Had a great late lunch at this cool restaurant! The service was outstanding, Sean and Anya had big smiles and made us feel so welcome and excited to enjoy the ambience. Burger was nice and juicy, and the fries were so crispy! Such a great team running this place, best of luck to the staff here! Excited to see the staff here again

I'm from Ontario and I'm so glad I came here. Burgers were everything we needed them to be. I'll be back!

Service sympa.
Seul point négatif, carte des vins: nulle.

J’y suis allée dinner hier soir, bien que jaimais bien votre burger, Ce soir jai eu une mauvaise surprise, la viande de burger netait pas cuite (rouge a l interieur), je demande a la serveuse de me changer car je ne peux pa avaler ca. A ma grande surprise, le plat revient avec le meme burger (dont jai pris 2 bouché) la meme viande recuite et donc le burger etait tout huileux degeulasse (le pain mouillé d’huile), ils nont meme pas remplacer tout le burger. Jai été indigné, on a payer la facture et parti. La serveuse na rien fait pr arranger ca, elle na pa proposer de remplacer leburger ni rien elle sen foutait q’on partait mecontent, elle etait occupé a se souler avec les clients. Vraiment deçu si je pouvais je donnerais 0 étoiles.

Looks like The Beauty and The Beef has some competition. Nice.

Great location, nice decor, cozy atmosphere and a great menu has put this place on my radar. They've got a lot of signature gourmet burgers to choose from, unless you decide to build your own.

A little pricey but well worth a visit.

Our first visit was at the de Maisonneuve location when there was actual dining allowed in the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, the staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. We have since been to the other locations in the village and NDG.
Since the pandemic, we are more than glad to pickup our food from this downtown location. We are always greeted with smiles from the staff. The food is just as good for take out.

Now here’s something you can request: order the raw fresh patties and you can cook/BarBQ at home. They will provide the spices, the fresh condiments and those fresh challah buns.

Great service, good portions and amazing food! Definitely recommend ordering and picking up in person. When they allow us to you out again, it will be the first stop on my list.

I love eating here, food is delicious, best burgers ever. Staff friendly and fun. In my opinion try sitting at the bar best seat in the house.

This restaurant location is always amazing. Be it the front of house staff, the management, or the kitchen staff that turns out amazing food, you will not be disappointed with a trip here.

The food is tasty, but the service is very bad, you can feel the arrogance of the blonde lady, you feel pour discrimination by the way you dress, first and last time I go to this site.

Poutine, horrible. Better at belle province. The burgers? Average at best. Got 2 massive burgers, ate half and left them. Tasteless patties, sauce drench the burgers, its just a filthy mess.

Ordered ubereats from here. The impossible burger was dry extra mac and cheese costs $6 there was about a tablespoon of Mac and cheese on the burger. I tried to request lettuce tomato and onion on the burger as well. I got no lettuce two slices of tomato and what seemed like half of an entire onion. All things considered this burger was dry had way too much onion and is far too overpriced and made without any concern I had tater tots sticking out of the box and crushed. I paid around a little over $50 for my order knowing this I saw the state of the burger and tried to contact the restaurant directly to let them know the poor quality of the burger they had sent out. In addition I was trying to see if they would accomodate sending a new burger that was a little better for the price I was hoping so. Unfortunately whomever I spoke to on the phone simply brushed me off not caring about the quality of the food they sent out and said well you know what you can deal with uber it's not our problem to deal with. "You can order again through UberEats and maybe they'll give you a refund but you have to deal with them. " This is supposed to be a quality burger restaurant I would have had better service and a better experience having gone to McDonald's even knowing the level of food there. This is extremely sad having been a repeat customer and being treated this way and seeing this is what they're willing to serve. SAD.

Ordered some standard fare and because it was a delivered order they never cooked the fries THEY WERE RAW, crunchy raw potatoes and so what, it’s not like I could return BOTH dishes to the kitchen. They, of course, apologized, but did nothing. No refund, no please order again, they simply blamed it on Ubereats (as if they are responsible for the terrible kitchen) who denied responsibility.
None the less - don’t bother with - there are many delicious burger joints who take pride in their services and food.

I liked this place as it's very unique. All side of walls and set-up is perfect. Very clean now days only 7 person allowed inside. Hand sanitized social distancing mandatory limited people entry allowed, no dine in allowed only take out mask mandatory.
