Cuisine très raffinée et aux saveurs incroyables!
À 2 nous avons pris 2 assiettes végétariennes, 1 de viande et une de poisson ainsi que 2 desserts! C'était parfait!

Délicieux mets préparé par un chef d'expérience. Une palette de goût très variée et sophistiquée. J'aime beaucoup le fait qu'ils travaillent avec des produits locaux et frais. Le tartare de bœuf était délicieux, nous en avons repris deux fois.

Par contre niveau prix, c'est un hold up complet.

Très bon restaurant avec des produits locaux et une carte qui change au grès des saisons. De plus c’est un apporter votre vin et le personnel est très chaleureux! Je recommande!

Very disappointed. We were very much looking forward to our meal based on previous reviews. Many of our hot dishes were cold, our fries were also cold and stale. Some of our dishes sat (visibly) on the service counter for 10 min before a waiter picked them up. One of our plates had an ant walking around it, the waiter apologized and sent for a new one - normally any restaurant would not have charged us for the dish, but in this case it was on our bill…

If this were my establishment I would very quickly find a way to tackle these issues, because as it stands today, we could not justify going back.

The menu is selected and so is the flavour. It is not about quantity but quality. This is what it makes this restaurant different from others.

Review update Sept. 2022: still a great place to discover unexpected but delicious combinations of local ingredients! Really loved the mushroom and lobster tartelette tonight!
The new kind of menu they have now is not based on appetizer and main dish but smaller portions that they encourage you to get ~3 per person, which can make the final bill climb.

The place itself still suffers after all those years from having 0 noise traps, only reflective surfaces, so it can get noisy depending on the other clients around and how much they had to drink. Still a perfect dinner for me.

We both enjoyed this dinner a lot. The duck and halibut were highlights. We had heirloom tomatoes, a lobster tart, and scallops, which were all fantastic as well.

Épicurien? Allez-y! Produits locaux, belle présentation, super service. Mes papilles sont encore toutes émoustillées! Bref, il faut tester, belle petite place, apportez votre vin!

Décevant. Un menu d’entrées à un prix exorbitant. Suggestion de 3 entrées pour avoir l’équivalent d’un repas complet … On est resté sur notre faim.

Really well thought out small regional plates and bring your own wine, who could ask for more? Shout out also to the delicious desserts and the friendly staff. O-Thym proved you can run a restaurant efficiently even with a small group of staff when they know what they're doing!

Disapointed at best.the diner started by a statememt of the waiter that we should take 3 meals because it may not be enough. New way to increase your bill? I am sorry but if you provide a gustative blast as you claim, two dishes should enough.
I picked the tartare and the cheese from Québec. So a tartare is made of seasonned raw meat as a main component. This one barely had meat: overwhelming taste/composition of pear and shallot. Where is the meat? No seasoning when you find some meat. Fried wild rice was not deteclable and should have been better on the side to mix with the 'meat' as you want. The quebec cheese was supposed to be seasonned with leak: it is a failed. I tasted the dishes of my friends and had the same disapointement.
Btw charging 3$ 1/4 or a baguette (3$ a full one in a good bakery) is a shame.

Great farm to table cuisine that rotates on a regular basis. Unique well thought dishes that really bring what Quebec can offer. On top of that, it’s a BYOB! Probably one of the best of its kind in town as a matter of fact. I also appreciate how service (and wine glasses) are up to par like a normal restaurant. Sometimes it tends to be subpar in a BYOB setting.

Coup de coeur sur leur tartelettes salées! Champi ou petit pois, un vrai délice. J'adore le choix varié d'entrées, tout est très bien assaisonné et très frais, je recommande!

Simply delicious. Our server was an excellent guide. We had the best meal we’ve had in... Years, and we never even made it to the main course; the appetizers were so well prepared and tasty that we just kept ordering more before skipping ahead to dessert.

Alors c'est un apportez votre vin. Si j'avais su. Cuisine de marché selon les arrivages saisonniers. Les plats sont d'excellente qualité. Service aimable. Par contre pas une fan de légumes je les apprécie quand même bien cuisiné et/ou assaissonné. L'étoile en moins est qu'ils n'ont pas réussi à me faire apprécier tous les plats.

Local avec plein de lumière naturelle, beau décor, service excellent. On est bien accueilli. Les plats sont savoureux et produits locaux. Resto coup de coeur. A essayer

Les repas pour emporter sont toujours excellents et leur menu des fêtes était tout simplement formidable. Merci pour cette soirée du nouvel an qui fut absolument délicieuse, grâce à vous.
