Great spot with amazing noodles. They say they accept cash only but they do except cards (but there is a small additional charge). The dining area was a tight squeeze but the food is made quickly and it's fantastic for the price. Worth a stop if you like noodles!

So they gave me a HUGE bowl of soup It was easy for 2 peoples.this SOUP guys, SLAPS. Usually pho place serve dishwater but this one was seasoned the flavor! The beef TENDER! They could go more with the greens too but heeyyyhhh for that price. 10/10

I got myself the spicy beef noodle regular size, loved it, tasty and and the portion is huuge. It's perfect meal to warm you up in cold winter nights. The place is literally a hole in the wall tho, the space is so cramped won't fit your winter coat lol

I don’t know if this place can be even called a restaurant. The space was so tight. You had to share a table with other groups and you were almost touching other people’s elbows. I had to listen to the conversation of the other group the whole time and I did not feel like say a word to my group. It was so awkward. It was the worst dining experience ever. At the time I paid my bill, the waitress told me only cash and debit card were acceptable and an extra 2% will be charged if you pay by credit card. Why wasn’t this be brought up before I placed the order? I would just walk away. I was not happy about this so I skipped the tip. But she kept asking for the tips as if I owed them. For the poor service they offered, they deserved $0 tip. If they thought their customers should pay them tips, justify it by offering good service.

This is a small restaurant mainly for McGill students I guess. When i got in there I can see most of the customers were students. It was quite crowded and I had to share table with others. But food was good and price was reasonable. It is a good place for genuine Chinese noodle soup.

Nice Chinese handmade noodles near the Mcgill University campus, with flavourful soup. Their spicy, cold chicken was not spicy at all, but definitely worth the money for its portion. However, be prepared to queue awhile (or share your table with other patrons) as they have limited seatings.

Love this place, i got at least once a month.
The soup is fantastic, just know that the place is quite busy and crowded during school/work lunches. Also it does get quite hot in the summer.

Great service and one the the best hand pulled noodle soups I've ever eaten. Ordered takeout during dinner time and they were fast and friendly. The noodles were the perfect firmness and the broth was full of flavour and my preference for spicy. Would highly recommend.

Only downside is no hot tea - lovely staff, crowded and shared tables with strangers. Highly, highly recommended

Found by accident during our City trip. A bit unsure to go but we totally been amazed from that place. The staff is friendly and helpful to strangers. To watch how your noodles will get produced and prepared with meal is a fantastic experience. The portion is big and super tasty. This meal is definitely getting a spot on my personal worldwide best eaten food list.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. Their oil spill noodles are an absolute must try and their special Lanzhou beef noodles is also great. Their Chinese burger (or Rou Jia Mo) isn't as good as the one I had in the Tang Bistro in Edmonton but it's still pretty tasty. The only disappointing aspect of the restaurant is that it isn't open during the weekends. Had a better experience with them than with the food from Chinatown's "Nouilles de Lan Zhou".

Very authentic taste. The noodles were chewy and delicious with the meat and the bone soup. The meat to noddles ratio is perfect. The soup is mikly white, and it is obvious that it was made from actual bones broiled for some time. The spicy version is more fragrant than scipy/hot and improves the taste. The price is also not expensive.

The broth was intense and deeply flavored, but even then, it was not the star of the show. The noodles were absolute perfection.

Good portions for the price. Self serve chili oil. Rapid service.

Good noodles made on site. Very popular some lunch times and the line can be a bit long. Pickup: they always make sure you get all your items, good service.

Ordered the special beef noodle soup and spicy cucumbers- so delicious! I ordered medium heat on the soup, which wasn’t spicy at all but still had excellent flavor, and the noodles were obviously fresh and had the best texture I’ve found anywhere outside of Taiwan and Vietnam. Very excited to try more dishes from this restaurant.

Excellent, authentic noodle restaurant. From outside the restaurant, you can see the chef hand pulling the noodles through a window, and it is mesmerising to watch.

We came here twice on our trip to Montreal, and both times, the noodles were perfectly cooked with a flavourful broth. They have a variety of noodle types/thickness to choose from, as well as a menu of many delicious side dishes (shredded potato, cucumber salad, etc.). Or you could order the combo: noodles, egg, and side dish. Price is very reasonable.

They do offer dine in, but the tables fill up quick as the restaurant is quite small. The restaurant is regularly crowded especially during lunch/dinner hours, so waiting may be needed, but it is worth it.

Different types of noodles. Different flavors. Braised beef tendon is our favourite! Cabbage pickled is an odd one, not everyone might like it, but I do.

Delicious and made with care. Portions are great (enough for 2 smaller meals), and the homemade noodles and broth really make a difference. The highlight for me however is the Chili sauce.it’s the only one that comes close to my family recipe!

They serve very good noodles there. Love them all. I ordered the beef soup noodles (forget how they named the noodle size). Do ask your servers about the noodle size. They will recommend the best size. Also, I tried spicy chicken and cold flat noodles as appetizers. Very good but not spicy at all. One thing is not convenient to me as a visitor from the US: they don't accept credit cards. They only accept Canadian cash or debit cards. Be prepared.

Extremely busy during lunch time, plan an early lunch (11am) or a late one (1pm) to beat the crowds.

Favorite here is the Oil Spill noodles. Real great combo of flavors, nice and spicy and it's vegan too. Goes well with their shredded tofu salad.

The Chinese Hamburger is quite tasty as well, worth trying at least once.

Takeout carries pretty well, so don't be afraid of doing that if the spot is packed.

The noodle soupe is amazing. You can choose from a variety of noodle size. They all make it on the spot. The soup is juste a little bit salty. Their spice level is canadian style, aka not spicy at all for anyone who eat spicy food on a regular basis.

The only issue that you will find is their tables. You will have no personal space. The chair is unbelievably uncomfortable. You will start to doubt the cleanliness of the place. You have literally no walking space.

Tiny place, so I took to go. My order took a good 5-10 minutes, but standing outside watching the noodles being made on the spot was hypnotic.
I took the combo, which comes with a medium soup, a side salad and a hard boiled egg. I really liked the shredded potato salad, nice and tangy. The soup was huge, I had enough leftover for lunch the next day. The noodles were perfect, broth a bit oily but full of flavor, plenty of coriander too. The egg was okay, it would be way better if the yolk was still creamy. My combo set me back about 20$ with tax and tip.
I'll definitely be back, as it's only a few blocks from work.
