Been coming here for years for Brazilian waxes and eyebrow threading. I've been thrilled everytime with the outcome. Staff are very friendly and always do a great job. I highly recommend.

By far my favourite nail salon in Montreal. They always go above and beyond to find availabilities to fit me in for an appointment and the student discount is a major bonus. Rosa is a phenomenal technician, my nails have never looked better and she's a joy to talk to. I look forward to my appointments with her and my nails hold up for over a month at a time. It's a must visit!

I have been getting pedicures for the past year at this salon every 2 months. However, after my last appointment I had a horrible infection on my toe. I called back the salon to let them know and was told the manager would reach out and how sorry she felt (the receptionist) about my situation. I’m 4 months pregnant and live 45mins away not considering traffic from the salon. When the receptionist called back she said to come in because the manager would like to see my toe. I explained to her that I work 6 days a week and live far away not to mention I am half way through my pregnancy and that is just not possible for me to come in the next day. I offered to send pictures and video proof of my toe and I even had photos of the girl who did my pedicure during my appointment so I had all the proof needed to prove to them that I got the infection there. I never had an infection before, less alone at this place which costs 80$+ tax and tip for only a pedicure. Which I was happy to pay since the place looks clean and more high end. I went to cheaper places before and never got an infection before… However, I was very disappointed that this happened and how they handled the situation. I was never called back by the manager. It’s been over a week since I had called the salon. I couldn’t put a shoe on the first few days because of how painful it was. I was bleeding and my toe was swollen and infected. I had to wrap it with polysporin for days at a time and it’s still NOT HEALED. I am disgusted with the customer service I received from this salon. I will never go back. Horrible way to handle such situation. Overpriced and not worth the money. They don’t care to fix their mistake or own up to it.if I could give this place zero stars I would. Be careful going here, they just want your money. Will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was with this salon.

The place was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. I wasn't greeted upon arrival and was directed to choose the nail polish and wait for the technician to finish her customer, even though I had an appointment and was there on time. I had to wait for about 20 minutes to get served. Unlike other customers who arrived after me, the technician didn't help me roll up my trousers and burnt my feet with hot water.
The nail polish quality was also not great and neither were the duration of the pedicure nor the technician's attention to detail (she dropped a pad on the unclean floor and used it on me anyway). In a nutshell, it was a highly unpleasant experience. I don't recommend it and I am not going back.

Great experience with Rosa for pedicure and acrylic nail set. She is detail-oriented and never disappoints!

Rosa has been doing my shellac manicures/pedicures for about a year and I’m extremely satisfied at the quality of the services! Would definitely recommend!

I got my eye brows done by threading by a sweet south asian girl. It was very fast and it took 10 mins. They took me in between appointments which was amazing. I had to get them done i was attending a wedding. Paid 20$. Thanks. Would differently recommend checking them out.

I payed almost 20$ for my eyebrows to grow up in a week when literally I usually pay 6$ somewhere else and it looks nice for a month. Never coming back here so expensive for no reason too

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I go there mostly for Manicure/ Pedicures.
Tatiana is the salons best kept secret very professional and does an excellent job! I have tried many salons in Montreal and a bit around the world. I have never had such a perfected manicure.
A Note to the owner it would be nice if you gave the salon a makeover it’s in much need of an up keep, visited the franchise’s in Dubai and they are by far well kept esthetically! I have been a customer since you have opened in Montreal.

Recommandé pour tout les hommes qui aiment les soins de beauté. J'aime venir ici pour un brow threading et pour un lash tint.

C'est assez abordable et surtout je n'ai pas besoin de réserver trop longtemps a l'avance. Souvent je peux simplement appeler et avoir un rendez-vous la journée même. Pour moi c'est vraiment ça qui les distingue, on est capable de venir avec peu de préavis et ils sont même ouverts les lundis après 17h, ce qui est peu commun si je regarde les autres salons de beauté du coin.

La réceptionniste n’était pas très agréable, et l’esthéticienne n’a pas vraiment fait d’efforts non plus pour m’expliquer ce qu’elle allait faire. Mon vernis à ongles s’est enlevé après seulement 3 jours, alors qu’habituellement cela dure au moins une semaine avec un vernis normal OPI. Je ne recommande pas ce salon.

Eyebrow and upper lip threading-
Mariam is very skillful and takes into consideration each customer's exact specific desires.
Definitely recommend her if you want to clean up your eyebrows!

It's not the first time and it will certainly not be the last time I go to NSTYLE. Tatiana always does an incredible job with my nails, has great suggestions, and they always come out perfect! The Shellac lasts very long too. Rizwana is also amazing, very nice and so attentive, she makes waxing (almost) painless with amazing results. It's always a pleasure seeing them. A great team with very talented people, definitely recommend it!

Je suis assez exigeante quant il s’agit de mes cils et je n’ai jamais été déçue par leurs services. Je ressors toujours de mes rdv satisfaite. La pose est rapide et les extensions tiennent longtemps. Les cils paraissent naturels, un aspect primordial pour moi.

Update: i have left a review as seen below with 3 stars because the receptionist was rude. Anyway I got a call from her days later saying since I did not leave 5 stars, I will be banned from their services! This is sure not the way to deal with unhappy costumers! Not coming back!

Je n'ai jamais eu des produits qui me tenaient aussi bien et aussi longtemps (plus d'un mois) sans dégradation ni de l'ongle, ni du produit utilisé.
Je suis plus que ravie à chaque passage!

I have been going here for a while now and I can easily say it’s probably the best and cleanest place for Lash installation the only flaw is the No debit card setup they have. Makes 0 sense. They have a very expensive atm machine with a 4$ fee just incase u have to pull out. I was receiving my new credit card by the mail so I only had my Interac debit card that day. Their “credit card only” machine CAN be used for debit aswell it’s brand new!

Nstyle has been my go-to for years! I know I can count on Rizwana to make me feel comfortable and at ease! Her energy is calming, just what you need for a waxing appointment!

I have been going to Nstyle for the past 5 years and Tatiana and Nadia are absolute rockstars for Nails: Very detail oriented, Very Sweet and extremely professional. I highly recommend them.
The front desk is always lovely and very accommodating.
My only recommendation/wish is to add More Colors for Shellac- the choices haven’t changed since i started going there and trends keep evolving- would love more choices!

Maryam is the best for threading, I always go with her and I’m satisfied of her service. She is always so sweet and thoughtful. She is also very skilled and patient.

It’s so easy to book an appointment phone and it’s always fast. I would never go somewhere else!

Overall decent experience. She was very nice and fast. But I have alot of stubble on my legs. It was my first time, so I'm not sure if this is normal but It's unfortunate that that's the case, but I probably will not be going back for waxing.

The first time i went there, it went really well, so for my birthday my boyfriend decided to bring me there and i was really excited. Only this time, I felt like i was bothering the lady and I didn't enjoy my experience at all. At the end, my nails are really pretty, but i didn't like the the service. Unfortunately it will be the last time.

I really like my esthetician Meriem, she did my lash lift and my eyebrows. I fell in love with the way she does them. Also, I met my friends after she did it and they all like the way she did them (eyebrows). They asked me where did I go, I told them Nstyle beauty lounge and ask Meriem. Thank you!

The service was great. If you want to do brazilian wax, ask for Myriam. She is amazing, she made me comfortable and was constantly checking on me. It was clean and fast.

I go there for waxing and manicures. I always get Myriam for waxing, she is the best! Super kind and always doing a great work. Their nail technicians are also great, they'll give you a nice, long lasting and clean manicure. If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself this is definitely the salon you'd want to go to!

C'est mon salon préférée pour l'épilation.
J'ai fait le corps au complet je suis sortis comme un bébé. ça fait mal surtout le bikini mais ça vaut la peine on a nettoyer la tête de JED TABOUN.
LOUBNA était très rapide et professionnel, quand tu cries car ça fait mal elle devient sévèrte mais adorable et pour notre beauté de femme en plus.
Sans oublier BOCHRA L'adorable.
Une expérience à ne pas raté: qualité, prix, professionnel.

Update: I wrote a comment after going there for the first time, saying that I disappointed because the shellac went off two days after (which explains the comment of the owner)
But I decided to go back again because I loved the vibe, the decor, the service…etc. And honestly, I’ve been a regular client since then. I’ve had my nails done my Tracy and Olga and I can’t tell you how satisfied I am.

Ok so I've been to this nail salon before and I've had great experiences but today. No! Today I had a very bad experience. I'm coming from work. From a hospital especially. I don't need somebody to tell me how I should place my hand or how to rotate it. It's called being tired not tense. And the young lady kept telling me I should be more relaxed. She also told me to stop moving. When I wasn't even moving. I just think she was rude. And childish. I come to do my nails. I work in a hospital I don't need to get told what to do. Honeslty I don't know if I will go back. Not a good experience. And she made my nail bleed. So no thanks. She didn't even apologize for that. I would like to know that girls name but I just paid and left. And she kept looking at tour watch. Well clearly she didn't feel like being there. I mean how many times do you have to look at your watch. 4 or 5 times? Your kidding. Anyways I did not enjoy this experience.

I had a Brazilian waxing with Lubna (I might be spelling the name wrong). I'm Brazilian and I was surprised with how fast and yet well done it was. It didn't even have time to hurt! I highly recommend the professional. I'm coming back for sure.

I got nail extensions (for the first time) and a manicure with Rosa and I am over the moon at how great my nails look! I showed her a photo of what I would like and she made my nails even better than I could have dreamed! She was also very kind and funny! I would highly recommend!

I did my artificial refill with them after 2 days one nail lift, I fix and 2 days after another one lift again. I called explain the situation to the receptionist that they keep lifting and I need to fix them she said she will call me and she hang up she didn’t even listen and care what I say. Very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even call me back. It’s been 2 days now no one call. Receptionist are very rude and same as nail technicians.this place even someone pay me to go to I would never even bother to go.

Prix bon et service efficace, cependant j'aurais aimé que ma technicienne (je me suis fait une brésilienne) soit plus compréhensive du fait que c'était ma première fois avec ce genre de service et qu'elle me rassure la prochaine fois au lieu de speedrun la brésilienne en 10 minutes sans rien dire d'autre que "écarte les jambes"

It's a great place, love the decor and my technician was very friendly, the only thing is that the shellac went off two days later which disappointed me. But overall their services is good and I loved their colours!

I have to say that the customer service is terrible at Nstyle. The girls are mean and have so much attitude. They lie and pretend all the time. They put themselves first instead of putting the customer first. I will complain to the owner if I ever get a chance. I was refused an appointment today and the girl on the phone lied to me by saying that they do not have any space for new appointments for the whole week. Then I asked her to book me an appointment for next week. She said that there is no space. Like they lie in your face and you just have to accept it. The employees are moody and get angry at every little thing & have no proper way of speaking to their customers. Tatiana specially was very inappropriate. She is sweet at the beginning but as you get to know her better with regular visits, she can be offensive with the things she says and she gets mad at her clients like she owns the place.

Never get a facial here! They plucked my eyebrows off without asking my permission during my facial! I feel violated and cried during my appointment! They won't give me a refund! And were so rude to me on the phone.

IT IS NOT OKAY TO DO SOMETHING TO SOMEONE'S BODY WITHOUT PERMISSION.

It is always a pleasure having my manicure and pedicure done at NStyle Beauty Lounge. Been a customer since the beginning. The service and accommodation are great. Definitely worth the visit.

Pose d'extensions de cils, je ne recommande pas ce salon de beauté car il n'y a pas de professionnels, la technicienne Auliscia (je pense elle est apprentie), elle a déformé mes yeux et vous pouvez voir les photos, j'y suis retournée le lendemain pour corriger ce qu'elle avait fait, mais c'est sûr que je ne retournerai certainement pas. Faites attention les filles.

For my first brazilian wax, it was an amazing experience. Lodna did an amazing job. She was very professional and very prudent with it. It didn’t hurt that much. Loved it. 10/10 will come back again:)

I visit Nstyle every month to do threading and waxing. I was really satisfied with the service, and now I am more satisfied when I did it with (Manpreet) the service was outstanding, and even her personality.

Pire expérience à vie de pose d’ongles. Je montre un design à la technicienne et elle me dit qu’elle est capable de me faire ce genre de design sans problème. Sur les photos on peut clairement voir qu’elle n’avait jamais fais cela de sa vie, ça ne ressemble à rien du tout. La pose d’ongles est jolie mais très ordinaire et ils chargent 95$, ce qui est vraiment trop cher pour le produit. Je ne recommande vraiment pas. Quand tu ne sais pas faire quelque chose tu ne fais pas semblant que oui, c’est du manque de professionnalisme.

I definitely reccomand you Loubna for the waxing! She is fast, precise and so kind.she makes you feel very comfortable. I tried the Brazilian wax in many salons but with her it's a big difference, it was fast, not very painful and the result is perfect plus the place is very clean

I honestly didn't enjoy my experience here but my nails do look good.

I went here with my mom as a spa gift day so we could spend time together so I was paying for the experience than the nails so that's why it's only three stars. If you're going by yourself if probably a great place.

The lady doing my nails soaked my feet for approximately 13 seconds which is normally one of the best parts of a pedicure so that was a bit dissapointing. On the website it says an hour's service for a french manicure, which mine was done in 50 and so I just sat there afterwards waiting for my mom to finish so I'm sure there was extra time for that.

The massage afterwards was very quick maybe a minute and didn't even include the legs.

For an hour's service you're definitely paying for more than just nails being painted and I didn't get that here, I definitely won't be going back next time.

I don't know why this place has such good reviews, to be honest.

I went for the first time, thinking this place would be great and the service IS wonderful, but my polish chipped the very next day, and the smell of the "quick dry" aerosol they sprayed on my nails WILL NOT COME OFF, so my fingers still reek days later.

Overall, I don't think it's worth the money over a local nail salon.

First time I ever had lash extensions was at NStyle. I was about 8 mo pregnant and decided to try it out as a "treat yourself" moment cause a friend recommended them to me. Had a great experience! She did a great job. I loved my lashes and I was able to give birth looking so extra - haha! Now I always go to here for my lashes.

I was a bit nervous but actually I was quite comfy during the process with their soothing music that I even fell asleep.

Plus their salon is so gorgeous and right inside the mall!

It was my first time doing gel nail polishers. I walked in without a scheduled appointment and I was taken right away. I found a bit expensive however the results are great! I will be going back.

Got a wax here and it was very clean, she was very fast and so it really wasn’t painful. The price was reasonable and it’s in a very convenient location. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I went last week for my first experience with eyebrow threading and I couldn't be happier. The girl in there cleaned up my eyebrows and gave it a nice smooth shape. She was very friendly and comforting as I never had my eyebrows touched by anyone else before. She was very quick too. I got a lot of compliments on how my eyebrows looked. I also got my upper lip done. The price was good and the customer service was so happy and cheerful. Getting an appointment was very easy on the phone. I will surely go back and highly recommend this place to my friends.

Après un appel de la propriétaire qui me demande pourquoi je parle du prix je modifie mon commentaire.

J'ai dis a la propriétaire que pour 120$ je m'attendais a un meilleur service. Le vernis n'est pas bien appliqué et les cuticules son mal enlevés.

La propriétaire n'a pas cherché à corriger l'erreur et m'a dit que j'avais l'air satisfaite.

Bref, je soutiens que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas la.

If you're looking to be WAXED, (legs, bikini, brazilian, face, etc) you MUST SEE LOBNA! She was efficient, and absolutely incredible. I am someone who has had waxing done numerous times over the last ten years, and I hadn't gone in close to a year this time so you know the hair grows back quite thick and it is more painful, but Lobna took the best care and I walked out of the salon smiling. It's been twenty-four hours since I've been and no reaction so I am happy! I also had a pedicure done, which turned out beautifully. XX <3

Their costumer service is terrible.
And everytime I got waxed here (I never thought much of it) but I would ALWAYS come back with terrible bruises.
I would get some rashes a couple days later, the lady told me it was because of ingrown hairs, didn't want to listen to me at all because I think she felt like I was telling her she was doing something wrong.
After many trials elsewhere and a few searches online, I've realized that it's due to how they pull the hairs out. When I would tell her it hurt a lot, she would say it is because I don't come often enough. She wouldn't even pull the skin or be careful, she just tried to do everything "faster".
The prices will keep rising every year, don't bother becoming a regular here.

Used to go to this salon for years for eyebrow threading. This salon has always been overpriced, yet the service was decent. Until my visit in December 2017 when my eyebrows were completely ruined by the esthetician and had to be corrected with makeup for 2 months. I was obviously not charged for the service and tried to approach this situation with understanding. Went back to the salon 8 months later for the same service and kindly asked the receptionist to have a different esthetician. During the procedure, the lady threading my eyebrows kept emphasizing on the fact that I have complicated brows and if YOU ask for a thinner shape, then you shouldn’t complain if your brows are thinner. Anyway, during the procedure she spoke in a very condescending manner. It should be noted that the eyebrow threading are done in the massage room where the lights are dim. When she finished she asked me how it was, at first I thought the shape was fine, but as I got out of the salon and looked at myself in daylight, it was obvious that she didn’t clean AT ALL. Had to go over it my self. Why is it only in YOUR salon that I am told that I have a complicated brows? ! DO NOT recommend this place and will never come back. Very poor quality of service.

If I could give zero stars - I would. This over priced, terrible salon charged me 60 dollars for a pedicure and it gave me TOENAIL FUNGUS! I have never had it in my life! Two weeks after my appointment, I took off the nail polish and noticed that my toenail was yellow and thick, went to the doctor and sure enough! Toenail fungus commonly found in poorly cleaned nail spas. It takes a year to a year and a half for those to clear up! And today the nail fell off. What a nightmare of an experience! Clean your tools, and clean your baths! This is medical hygiene - have some pride! I just spent $60.00 for toe fungus UGH!

After my first visit and posting my previous review (below) I received a call to come back the same day. I was appreciative of the quick response and glad to know they pride themselves in their work.

I was able to go back 3 weeks later. The service was exceptional this time. Both staff were friendly and compassionate as well as extremely competent. My nails look great and the service was welcoming. This was what I expected from reading the reviews. So happy to post a good review for them.

I liked the style of this place but the reception was more like I was a hinderance than a client they had the opportunity to build a relationship with. I chose this place based on reviews but my experience was less than satisfied.

My mani and pedi were done by two women who barely conversed or explained what they were doing. They didn’t tell me how long i would have to wait for drying etc. They did not come back to let me know so I had to guess.

The next day my manicure began to chip and flake.

I was very disappointed at the quality of service for the cost paid.

Big ol five for Nstyle and Loubna! Did almost full body waxing here with Loubna, she is really nice and really good at it! But I wish she was more gentle with the bikini area. Also the manager gave a discount since I purchased a lot of services! Will definitely come back!

First time here last week! Loubna is amazing for waxing! Not one stray hair left and gosh is she efficient, I think I was in and out within 15 mins! She's also the sweetest lady, made me feel at ease for my first time. Would definitely recommend!

I got my eyelashes done here and I am so pleased with the results. They look natural and exactly how I wanted them. (Ask for mink, they look amazing) The lady that did them was really sweet and patient. Will definitely come back:)

My girlfriend and I moved here from California about two months ago. I was looking for a great nail salon, since the first one we tried up here was so expensive and they did a horrible job on her gel mani and pedi. I am so glad that I found NStyle! The prices are fair and staff is so professional! Even better, the mani and pedi were amazing! I got the regular ones and my girlfriend got the gel mani and pedi and it was the best service we have ever had. I highly recommend the "callus removal" pedicure too. The salon is extremely clean and staff is super accommodating and very kind. I will keep going back with my girlfriend! 10 stars.

Been going to NStyle Nail Lounge since 2014. Each time I've been I've been treated very well by the highly qualified technicians who always do an excellent job. Having short bitten nails, each time I leave NStyle, my nails are magazine quality photographed manicured polished perfect nails. The pedicures are just as excellently accomplished. NStyle also have professional technicians who perform various threading services and waxing areas without pain or little red bumps. Their prices are very competitive and conveniently located downtown. The owner is a highly professional businesses man who assures that his clients are content and well taken care of. I highly recommend NStyle Beauty Lounge to anyone who is looking to have their nails done professionally in a hygienic environment.
