pire compagnie de location au Canada. On ne fait pas de réparations et pas de nettoyage. Je vous conseille fortement de ne pas faire affaire avec cette compagnie.

I will advise no one to rent from this company really bad experience bed bugs gas sense and it's not safe i regret renting from them they're not helpful at all i rented a 3 bedroom apartment my two kids have to sleep with me in my bedroom because of bed bugs they send someone to treat 3 times the bugs still there theses building need to close down it's not safe for anyone

Très mauvaise gestion, devenue horrible depuis le COVID19, au moment où on a plus besoin d'un environnement propre et secure.pfffff, ne respecte pas leur engagement du contrat. Ils se vantent d'avoir les logements moins chers.
Leur pretexte COvid19, ils restent de l'autre bout du fil et font des promesses pfff honte à vous de prendre les loyers des gens et ne pas respecter vos engagements. We konw you dont care about those messages but i Will let people know.
Leur clientèle cible les nouveaux arrivants qui ne connaissent pas leur droit, ils abusent comme ils veulent.

Very very bad management you got minus, all what you don't want to see in place where you gonna live you will see it here, dirt, garbage everywhere, they never clean, bugs, cockroaches, humidity, doors broken, manager disrespectfull, problems never solved, the snow is always removed late etcc

This is got to be the worst building management. Very rude, disrespectful, and provoking. They will do minimum to no effort to even show the apartments which are just rushed with white paint to cover the rusty door hinges, cabinets and dirty walls. During winter time theres no consideration for removing snow or putting salt of the icy entrances. Almost all people living in these building are crazy disgusting, they litter all around the premises and there doesn't seem to be a limit in the amount of dogs you can own per household. Last thing, they increase the rent amount annually without any intentions to improve anything. And is not that cheap at all to pay almost 1000 dollars for that kind of place. Avoid

Very bad experience, garbage is accumelating all the time in the garage located down of my appartment with intolerable smell, my water flasher takes months to be maintained, concierg does not reply to you, noisy neighors, the emergency line is useless, the management does not have solutions for problems. I don't recommend them

This apartment doesn’t deserve even 1 star. The apartment management is least considerate about it’s tenants. Management is very rude and they don’t address problems. Bugs and cockroaches are very common in the building. I complained about a crack in my ceiling and water leakage from the crack. It’s been more than 3 months and nobody has bothered to address it.

Cockroaches, Bed Bugs and a broken water heater all in the first 8 months.

Washing machines are often broken

Terrible service, phoning the offices to request something will never get you anything.

Steps and parking lots never have salt and cars get stuck every winter because of this.

This company is by far the worse. They are not trustworthy. Just do yourself a favor and avoid them. In their rent increase notice, they don't give the tenant the choice to refuse the rent increase. I'm not sure if it is illegal to Never mention that, but at the Regie du logement I read this: The tenant has the right to accept or to refuse that increase within one month following the receipt of the landlord's notice.

0 étoile, endroit insécure, sale, impropre à l'habitation, les pompiers sont toujours sur le boulevard sait-laurent car il y a toujours un problème avec les branchements electriques pouvant causer des incendies. Problèmes d'eau chaude, les fenêtres ne se ferment pas et l'hiver est insupportable dans les appartements de Northview. Northview possède les appartements se trouvant à saint-laurent (boulevard jules poitras, boulevard thompson etc.) faites attention tout ce qui les intéresse c'est l'argent et les nouveaux arrivants à Montréal qui ne connaissent pas encore les lois.je déconseille vivement de ne jamais louer chez northview.

This company it's a nightmare. Don't trust them. Buildings full of cockroaches, very noisy neighbors. I give them not even a star.

I am a current tenant of this company. I have no issue with my appartment or building. The issues with this company is their staff in office. They are not cooperative and dont care they dont give parking to current tenants who are desperately waiting for times even though there are spaces. They advertise on other rental websites parking available. There is no transperency or customer relation whom we can approach. Moreover i dont see any manager whenever i visit the office and there is no transperency. If the headoffice is viewing my comments can you tell me Is there any one to supervise the work of these staffs or any customer relation office?

I will not recommand this company because of rude non coperative and non responsive staffs and no supervision from head office.

Stay away from northview buildings. Dont rent them.
