Not sure why you think I’m a paid shill. I was in your store for over an hour getting some gold appraised and browsing your watch collection.

All your watches were in poor condition all showing their age, yet you were asking almost retail pricing and when I pointed out that I could get the new version from Rolex for cheaper and proceeded to show you from their website you got all grumpy and rude.

You also under-quoted my gold by about 35% as I went I sold it later that day to one of your competitors.

It’s clear as day, you clearly know nothing about customer service and all your other one star reviews prove it.

I’ll never return and hopefully this review saves some people from coming to your shop only to be ridiculed and taken advantage of.

Never have I felt so unwelcome in an antique store in my life. The pure egotism of the man was downright rude…I called prior to coming, arrived on time, and received an unpleasant welcome. Don’t worry. I won’t darken your doorway again sir.

Came in right before closing. The owner was patient, professional, and courteous. His inventory was varied and unique, and he was very knowledgeable about it. I will definitely visit again when I have more time to appreciate it.

First visit.lovely shop with huge variety. The biggest plus though is Alexandr's courteous professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and craft, and very fair in his evaluations. I don't hesitate to recommend, and will visit again. Convenient hours as well.for those of us working during the week, being able to visit on the weekend is great!
