I live on the plateau for over 10 years and always come to this toy store to support local buisness. Yesterday standing in line for 15 minutes, the 2 cashiers allowed a lady to bud in front of me and tried to register another clinet in front of me before I said I was in line, I am a visible minority and it is obivious they did not care to serve me. I am never coming to shop here again.

Je soutiens cette entreprise depuis 10 ans mais l'attitude que j'ai reçue hier était inacceptable. Je ne ferai plus jamais de shopping ici.

Super beau petit magasin de jouet. Belle sélection. Un paradis pour les enfants qui ne veulent jamais en ressortir! Haha

Malgré que les magasins soient fermés à cause du gouvernement, il est possible tout de même de commander et de recevoir les jeux par livraison. Nous avons reçu notre 7wonders le lendemain de ma commande, juste à temps pour le jour de l’an. Un gros merci à toute l’équipe pour votre rapidité du traitement et de la qualité de la livraison!

J’ai eu un problème avec un jouet acheté là. En moins de 24 heures, c’était réglé! Excellent service.

J’avais 150$ en espèces à dépenser pour mes neveux mais ils ne prennent pas les espèces! Je suis allé à l’autre boutique de jeux sur Mont-Royal près du Jean-coutu dsl pour vs Ojeux!

I've been going past this store for years and regret I haven't gone inside before. Very nicely displayed for the space they have and a very diverse items for all tastes (almost even my very picky ones too). If you're around and need some gifts this is a good place to look at.

I have been going to this toy store for the last 7 years for all my daughter and her friends’ birthdays. Usually I have wonderful service but today I was disappointed for the first time. When buying 11 boxes of crystal growing kits (130$), I asked to have them gift wrapped individually as they always do. I was first told yes, of course, but then another young man said that it’s a maximum of 3 gifts that can be wrapped. So, being a little bit clever, I said ok, I’ll buy them 3 at a time then. He then had the funniest blank look on his face, and told me no, they can’t wrap them even if I bought 3 at a time. So I said, so it’s basically just bad service? He had no idea what to say, his colleagues all had funny smiles as if they knew that I had clearly caught him in a big lie. So I just bought the crystals and left. Disappointing.

Prix standards, assez identiques aux autres boutiques que j'ai pu visiter, on peut trouver parfois un peu moins cher dans de plus grands magasins ou sur internet.

Service courtois.

Très belle sélection de jouets, le magasin est beau et les employés, attentionnés, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur!

Très bon choix de jeux pour tous les âges. Educatifs ou purement ludiques. On y trouve aussi des casse-têtes pour les grands au sous-sol.

Have lots of variety of toys that are not easily found in typical chain stores.have a big puzzle section in the basement.

Excellent knowledgeable bilingual staff. Great for gift recommendations or finding obscure things. Open til 9 Thursday and Friday.
