Ils m’ont fait déplacé inutilement. J’ai appelé, car j’étais intéressé à un de leur véhicule. Ils m’ont confirmé la disponibilité du véhicule au téléphone. Une fois sur place le vendeur me dit que le moteur fait un “toc”. Je demande à essayer le véhicule et il revient en me disant que le véhicule est déjà vendu.

We bought a used car one month ago. The same day we picked it up, we noticed the check engine light was on, on the way home. Two days later, we couldn’t start the car on! Even after boosting the battery, the car didn’t start. A member of their team had to come home to remove our car with a tow. There were two things to fix, the battery and the check engine light. They took three days to give us the car again. So far, we haven’t had any inconvenience with the battery again, however, the check engine light turned on two days after we picked up the car for the second time! We strongly suspect they cleaned the check engine light without the issue being fixed.
Finally, we booked an appointment with a mechanic to find out what is happening with our car. We hope don’t have big surprises!
We are very disappointed with this dealership.

Booked an appointment to try a car this morning at 9: 30, no one took the time to show it (they obviously double booked the saleswoman Audrey-ann, got no apologies for that). They didn't even clean the car before we try it (full of animal hair, stains and disgusting smell), had to wait outside for 1h to discuss the car to find out it was not even checked by a mechanic (no apologies for the wait either). And then had to endure Audrey-ann's condescending tone, especially when our tired 2 yo child who waited all this time began to cry. Not family friendly (actually not friendly at all). Worst used car dealership experience ever. If you expect trustworthy quality service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I came for a test drive and that was a great experience with Fabio. He is a careful and attentive man. He showed me all the detail information about the car. We ended up with a deal and was happy to ring the bell (they have a real bell there to kudo a good thing) to congrats his service.

Son personnel est dévoué et passionné par la satisfaction du client. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil était des plus chaleureux. De plus, je vous recommande le vendeur Maxime Filion. Dynamique, c'est un grand connaisseur de voitures. Très attentionné, patient et à l'écoute de nos besoins, il a su respecter notre budget et nous recommander le "parfait" véhicule pour nous! Fabio is a great saler, straight forward and honest. I would recommend him. It doesn’t feel like you’re talking to a salesman but more like a relative that is trying to help you do the best choice for YOU.

Although, the only thing I have to add is follow ups with clients once sold, do it a little bit more often

Do not purchase here. Staff is very friendly to your face, but they will hamstring you and lie at their first opportunity. Bought a car in 2020 and they are still refusing to honour that contract to fix the rust they said they were going to and have run me in circles since then. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere

J’y suis allée 2 fois pour faire l’achat d’une voiture et les deux fois nous avons été servis par le directeur des ventes. La première fois, la personne en charge des évaluations d’échange n’était pas là, on nous a dit qu’on nous téléphonerait pour un rendez-vous, ça na jamais été fait. La deuxième fois, le camion qui nous intéressait sur leur site était localisé au Toyota Gatineau mais non disponible pour la vente encore, on nous a dit qu’on nous téléphonerait une fois celui-ci disponible et encore aucun retour! Pas fort.

Pour ceux qui veulent acheté un véhicule en bas de 10 000$ chez ce concessionnaire, GARDE À VOUS!

Ce n'est pas parce que vous acheté un Toyota usagé de chez un concessionnaire Toyota qu'Il sera bon. Au contraire, ce concessionnaire en profite pour gonflé les prix.

J'ai magasiné pour un véhicule à ce vendeur. J'ai essayé plusieurs autos qui était vendus entre 4000$-8000$. Tous avait de grave problème et le prix était super haut. Si vous connaissez très peu la mécanique d'un char de façon général, prenez garde.

Toyota corolla 2011 (137 000km) vendu 6200$:
Le véhicule allait très bien autre qu'une chose très grave. Le dessous du char était complètement scrap. C'étais rouillé jusqu'à un point critique. Les ties rod, les bearing, l'exhaust (et j'en passe), tout était rouillé solide. C'est un véhicule qu'ils essaient de vendre depuis début hivers (donc plus de 6 mois déjà et aucun acheteur de pris encore).

Toyota corolla 2009 (267 000km) vendu 4000$:
À ce prix là, aussi bien vous dire que le char doit être A1! Et bien non. J'arrive pour essayé l'auto, le dealer me dit qu'on doit allé à la station-service remplir le char pour l'essai routier. Rendu là-bas, le dealer ne savait pas quoi faire. Les câbles pour ouvrir le coffre et la tank à essence était rouillé finis. On étais même pas capable d'ouvrir le petit capot à essence pour remplir le char! Il a essayé de toute les façons de tiré sur le câble pour ouvrir le petit capot à essence, rien n'y faisait. Pathétique et vendu à un prix ridicule.

Mazda-3 2010 (130 000 km) vendu 5000$:
Sur l'essaie routier, ça sentais le brûlé. Le char avait de la difficulté à avancer. Sur l'autoroute à 100km/h, j'avais mis le pied de gaz dans le fond, rien n'y fessait. Le char bloquait à 100km/h et il fallait que je désactive le A/C pour qu'il avance un peu plus vite. Tout le long de l'essai routier, le moteur forçait pour rien. En gros, il vendait un char avec un problème moteur critique à 5000$.

Fabio was very patient and helpful in picking out my car, and made sure that I was satisfied with the car I picked. The bodywork done on the car was excellent.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the 10 day insurance from them that I was supposed to, and then had to scramble to call my insurance in order to be able to pick up the car. Also, the contract I signed was in French. A lady explained parts of it to me, but I would have preferred to have an English copy for me to read and sign. Overall, I am satisfied with my car and Fabio’s service.

All the staff at Toyota Gatineau were amazing! We were helped by Alexandre and he was very professional, courteous and so easy to deal with- no pressure at all- just a very easy experience from start to finish. Thank you also to Jeff who was so kind and helped us secure the deal, Isabelle in finance and Dominique who helped us when we picked up the car! We will definitely come back again! Keep up the great work!

My sales experience was wonderful. However, once purchased, communication completly stoped. I was told upon purchase that my car would be ready in a couple of days. I have been waiting for a week and still no word on when my car will be ready. I have phoned multiple times only to get the run around. I have been told multiple times that someone will call me back. Someone finally did after many days. The inventory of cars seems great, so I would say if you go with these guys, go in knowing that it could take a while.

Fabio is the worst salesmen.still waiting for my car 2 weeks after the purchase, liar to the max.always excuses.horrible never again.even manager and director have no clue what is going on.they took my money still waiting for vehicle delivery.fabio lost my drivers license and has lied to my family over and over.horrible experience.never again

1, faire essayé une voiture à un client qui es à 90 % vendu pas trop professionnel.
2. Pour la vendre dire que tu as temp mois de garantie et apres t apercevoir que la transmission glice il as plus de garantie je trouve pas sa fort.
Et apres tout sa il lui offre un autrecauto

I bought a Toyota Yaris at Toyota Gatineau at the end of December 2019, the day I received the car after driving a few kilometers and turning the car off, it didn't start again, so I called the CAA who boosted the battery and I contacted the Toyota sales agent. He said the battery will be replaced at no cost. Few days later the battery WAS REPLACED for a new one with a warranty of at least 3 to 5 years.today (13 months later), although I move the car every day, I have had to call the CAA because the battery is dead, I went again to Toyota Gatineau asked them what is wrong with the battery and after looking at the file they said there is no register that the battery was changed one year ago and there is not a warranty. So, they tricked us when we bought the car and now probably we have to buy a new one.

Moyen, car quand tu achète une auto usagée de 26,000 plus taxe, tu veux un ou deux petit service comme faire partir une égratignure sur le capot et des pneus d'hiver. Ce n'est pas grand chose car ça fait 3 autos que j'achète là. Je trouve ça pas très fort! Il y a une corolla qui avait le moteur très sale, alors j'ai demandé un nettoyage et on m'a dit oui, quand je l'ai acheté pour des amis âgées, en regardant j'ai vu que ce n'était pas fait!

I went to my appointment with Toyota to get a piston installed for the glove box of my new 2020 Corolla. This this is a device on the side of your glove box compartment that allows the compartment to open slower rather than fall open. Apparently this small device was not included in my brand new one month old 2020 Toyota Corolla. My appointment was at 2: 30 p.m. And never got out of there until 3: 45 p.m. I was in full view of my parked car in the parking lot. I saw the technician install the Piston from 3: 00 p.m. To 3: 05 p.m. You do the math. I still think the oil changes are faster.

Tried to buy a vehicle and could not get any help from service or sales. All I wanted was the basic information, what are the tire treads at and what are the brake measurements? They told me they have so many vehicles they don't look at any of that until after it is sold. How does that make any sense? How can you sell a vehicle and call it "Toyota Certified" and say on your page "This vehicle has been through a meticulous 160-point mechanical inspection" and then tell me they haven't even looked at tires and brakes? I called service 13 times on Sept 18th and was put on hold over and over and over. Transferred all around to multiple people. Absolutely horrible service! Clearly they don't care about selling

Just bought a 2017 Highlander, and had a great experience with Alexandre Faria and his manager. Very happy with my purchase and their service.

Pire service que je n'ai jamais eu dans les derniers mois avec ce Toyota. Je vais pour m'informé sur les véhicules, le vendeur n'écoute aucunement mes besoins et s'obstine a me faire écouté sa cassette sur le safety sens (Je m'en calisse du safety sens). Une autre journée, j'essaye de les appeler et une longue période de temps passe avant qu'une personne réponde. Aujourd'hui, surprise! Pas de service. Il est 18h, le magasin ferme à 21h et aucune réponse au téléphone. Je peux dire que je ne me serais pas acharné si je n'avais pas fait l'erreur 5 ans plus tôt de prendre une location avec eux.
La minute que je peux faire service avec un autre centre Toyota, je le ferais sans hésiter.
La famille Toyota Gatineau, un beau slogan qui veut rien dire.

I had the best experience of buying a car and it's all thanks to Alexander Faria and Krystel Bellefontaine. I bought a beautiful black Ford fusion and the treatment I had was just perfect. Always ask Alex to be your sales and for Krystel to be your finance person and they will take care of you like they took care of us.

I bought an used Corolla recently. Alexandre Faria was the one who made my buying experience - SPLENDID. Ask for him if you guys want to deal with a professional.

Corolla 2017, j'ai du la faire remorquer 3 fois car il y a un drainage electrique dans l'auto depuis qu'ils ont reparer la radio deffectueuse. Les 3 fois aulieu de verifier, ils ont charger la battery et chaque fois elle meurt 3 mois plustard. Le concessionaire refuse de faire l'inspection necessaire et me propose un chargeur de 300$. Serivice inexistant.

Got my summer rims and tires from the service department. I had shopped around and they had a great price for the tires and the labour. I had booked in advance, but when one of my current tires had a blow out, they squeezed me in early and had me back on the road the same day I had dropped it off.

I had a terrible experience with the used vehicle purchase. I purchased last year a 2015 Toyota camry. Within one year there was a lot of rust at the back of the car. When I bought the car, I also bought 10 year rust protection service from them. However, when I brought the rust to their attention, they told me that thosr rust cannot be covered by the warranty. When I demanded an explanation of how one could expect to see rust in a car that was bought just one year ago and was always kept in garage and applied the rust protection as recommended, I was told by the salesman that I should contact the original owner. Notethat I bought the car from the dealership and the purchase documents mentioned the dealer as the entity from which I bought the car. Overall, this is a nightmare experience, given I paid more than 28000 for a car and that is just one year old under my ownership.

These guys are just about the same as any other dealer - quick to sell a car, and then when you have an issue, they leave you in the dust. Buyer beware.

Jai signé les papiers. Une semaine plus tard ils ont dit qu'ils ont fait une erreur. Toute la deal a tombé à l'eau. Jai perdus beaucoup de mon temps et argent la dedans. Le vendeur a été bon. Il a eu un gros très gros manque de communication entre directeur des ventes et evaluateur de véhicules. Svp faites attention je suis extrêmement déçu et frustré du service.

Bad place to go. Too expensive. I went there to fix my car. (Toyota 4 Runner), they charge me $1500+taxes, I didn't do it, In the same day, I checked an other garage, they fix my car for only $420.

I bought a 2019 tacoma from them after trading my 2015 higlander. I dealt with Nick A.and the service exceeded my expectations. There was no need for any haggling because he gave me his honest and best price upfront. (Which i can confirm was a good price because I checked it out.)

The best part about this place is I was expecting the whole upcharge tactic to conpensate for the good deal I got and there was none of that. Simon from finance another honest person even advised me that I did not need an accessory and if i wanted admit to purchase it then going for an after market item is a better option. I have never had a sales person look after my own bottom line before.

Honestly, if you are looking to buy a toyota and you want to be treated fairly and want to feel like you are a member of their family. Look no further!
