Thank you Nuvo Physio for the excellent care. I worked with Chaya Notik for male pelvic floor therapy and am incredibly happy with the end results. The therapy solved the issues I came in for as well as a few other issues that had been affecting me for years and which ended up being related.

Chaya is knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and highly effective. It can be hard to find a pelvic floor physiotherapist who treats men and I am absolutely grateful to have found Chaya. I highly recommend her for pelvic floor therapy and rehabilitation.

Throughout my pregnancy and following my birth, I was followed by Jennifer. She is extremely knowledgeable, funny, down to earth, and personable. My partner and I also took her prenatal classes to prepare for the birth. These classes are a must for anyone wanting to understand the labor process and to get specific exercises for the different phases of labor. She also does a great job at engaging partners and making them more familiar with the female body.

The whole staff is extremely friendly, warm, and accommodating.

The building is clean and there is also parking in the back, making it very easy to access the office while pregnant and with a stroller.

I wouldn't consider being followed by anybody else but Jennifer for my next pregnancy.

Nuvo physio is a great one-stop shop for all of your perinatal needs. Jennifer is knowledgeable and professional. Her birth prep course really gave us the tools and moves to help progress birth along. Karina, the occupational therapist, was very helpful in the early post-partum phase to help prevent future wrist injury related to holding and feeding the baby. Can't recommend this team enough!

Amazing staff will take care of you and your body. I would highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant or recently gave birth!

Je suis allée chez Nuvo Physio pour un problème d'épaule après une chute. Très bien accueillie, j'avais pris un RV par téléphone, l'évaluation était correcte et j'ai reçu ensuite une liste de mouvements à réaliser chez moi. J'ai ensuite eu pour 3 séances la même physiothérapeute, très dévouée aussi, qui cherche à bien déterminer le problème et j'ai eu de nouveaux exercices. Après 3 séances PhanPhan m'a dit que je pouvais cesser de venir, que je pouvais faire mes exercices seule. J'ai trouvé cela très correct de ne pas pousser à la consommation. Personnellement j'ai été très bien traitée et je recommande NUvoPhysio

I should honestly have written this review months ago. Nuvo Physio is amazing. I worked with Jennifer at first, and then I worked with Shanshan to complete my therapy. Both were encouraging and thorough. I highly recommend them for post partum patients. I initially went in because I was worried about diastasis recti after my c-section. They helped me gain my strength and abdominal/pelvic floor control again. They provided me with exercises and support along my post partum journey. They helped me regain my confidence in listening to my body. I really very highly recommend them and would give them more stars if it were possible.

Wonderful experience with both Jennifer and Shanshan. They took great care of me, and were both so kind and professional. The exercises and stretches were very useful and easy to do at home. Highly recommend!

Very nice clinic. Private and secluded but accessible for mobility. Service is friendly and accomodating. Clinicians do excellant work caring for both physical and emotional rehabilitaion which is key for pain management.

I had a horrible pelvic pain in the last weeks of pregnancy and I rushed to see Jennifer who made me feel as something could be done, She was right!

After many weeks of pain I can now almost finish my last days through pregnancy relatively pain free. I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible. Jennifer spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understood what needed to be corrected and could better manage similar issues in the future. It was empowering

From start to finish what an incredible and welcoming experience. They took me on as a patient right away because there was a cancellation and I’ve never been happier. I had a minor herniated disk, my back was fixed and I graduated in no time! Now I have a detailed exercise plan on an app and can easily communicate with my physiotherapist whenever necessary. The team are some of the nicest women I’ve ever met and really listen and work on your specified ailment. I received a fantastic massage during my sessions, proper workout sets and overall an incredibly detailed and comfortable experience. Thank you for fixing my back!

Travelled over an hour for my appointment with Jennifer and it was well worth it! She was very knowledgeable and clear and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to work on postpartum. Overall the clinic is wonderful with extremely kind staff. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for pre-natal physiotherapy, especially for first time moms! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in everything prenatal and postpartum. She is passionate and such a great listener to your concerns. She has prepared myself and my partner for birth and made us feel more at ease with the whole process.

I have tried three different (pelvic) physiotherapy rehab centers in Montreal. They were all good but this is by far the best! The physiotherapists are not just obviously knowledgeable but also authentic. Great and totally honest advice. I did exactly what they said and now I'm even in better shape after my second child than I was after having my first 5 years ago. Jennifer Nwankwo was so thorough during her assessment and gave great advice. You can really see how she's passionate about her work. They do not give you extra appointments if you don't need it and discharge you when you're done. Super clean place as well. Great therapy and human experience. I do recommend this place big time!

Love going to Nuvo Physio. Went there for physiotherapy and then for childbirth/labor prep for a physiological delivery. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and very clear in her explanations. My questions were always answered. She also has online classes for prenatal workout. Awesome place. Everything you need as a woman for prenatal and post in one place. Also my partner was happy with the knowledge he received. Highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Nuvo Physio to any woman who has had a baby. Jennifer is so competent, empathetic and skilled. She is comforting and helps you understand how your body has changed and is recovering post partum. She truly takes the time to listen and adapt to the client.
