I enjoyed my burger. The music was loud and, unfortunately, the worst music anyone could have chosen. That sort of spoiled the meal. I will not be back.

I have been here about 4 times over the last year, and I always greatly enjoy it.

The service is prompt, but relaxed, and the people are very friendly. The music choice is SPOT ON and really makes for a great atmosphere.

The Holy Swiss is one of, if not THE best burger I’ve ever had.

Highly recommend.

Si vous aimez les hamburgers où les hamburger steak c'est la place, vraiment une viande de qualité, frais bon goût, frites excellente, je le conseil a tous ceux qui aiment manger! Le prix en vaut la peine!

Très bonne adresse, repas ultra copieux (contrairement à chez nous en France)
La bière est très bonne, moins oublonner/ malté mais de bonne qualité.

La nourriture est bonne et bien faite. J'y suis allé samedi en début d'après midi. Il y avait seulement deux autres clients dans le restaurant. Malgré cela, ça a pris une bonne dizaines de minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous porter le menu. Les serveuses étaient cependant très gentilles et courtoises avec nous. Le repas est arrivé assez rapidement, mais il a fallu presque aller chercher la serveuse pour obtenir notre facture et repartir.

Décevant. Frites pas assez cuites. Burger manque de saveur. Le service était moyen. Je ne recommande pas.

Les anneaux d'oignons étaient dégueulasses, ils avaient évidemment été frits plus d'une fois

J'y ai dégusté une excellente côte levée. Service irréprochable, belle ambiance, propre et personnel avenant et souriant.

Nous sommes allés à la succursale du Village hier soir et nous avons été extrêmement déçu. Nous avons été accueillis et servis en anglais! C’est franchement impardonnable.

Il y a eu des erreurs dans les commandes. La bavette de bœuf commandée par notre ami était bouillie. Nous avons demandés de la moutarde pour accompagner nos burgers et le serveur nous a répondu qu’il n’en avait pas! Le comble du ridicule.

De plus, nous étions de nombreux à demander la fermeture de la double porte parce que de grands courants d’air froid s’engouffraient dans le restaurant. On nous a dit que c’était impossible de fermer la porte. Il aurait juste fallu déplacer un tapis au sol pour que la porte ferme. Extrêmement désolant…

Poor service and did not have a welcoming attitude at all, we were a group of 10 and had ordered 2 pitchers of Mojito's, none of us felt it had any alcohol at all, when asked about it, the waiter was adamant that it had 3 ounces of alcohol which was poured in for 18 seconds, and he made one of us drink a whole glass and asked us to wait for 5 minutes to see if it would kick up. Nothing after 10 minutes, when asked again, we got nothing but the same adamant answer again.
Food was below average as well.
Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The worst food experience, mojito was with no alcohol, but when complained, the server was confident that his manager added alcohol and finally had to pay $80 for 2 pitchers.

My wife and I went for dinner. The place is usually crowded. You make reservation before you go. We had nice and welcoming staffs. The menu list has a large variety of food and also a hidden list (fun idea). The waiting time was reasonable. The cocktails were excellent. The food taste good but can be refined. Overall we had a nice moment.

Good burgers and fish and chips. Cole slaw would be a good addition to the plates. If you order a burger you get a burger with fries. That’s it. Don’t forget to ask for ketchup, salt and pepper because nothing is on the table except napkins, forks and knives. I had to eat my fries without ketchup and salt because nobody was on the floor while I was eating and the waiter didn’t come back to ask if everything was ok.

J'ai été déçu. La nourriture n'a pas de goût, nous avons pris un burger au brie et un hot-dog végétarien et les deux étaient une déception. Pire, je pense que c'est du surgelé comme les tater tots qui ressemblent comme deux gouttes d'eau aux galettes de pommes de terre de Cavendish. À éviter si vous voulez bien manger.
Je mets 2 étoiles tout de même pour la jolie décoration et le fait que le staff a fait son possible pour que nous puissions souper en 45min afin de ne pas rater notre spectacle. Merci:)

On était un groupe de 4.5 et c'était le dîner. Je crois que le cuisinier nous a oublié. En plus, les frites étaient froides. Ma viande était trop cuite. C'est de valeur. Ce n'est pas la faute de la serveuse. À St-Jérôme, le service cuisine est plus ponctuel et précis.

I'm going to start by saying that notre boeuf de grâce is my favorite burger place in Montreal. However this location is much much worse than the other ones. I ordered here a few months ago because no uber drivers were close to the one I usually order from, the food was really bad but i figured there had just been a mistake with my order. Today I ordered from this place again, they had gotten the type of fries wrong and the burgers were really bad. The bacon was a sloppy mess, not even sure if it was cooked, both burgers were tasteless and dry, I guess they don't use the same sauces as the other stores.

Le serveur est venu nous voir en jamais nous demandant si on voulait un apéritif, on a demandé un hot dog boeuf on a recu végétarien, notre entrée oubliée en meme temps que le repas, jamais donné de verre d’eau jusqu’à temps que je le demande, jamais revenu savoir si tout était bon, le fish n chips goûtait cheap et les frites vieilles, avait oublié ma
Salade de chou dans l’assiette, l’a rapportée et a du regarder le menu pour savoir si je disais vrai qu’il manquait la salade…. Trop cher

J’en était à ma 2eme expérience et j’avais adoré! Cette fois détesté! Tables salles, extrêmement long avant de venir nous voir. 16$ pour 7-8 calmars…. Je devrait dire de la roche qui a du être frit 5-6 fois! Saumon (burger Poseidon) beaucoup trop cuit et au lieu du pain j’ai pris wrap de laitue. J’ai reçu 3 tranches sur le dessus et pratiquement rien en dessous, donc à manger avec couteau fourchette La salade à côté était molle et rose tellement elle était vieille. Le tout garoché dans l’assiette. Et que dire des frites… de vieilles frites pas cuites! Enfin, je penses que le serveur était nouveau mais on aurait dit qu’il fesait tout pour éviter mon regard quand je voulais demander des contenants pour partir! (On a pas manger la) c’était trop décevant mais à 110$ on l’a apporté! La seule bonne chose était un serveur qui chantait et semblait tellement heureux d’être là!

Table sale à l'arrivée. Tasse à café sale et on ne me la change pas. J'ai commandé des rôties elle ne sont pas venues, j'en recommande et elles arrivent sèches et mon serveur s'en fiche et s'en va. Ma facture arrive chiffonée. "Tiens, paye mon cochon. " Vraiment, service de TORCHON.

Très surpris par les différences entre la même enseigne, j'ai souvent mangé à celui de Guy Concordia et je confirme que celui-ci est bien inférieur en matière de gout, qualités des produits que l'autre.
Bref, si vous voulez manger notre boeuf de grace go à Guy:)

Le saumon Burger est vraiment excellent, en plus ils proposent de la salade cesar, ou nature en accompagnement. C’est vraiment super, car j’ai vraiment du mal avec leur frites brunes graisseuses à souhait. Superbe décoration.

Food was okay but the service was hilariously bad.

We were only 2 people but nobody came to even give us water for over 20 minutes. I had to get up and specifically ask the host if we could have a server and then they informed us after all that time that it would actually be a 1 hour wait for food (would have been nice to know when entering). Then when they finally came to take our order they told us it was too late to get brunch even though we were still well within the brunch hours. While taking our order another server kept coming by and interrupting our server and causing a bunch of unnecessary confusion, so our order was unsurprisingly taken incorrectly and we were given an incorrect dish. It took 20 minutes for the correct dish to come so we had to awkwardly just take turns eating or wait for the dish that did come to be cold and trash. Towards the end someone came to apologize but it was a completely hollow apology as they didn't offer to cover the cost of literally anything (not even a drink).

Honestly was an embarrassing failure in every way. McDonald's can give better service at 3am than this.

Service amical. Beau restaurant. Bonne nourriture sans particulière, sans plus. Je préfère la surface de la viande soit un peu plus caramélisée qui donne plus de saveur de galette. Bonne Portion. Prix un peu élevés.

Déceptions.

- L'entrée nous a été servie en même temps que le plat principal.sans aucune excuse malgré notre insatisfaction.
- L'eau froide est servie tiède, sans glace. Il faut se lever et aller demander des glaçons.
- Pas de sel/poivre à la table. Il faut se lever et aller les chercher dans le chariot des serveurs. On a pu ainsi dépanner nos voisins de table.
- toilettes devraient être nettoyées. Odeurs nauséabondes.

This is where you go when you want to eat really greasy food. You should go here when you feel like getting your shirt dirty when the grease from your burger starts to drip all over the place. It's not a health food restaurant, but it is a place to indulge your inner gourmand. It's unpretentious and simple. If you need to load up on calories, this is the place for you.

Belle ambiance et joli resto. Tout avait bien commencé! Serveur très sympatique mais pour qui le français est difficile. Un joli et délicieux cocktail, des calmars bien croustillants avec une petite sauce bien relevée. L'idée de "construire" son propre burger est vraiment alléchante! Tu t'attends au burger parfait, avec la viande saignante comme mentionné sur le menu (ils hachent leur viande sur place). Mais non, pain gras, viande trop cuite, presque sèche, pas assaisonnée du tout, fade. Bacon gras. JUSTE du gras sans viande et mouuuu. Les frites étaient délicieuses par contre. À retourner pour l'ambiance entre amis et j'essaierai peut-être autre chose qu'un burger.

Recently just occasion to eat a club sandwhich at this restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised when my order was placed in front of me.
I could not believe how tasty and fulfilling this common sandwhich was.
Actually, it was nothing like any other club sandwhich I had ever eaten.
A generous portion of chicken, real chicken, not sliced from a deli type.
Plenty of bacon and a really tasty sauce.
To top it all, the waiters were quite pleasant and my visit was a pour delight.
I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a truly tasty and pleasant dining experience in one of Montreal's many fine restaurants.

Great place, I went with my husband and our baby girl last summer. We were so happy with the extra attention we got from the staff to accommodate us with the baby. Food is great as always at all NBG restaurants. Will definitely go back in the summer. Thank you to the manager Joseph and everyone there!

Burger tasteless.beef completely bland.a little seasoning in the beef mixture goes a long way just saying. If I wanted a bland burger I could easily shape ground beef into patties and throw it on the grill it wouldn't cost me 25 bucks for it.

Third time there and as always the food was delicious, try their mac 'n' cheese and ribs, It's finger licking good and juicy and dont forget the mac 'n" cheese is soo creamy. Definitely gonna go back

Service impeccable, serveur très gentil, j'adore le vibe et le holy swiss (burger) est excellent.

Food was good but service was almost non-existant. The staff were chatting in the back the entire time. We weren't able to flag them until one of us got up to find someone. So we ended up not ordering more drinks, which was our original plan. It was a super quiet night because of the storm so I don't get this lack staff on the floor checking-in on patrons.

If you desire outstanding cocktails, this should be your destination to satisfy. Food arrived hot and delicious just like the atmosphere.

Service correct, mais le goût n'y ait pas. J'ai demandé de remplacer mon pain de mon burger par de la laitue et c'était carrément une pomme de laitue couper en deux avec la boulette entre les deux. Dommage, belle ambiance et bien situé.

One of my favorite places for a burger. The cocktails are really good too. It can get pretty loud on a busy night but usually weekdays are ok. I went once for brunch and really enjoyed the bottomless mimosa.

This location just opened up a couple of months ago. I personally find that Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce is one of the top 5 best burger places in Montreal! The first time I went there, their bread was dry and I mentioned it to the waitress. I went there a month after, the buns were on point and the burgers were amazing as always! Fries were on point and their home made coke was awesome! The service wasn't that bad; the waiter took time to come to our table at first (we were the only ones in the restaurant). Overall it was good! However, if you are looking for a great service to go along with the amazing food then I'd recommend you to go to the brand on Sainte Catherine next to Concordia!

Burger Diable quelque chose. Boulette qui ne goûte rien. La seule chose bonne dans l’assiette était le portobello frit. Pas de condiment. Bouts de frites! 3 choix de vin rouge (beaucoup trop chers) et 2 choix de vin blanc.
Je ne crois pas y retourner.

Jeudi soir, service vraiment excellent et très rapide, nourritures vraiment excellentes, bonne ambiance et serveuse professionnelle. Rien à dire, à essayer absolument. Notes: ne pas essayer les déjeuners vraiment pas à la hauteur

Resto de burgers! C'est encore "Apportez votre vin" pour quelques semaines, mais ce sera service bar complet sous peu.

I really liked this place! The decoration was a bit weird, but I got used to it fast. I think I got there during the opening night, and it wasn't too crowded. It's definitely not the best time of the year to open, but that's fine.

I tend to pass in front of it most days, so I've been really curious about it since they got rid of things covering the windows.

As for the meal, I took a burger with asparagus fries and my boyfriend took the regular burger with jerk fries. Kinda saddened that it was only regular asparagus with spices and cheese, but I didn't mind since it was soo good and I love asparagus so much. The jerk fries were really good too, with quite a lot of spice and maybe a bit too much salt. We both talked about coming there again eventually, especially since we skipped the dessert and some of them really seems great.

Great food with a cool music-themed ambience. I am familiar with NBG's other Montreal locations, and this is my favorite. It's spacious and has a nice bar to boot. Welcome to The Village!
