Je fais faire mes extensions de cils ailleurs depuis plus de 10 ans, mais pour la première fois j’ai dû aller au Spa Nüva. Pour faire une histoire courte, suite à la pose des cils, j’ai dû me rendre chez l’optométriste en urgence, car mes yeux étaient grandement infectés et rouges avec beaucoup d’inflammation et d’irritation douloureuse. Bref, j’ai reçu une prescription de 3 différentes gouttes pour traiter mes yeux pendant 3 semaines et je ne pouvais même plus porter mes verres de contact pendant ce temps. L’HORREUR! Je suis moi-même pharmacienne, alors je peux vous confirmer que ce traitement était pour un problème occulaire inquiétant. Lorsque j’ai informé en détails les « personnes en charge » du Spa Nüva, ils m’ont traité comme un simple numéro, comme si cette situation n’était pas grave, alors on voit très bien que leur clientèle n’est pas importante. Leur façon de gérer la situation/problème a été médiocre, à vrai-dire, ils n’ont absolument RIEN géré puisqu’ils n’ont RIEN fait du tout. C’est tout simplement INACCEPTABLE!

The first time I came to this salon was because I dyed my hair at home and it turned out to be an orange mess. I was very upset and scared for my hair to get damaged. I always wanted blonde hair but never had that result even from other hairdressers. However, Rita Malko was the savior. I contacted her last minute no appointment and she added me to her busy schedule the next day because she is amazing and so caring about her clients.she took all the time necessary to make sure I leave the salon happy. Literally, she stayed until 11pm without complaining.she was just so professional, smiley and helpful. Finally, the results was beyond what I expected.it was such a natural blonde without any brassiness nor damage. My hair is so soft and beautiful.the compliments are endless. I am super happy and satisfied with Rita`s work. She is an artist and the best hairdresser I have been to so far. I only trust her with my hair.

I went to Nuva with an image of a “lob” hairstyle, knowing exactly what I wanted! Repeated numerous times that I really hate “bobs” so want a dead straight cut (not rounded like a bob) and the same length all the way around. I now have very short hair and a bob hairstyle that I am completely unhappy with. There is also parts that are uneven but I can’t do anything until it grows as it’s too short. Really unhappy.

Very disappointed with my first-and last-experience at NUVA. Took a day off work specifically because I desperately needed a massage. Decided to try this place since I was going to be in the area. Show up to my appointment only to be told "they made a mistake and booked the wrong day" and no one was there to step in instead. I wasted one of my very few vacation days. I was expecting a call from the manager but no one called or followed up. Terrible client experience. A big disappointment and lack of professionalism. Not going back.

For me getting my hair washed at a salon is supposed to be a great experience. But instead I was put on a sink that my neck could not reach and the lady wet my whole back. My shirt was soaked in the back. Was very disappointed and was quite embarrassed. Ricardo on the other hand was sympathetic to what happen. He gave me an amazing funky cut. Thank you Ricardo.

Just had my nails, hair and lashes done this week. Super happy with the results. Angela was amazing. She took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered perfectly! I absolutely love my hair.
Lodi did my lashes and I thought they were too va-va-voom for me so,
I returned the next day and she actually redid part of them to ensure I was 100% happy with the results. What a class act! She did an amazing job and was so sweet. She clearly takes real pride in her work and cares about your satisfaction and that's worth gold if you ask me.

Attentife staff, good services and good prices. I was expecting for way more expensive fees but I was very happy with what I had to pay each time I went there

Best hair cut. I had a hair cut with Lucia and she was amazing. By far the best hair cut I’ve ever had. She was super friendly and gave me tips. The salon is really nice and clean. Being able to book online is great too

If you want great service and an all-around pleasant experience I would advice you to book an appointment with Anthony! The guy is not only great at what he does as a colourist/stylist but is also an incredibly nice person! He listens and makes every effort to ensure that you walk out of the salon with the best hair possible! I have thin and brittle hair so it isn’t always easy to work with but Anthony did an absolutely amazing job with the cut and colour. I can honestly say that he is by far one of the greatest hairdressers out there!

Very disappointed. Had Pedicure manicure done, pedicure chairs very uncomfortable, technician knicked skin at the corner of toes and I had a wedding the next day. Obviously, mot the most comfortable situation with shoes on. Had parafin treatment on hands at additional cost, definitely not worth it. Since they did not take the time to air dry my polished nails, they had smudged by the time I got to my car.
Beware, their site offers a 10% discount for first time visitors but don't give it. I discovered this later in the day when I went on their web-site to check the pricing which was more than they had mentioned when I booked the appointment almost 2 wks prior to the visit. When I contacted them about the discount I was told, "everyone makes mistakes and we'll give it to you on your next visit". Why would I even consider returning after the horrible experience. They never offered that I return to be reimbursed the 10% without having to come back for a second visit. Total cost with tip, parafin and nail polish153.00. Totally riduculous!

Anthony est un excellent coiffeur. Il est à l’écoute des besoins des clients, il est agréable en plus d’avoir beaucoup d’experience. Il a réussi à arranger mon problème en étant confiant et sans soucis. J’ai eu une très belle expérience et les membres du salons sont gentils en plus d’être professionnels. Merci pour le service!

Unfortunately my "set" hair went frizzy after an hour since the right anti frizz product was not used for my curly hair. I expected a lot more considering the price point. Nice staff though.

A few days later now and I've noticed the haircut is also quite poorly done in the front. Considering that it was one of the most pricey cuts I've had, I'm really disappointed.

Premièrement, le service à la clientèle laisse vraiment à désirer. Aucun sourir et aucun joie de vivre. Sur Internet, il étais inscrit; café offert. Nous nous sommes jamais fait proposer de café. De plus sur internet il étais écrit 30$+ taxe pour une coupe. Quelle surprise nous attendais à la caisse lorsque nous avons vue 115$ pour 2 coupes et je doit dire complètement raté. Ce n'étais pas du tout ce que j'avais demandé et un côté de ma tête les cheveux sont beaucoup plus long que l'autre et pas égal. Pour un salon qui est sense avoir de la classe, vraiment je laisse un 0. Les coupes sont affreuse. Je suis très déçue de mon passage dans ce salon. Je ne le recommande pas. Je parle bien sur ici seulemsnt que des coiffeurs que nous avons vue. Cela ne touche aucunement les autres comme par exemple les esthéticienne ou la pose d'ongle.

Worst salon experience!

From start to finish the whole experience lacked professionalism. The ambiance was very cold and unwelcoming. I requested subtle natural highlights but ended up with over processed chunky streaks. My hair is damaged. Extremely disappointed!

I will NEVER go back even if they offer to fix it.

Last time they put the price higher, they said it could change without notice. Fine I still went, within the same year it went up again, So how many times will they go up, it's a little ridiculous. So I guess before the year is finish they'll go up by 50$$ or what, I'll have to look somewhere else, damn

Guys: out of respect and courtesy for clients you should inform your clients about price change, or difference in products and prices, I would personally be happier if someone told me in advance then telling me when I'm already done and that's when they can take my money.

This place is great! Mario is fantastic and really brightened up my friend’s day; after a recent hair loss he gave her a cut that gave her back the confidence she needed. He also did my hair and I love it! I’d recommend this salon to anyone who asks. Pleasant atmosphere and great service. Everyone was super friendly!

I’ve been going to nuva almost 4 years now and only trust my hair with Angela! She knows exactly what I want and never fails to make my hair look so fresh! Recommend 100%!

The beautician, Melissa that did my pedicure did an amazing job and it was very comfortable with her as well as with the beautician that took care of my friend, Lilly.

The room was filled with conversation that allowed the experience to remain relaxing and all the while Mel did a wonderful job. When I go back and I will I will always book with her from now on.

I love the backrooms as they're quiet but it is a very vibrant place.

They will now be starting or already have begun packages to take your niece, daughter, god daughter, ect ect ect.for a day at the spa. Which I am really looking forward to.

Nuva is amazing! I definitely reccomend Angela! She has been doing my hair for years now and she is the only one I trust with my hair! A while back I had gotten a balayage done by her which I absolutely loved! Even when it grew out, it still looked very natural and still looked amazing! I recently went darker and she did an amazing job with that too! I am always so pleased with how my hair turns out, whether it be for a cut, colour, or styling!

Since my wedding, I cannot trust anyone else than this woman! Angela, is calm, cool, and THE BEST. When it comes to hair. The salon is clean, very nice, and offers top products! A definite recommendation
