Dr Yvonne was unpleasant, I told her that passed the year with infections, I told my concerns and she just said nothing, took the samples for my PAP and said ok everything looks fine, thanks. Bye.

No issues with reception here. They have been nothing but kind and helpful every time. It's a very busy place and I'm sure they're overworked, but I have no complaints on their service. Dr. Jing Zhang (family medicine) is very professional and nice. Explains everything to you so you understand and are comfortable. I also saw Dr. Kawerk previously and he was very pleasant as well. Fun to talk with and very professional. Longer wait times for him though as he's a specialist. Overall a great clinic, would recommend.

Interestingly I thought the secretaries were nice. It was my assigned doctor that was incredibly unpleasant. I’ve never seen such a condescending woman doctor. This is not the doctor-patient relationship I’m looking for. On the bright side, they are very much on time.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Huang but I have to admit, her secretary is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. She should not be working in customer service.
