Do not expect any kind of decent service. You order once and they'll not come back to check on you. The servers look like they just rolled out of bed and the effort put into serving customers is the same, zero. The first time we ate here they didn't come back once to see if we wanted another drink, so we decided to give it another shot and came back tonight, and even worse, we ordered a second drink and it went in one ear and out the other, no drink and no realization that the order was forgotten. The server spent 90% of her time leaning on the bar chatting to the bartender. We had to put our coats on for her to realize we wanted the bill. Maybe they're paid too much to care about tips?

First time visiting the Verdun location and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We were a table of 5 & ordered various burgers, both beef & chicken & the Philly steak sub. We didn’t have a reservation, but the staff accommodated us. The restaurant was understaffed (not surprising with the current situation) but they did their best. We weren’t in a rush, but things like coffee & dessert did take longer than we liked - about 15 minutes. The biggest issue I personally noted was the main door opens inward, making it a safety issue in case if evacuation. Despite these little inconveniences, we’ll definitely be going back & do recommend this restaurant.

I enjoyed grabbing a quick lunch there. They were generous with the tater tots and these were delicious, my choice of burger was also very tasty. I had to try something vegan due to some diet restriction that day. The waiter was very nice and polite and the vibe was pleasant. Loved the music themed interior design! Will go back for a real meat burger for supper someday!

Still the freshest burgers, fries, appetizers, and deserts. Still the best drinks, still the top music playlists. Still the best franchise.

We've got a burger bar in Verdun! The plates are big, had the Goliath burger that tasted like the first burger I remember tasting as a kid, no BS just good beef. Drinks came in giant glass mugs which made it feel more like an American restaurant than a bar. The service was attentive until we got our meals, but when we finished our drinks we might have ordered more if we had been asked, maybe it was my fault as making direct eye contact with my server saw her run away, when all I wanted was for her to come into ear shot. No big, I'd still go back but sit at the bar next time. Which kind of makes sense, there is a quasi family theme as well. If you want to have a drink and a burger, whether with your buddy or your family seems Verdun finally has a higher end burger spot.

A new restaurant on Wellington! We had visited other NBG restaurants but since this one is just one minute from the door we couldn't resist. Considering that they have only just opened the service was fine.

The atmosphere is just right. Pop art murals and paintings, music at rge right volume so that you can talk easily. The banquette was very comfortable too.

A drinks menu did not seem to available. The menu will be familiar. We ordered sangrias and then a tropical temple with caesar salad and a grilled cheese. The order arrived with no problems at all, so we ordered dessert - apple crumble and a mint milk shake. Again the service was fine. So, a good start, a welcome addition to the choice on Wellington

Ambiance agréable, musique pas trop forte qu'on peut s'entendre. Nous étions assis au bar, avons eu un excellent service. Seuls les plats étaient décevants quant à leur préparation, exemple mon ami qui a mangé juste la moitié de ses côtes levées. On va certainement y retourner et essayer autre chose sur le menu. Bienvenu à Verdun!

Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff and a wide selection of delicious food. I recommend the Biblical Brie. It's salty, sweet and spicy. A very savoury burger.

Food was delicious, I had the butter chicken burger and honey mule to start and ended it with a strawberry cheesecake. Staff was accommodating and kind. 10/10 would visit again!
