The waitress was very nice and gave us good service. Rosalie, I think was her name. Very friendly and helpful. Very helpful in choosing our meal. The Ribs and hamburger steak liked good and tasted great.

Food was good but the service was absent. Except for that man that came to see us, the girl just ignored us the whole time we were there. Even when we were done. Actually it was empty and nobody cared.

0 stars. Management is poor. I could hear some guy yelling at everyone. World's greatest boss!

Bad fast-food

the food tasted awful, it was like going to a fast food restaurant but paying 3 times the price, the sangria was nothing but juice without no alcohol.the service was great and the atmosphere was good but the food needs to be corrected.

Very delicious meal and staff was incredibly friendly every single time we went. They once took us as their last clients even though the kitchen was closed and other times offered us a small desert on the house for our celebration. We have been and will continue to be going back. Highly recommend! Burger was fresh, meat was delicious and fries were so yummy. I worked in burger places and can 100% this one must be tried. Highly recommend! Thank you especially to Hooman for his hospitality.

The best burgers ever. The service was excellent friend came from Halifax and loved it and our server Hooman is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend to come and try it

I had a great experience here! The food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly, and the ambiance was very welcoming. I had the David Cheese Smashburger with french fries. It was perfectly cooked & the portions were satisfying. A special thanks to Hooman for checking in on us, and for his kindness. 100% coming back!

The food was great, i got the burger of the mounth (good idea by the way), the owner is verry nice and helpfull. The only thing was the music that was too loud but this is only my opinion, lot of parking and accessible, i will go try other burger for sure, they were fresh and juicy

Hooman is an amazing waiter along with all the staff: super friendly, family oriented, had a blast and food is great.

Le service est plutôt mauvais. En premier, ils n'ont pas vérifié les passeports vaccinaux à l'aide de scanneurs, mais juste regardé le code. Deuxièmement, les employés comprennent mal le français. Troisièmement, ils ont décidé de fermer 1h plus tôt car il n'y avait que 2 clients. Cela nous a obligé de quitter plus tôt, sans pouvoir prendre café et dessert. En ce qui concerne mon repas, le hamburger et les frites, étaient excellentes.

Très deçu. Aucun service après être assis 15 min a attendre y avait pas client alors personne était dans jus. Les serveuses jasaient avec le Cook etc.tout monde nous ignorais alors on est reparti j ai de la patience mais ya des limite. C est domage on voulais essayer un nouveau resto.je suis très deçu.

Ma commande manquer une poutine sur Uber. Jessai de les appeller plein de fois, leur telephone est occuper! Cetait une commande surprise en plus pour une amie, ont gacher la surprise!

I reserved for my friend’s engagement party and everything was amazing! The staff is so kind, patient, and accommodating. They helped us find a spot to set up our decorations and did everything they could to make sure the party went smoothly.

The food and the service were remarkable! I had the Biblical Brie burger with the Forbidden Fruit Punch drink on the side. Soooo delicious. All of our food came quickly as well.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone:)

I celebrated a special evening with 15 of my friends. There was so much variety in food options, each guest had something to choose from. We were served by a lovely Persian lady. Food was delicious, orders came out quickly and had a variety of drinks to choose from. Definitely will go back. Nice backdrops for pictures; a great spot for birthdays!

I created my burger from “your creation” menu and it was really delicious; fantastic taste and texture. As a burger lover I would say it was among top 3 burgers I have ever tasted!

We had a great time! Homa was delightful, and we even shared many laughs with her.:) My burger was delicious, the fries and their toppings were awesomeeeeeeeeee! And don't get me started on the deserts: fried Oreos, strawberry cheesecake, and a chocolate cake. We will be back!

This NBDG is not like the others. I just went to get takeout and the bag of fries was only a quarter filled. When I showed them, they told me this is now the portion. Literally 10 fries in it. Rude and no customer service.

Went to Notre-Boeuf-de-Grace for dinner and the staff seemed a little inexperienced. Looking around but nowhere to be. The burger was ok but didn't stand out.

Terrible burger was over cooked first time and second time way too undercooked. Didn’t even accommodate or say anything. All I got was I’ll show it to the cook he’s new…

If I could give zero stars I would.
Service was horrible. The food came out one dish at a time. Drinks took forever and when the cocktails came out, they seemed to have little alcohol in them.
Food was really, really bad. It felt like the person cooking it, hated life and decided to ruin it for everyone else. Tasteless and cardboard like is pretty good description. Do yourself a favour and close down. Worst experience in a restaurant of my life so far.

I had a takeout burger, it was just too delicious. Their basil sauce is impeccable, the toppings enhance the flavor and the whole thing just works. I'd love to have a dine-in experience as I've heard great things about the ambiance and the service!

Le service était parfait. Le gérant venait souvent nous voir pour voir si tout était correct. Il ne parlait pas français, mais ce n'était pas un problème. La nourriture était excellente.

Expérience quelque peu décevante au NBDG de Ste-Dorothée. Notre serveuse était un peu froide avec nous et n'est pas revenue nous voir après nous avoir porté nos assiettes, alors qu'il n'y avait que 3 tables à servir. Nous n'avions plus d'eau depuis un bon moment quand nous avons décidé de quitter et il a fallu que l'un d'entre-nous allions la chercher pour avoir notre facture car même après avoir terminé de manger elle ne venait toujours pas nous voir. La nourriture était correcte, sans plus. Les frites étaient très bonnes cependant, et les pains burgers spectaculaires. Mais les burgers eux-mêmes manquaient de sauce et certaines galettes étaient petites et trop cuites.

C'est notre 6e expérience dans un NBDG et c'est la première fois que la nourriture n'était pas excellente, mais c'est aussi la première fois que nous allions à celui de Ste-Dorothée.

New place making a name for itself with their burgers. Original burger dishes. Many options available and huge portions. Great.

Classic style American Burger what is the recommended the bloody good it's a classic every other brother they have is refines perfection but I am one of traditional taste.

10 minutes + avant de venir prendre notre commande. Parle très peu français de plus, le gérant ou propriétaire ce promène sans masque dans les cuisines et restaurant. Vraiment déçu du service

De grâce, n'y allez pas!
J'ai donné deux étoiles parce que le goût était bon. Mais! Les pains hamburgers sont froids, donc la boulette est tiède quand on la mange. Ils sont très chiches sur les frites et lorsqu'on en redemande, ils chargent 1$ de plus alors que les hamburgers coûtent entre 14 et 20$. Les menus pour enfants, encore plus modestes. Pour 10$ seulement un petit bol de macaroni au fromage! Les enfants (quatre filles entre 5 et 10 ans) avaient encore faim et nous avons dû leur partager le peu de nourriture que nous avions dans nos assiettes!

Service déplorable, le boss boy a fait le 3/4 du service. J'ai vue ma serveuse une fois pour me faire payer.

La fille qui attribue les places a l'entree n'aime pas parler en francais et nous le fait savoir.
Des rabais annoncé pour le happy hour pour pichets sans preciser lequels (sapplique juste a la biere, on nous la dit seulement au moment de payer la facture)
Beaucoup de moment ou on joue sur les mots.
Bonne nourriture mais sentiment de se faire flouer sur plusieurs points

J’ai fait une commande ailes de poulet jerk, j’ai reçu des ailes de poulet accompagnées d’un petit pot avec l’épice du jerk en POUDRE sur le côté! Vraiment surprise d’avoir une poudre accompagnée avec les ailes, j’ai communiqué avec le resto via instagram. Ils ont LU mon message et je n’ai reçu aucune réponse ou suivi. Expérience décevante. (Notre-Bœuf-de-Grâce à LAVAL).

Belle décoration la nourriture était bonne mais le serveur qui se trompe et dépose l'entrée d'une autre table sur la nôtre et se trompe de table pour le repas principal en temps de covid c'est assez moyen

Very fast service if you decide to take out. The customized burgers are a great option, the chicken breast is the best!
