Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce

C'était notre première expérience à cette succursale et c'était en livraison. Les burgers sont bons et les ingrédients sont d'ailleurs très frais tel est la réputation des nôtres boeuf de grâce. Cependant, je n'ai pas autant apprécié les tatter tots de cette succursale. En effet elles étaient trop assaisonnés et beaucoup trop salés.

Came here for brunch with eight other people. We were seated right away. The servers were friendly and accommodating considering we were a pretty big group.

Ordered Last Brunch Sando with bacon and tater tots and pitchers of sangria (white and lychee). Everything came pretty quickly and in huge portions.

The tots were super crispy (even when I reheated the next day, it was a lot for me to finish).

The sangria was regular but still pretty good.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Too bad they didn't have everything on the menu. Would want to try other dishes.

Tellement bon! Bonne ambiance et la qualité de la viande est bonne. Les aliments sont frais!

I Went for brunch.
I took the classic two eggs sausage.
No fruit in my plate.
Bagel wasn't fresh and tasted like mold. Wasn't grilled much either. Butter was cold and hard.
I don't recommend for brunch or don't take the classic. I make better breakfast than this in 5 minutes.

Clairement un des meilleurs burger j'ai manger sur la Rue Mont Royal, service impécable et leur déssert wow! Le apple crumble hit the spot sérieusement la, ces un MUST.

I loved the burger and the service is amazing! For the first time a bar tender offers me water to refresh before start ordering. The whole experience was great from reception to drinks to food.

They ground their own beef so a real burger not frozen patties with filler

On est comme chez nous dès la première fois, le personnel est hyper sympathique et on se fait une bonne bouffe a la fois typique et originale, bon endroit pour manger avec des amis mais aussi en couple!

Of the two in the chain within walking distance of my home this one is i think the best, burgers are really juicy and charbroiled rather than fried, generally great meals and they have some of the better GF buns for my wife who's unable to eat flower based things. And the vibe is generally a little more chill and enjoyable than the one in the village.

Très belle terrasse pour un brunch. Le service est excellent et, comme indiqué à l'entrée, il ne faut pas être pressé; on ne presse pas l'excellence. Les portions sont très généreuses, les cocktails sont bons et les frappés sont décadents. Rien à redire sur la nourriture et le service.

Worst customer service experienced in my life.

Server refused to change my friends drink order while she was still taking our orders at the table. She said it was already made but it took about 15mins to receive it.

Food was greasy and cold.

After our meals were done and the table was cleared, we were left in the rain for 20mins and had to request to get our bills. Not sure why the server never checked on us.

3 bills were wrong, server was argumentative and resistant even though she was clearly wrong. She had to fix them 2 times before they were correct. She was telling us that the surcharge was removed but it was clearly still on the bill.

I still tipped 10% even after receiving bad service. The server then asked me if there was a problem. I then listed all that went wrong. She rudely told me I had to still tip her more. To be honest 10% was extremely generous. I will never be going back.

My favorite burger shop in montreal.

Unfortunately this branch manager when I visited the shop again was extremely rude. He was so nervous and kicked us out. I would never come to this location again with this rude lack of basic customer care skills Manger. I was with a company of my friend who is a sinor PhD scientist who has hearing problems.when we asked for the Manger to change the waitress, then this rude guy said I am the Manger.and you can leave!

The waiter was so rude.i had a delivery to take from there and i asked him about it so he started to talk to me about policy and he stared to be so rude.
I won’t suggest anybody to go to this Restaurant while this person will be serving them

Ils ont changé la recette des rondelles d'oignons malheureusement! Avant c'était les meilleurs que j'avais mangé, j'y allais juste pour ça, bien dommage

There was only one waitress and she wasn't really present. Had to ask her to come take our order.

the burgers are amazing like the patty is perfect, the combinations go so well with each other

The burger was very good. However the service is just not even meeting basic expectations. The waitress was never to be found, we asked her for water and she never brought it. One of the waiters spoke aggressively towards customers. Also the guy who greeted us at the front looked at us without a smile, kind of as if to ask "why are you here". Overall not the greatest experience

Is it just my imagination, or are the burger patties smaller than the ones at the NDG location? Also, it seemed like there was less Brie on my “Biblical Brie” burger, than given at NDG. What’s going on here? Still a good burger, but not the perfection I experienced in NDG. Also, don’t bother with the house salad. It’s bland. They give like a tablespoon of dressing on the side. I know some people prefer that, to make sure the salad isn’t overdressed…but isn’t there a “right” amount of dressing for a salad, that any trained cook or chef should know about? If someone wants it on the side they should just ask for it. Otherwise, just dress the salad. Is there anything more tedious than trying to mix the dressing into the salad yourself, on that tiny salad dish, with a tablespoon of dressing?

Food was amazing.service lacked a bit. Waitress never once came to see us after taking our order, walked right by us as we left, looked at us without saying goodbye.

It was good but wayyyyy overpriced.the poutin really was not worth the extra. 71$ for a burger/ poutin and a sub/ poutin is outrageous.

Nous avons été reçus en anglais et le service (même la bière avent le repas) fut très long. Mais le repas était bon.

Choquée par le gars de l’accueil d’aujourd’hui qui nous impose une table en plein soleil alors qu’il y avait plusieurs tables à l’ombre. On voulait se deplacer il nous a répondu tel un ordre “RESTEZ LA”.
Premiere fois que cela nous arrive et nous etions plusieurs à constater ses faits, beaucoup de clients sont partis énervés et n’ont pas souhaité commander apres cet accueil.
Heureusement que les autres serveurs ont rattrapé son comportement en etant à l’écoute des attentes des clients.

J’ai jamais vu ça, aller dans un resto pour nous donner des ordres!

Used to be my favorite place to eat around here because they had good burgers and gluten-free buns. Now they have no gluten-free buns anymore and just offer the completely unacceptable lettuce wraps. You can get them from down the street and keep them in the freezer you guys…

The food was good, a little overpriced for what you get. My main issue is that I called to reserve a week in advance, they called me again 4 hours before my reservation, yet when I came to the restaurant they said they didn’t take reservations… We were seated outside (without notice so without anything to keep us warm) at 5 degrees. Also, the service was quite slow, and the staff was quite bleak.

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Extremely understaffed restaurant and poorly managed. My friend and I waited 1 hour! For our so called “food”. Our waiter kept lying to us that they started making our order but past an hour we received nothing so we left they still charged us for our coffee…15$ for 2 cups of coffee? Are you kidding me? Even Starbucks doesn’t overprice their drinks that much. 3/4 of the tables were packed with people waiting for their food like us. I highly recommend The Avenue, a brunch place right next to it they served us right away after leaving this place starving

Accueil plus que honteux par un homme condescendant au possible. Nous souhaitions avoir une table dehors, malheureusement il ne restait que le comptoir. Nous avons accepté à condition d’être placés dès qu’une table se libère. Il a pris la mouche et nous a très mal parlé. Le client n’est clairement pas roi et on a pas son mot à dire. Inacceptable. On ne reviendra pas et ne le recommandera pas c’est certain.

Service qui laisse vraiment a désirer c'est trop long et c'est pas professionnel du tout je déconseille fortement a moins que vous ayez toute la journée

Très belle surprise! Nous avons très bien mangé! Les burgers sont généreux et très bons!
Les cocktails sont vraiment bien dosés! Seul bémol un whisky coca a 13$+2$ ça fait vraiment cher.
Service impeccable même si le serveur était nouveau et me connaissais pas encore tout, il était super agréable et serviable A refaire!

Very friendly staff, we waited a while but were served quickly once they saw we had a hockey game to go to. The bacon cheeseburger and onion rings were great but the lettuce burger was dissapointing.

Went before two years ago for one of the best burgers I’ve had (NDG location) however the quality has gone seriously downhill since then at the location on Mont Royal. The waitress served me the wrong thing and had no idea about some items on the menu, when we finally got the food, the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich wasn’t in the normal style and the burger was clearly raw in the middle like Steak Tartare (wouldn’t trust raw here!). The girl sitting at the table next to us also received half-frozen half-cooked chicken nuggets and had to send them back. Finally when we requested the bill, both our table and the table next to us waited over 30 minutes to pay, we ended up having the doorman get our bills for us instead of the waitress.

It wasn’t just our table but both tables adjacent to us also had a bad experience and we could clearly overhear what happened. Both me and my friend also had a stomach ache afterwards.
The overall vibe of the restaurant is fine with a great patio and choices on the menu, but the experience is just unacceptable even for a burger place.

Worst experience ever (chomedy laval location)
Went for mothers day brunch 11: 30 am resos party of 5. No coffee no water no utensils until we had to ask. After multiple complaints our food finally arrived at 1: 00pm! 1.5 hrs for eggs and tater tots…. Our orders were missing items. A hostess who did nothing but say “put yourself in my shoes all i can say is im sorry” lol why dont you pick up a pot of coffee and do something. Complete lack of preparation and organization on the kitchen’s part. The waiters and managers were very unexperienced and with everyone we communicated with there was a language barrier. This is unfortunate because on website the spot and food look so good. And the best part was that resto was FAR from being packed. Maybe 5-7 tables occupied in all. Horrible. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Le personnel n'est pas vraiment professionnel 15 min a attendre qu'on viennent nous assigné une table est plus de 1h30 a attendre notre commande qui n'est pas correcte finalement franchement très déçu

After covid restrictions were lifted this places has taken 40 minutes and my order was wrong! Please fix this and care about your customers.
