Never have any service with them, they will waste your time, they will take your money and they will not answer your calls / messages.

I had previously posted a poor review on Mike. I was mistaken and in the wrong. There is a different individual who is scamming people out of Montreal area that is going by the same name. I apologize

Notary is professional and patient beyond what I’ve seen. He will explain explain the deed in several languages as needed! Never rushing the clients. I had a file where buyers speak Vietnamese and English only while sellers only speak French. The notary took time to explain everything 3 times in 3 different languages to make sure customers understand and are comfortable before signing. I definitely recommend him.
