OK Pneus

Waited one week for the appointment. They were supposed to change my winter tires to summer tires and do allignment. Dropped the car at the given time, and then they called and told me they couldn't do the job because tires are mo good. Which is good, so they are changing it then they told me they could not do the allignment because they had no time to do it.

J’ai fait installer des pneus chez eux, ils ont abîmé une de mes roues a plusieurs endroits. J’ai appelé plus d’une fois pour arranger la situation, on me répond que le patron va me rappeler, ce qu’il n’a jamais fait. Très déçu d’avoir fait affaire avec eux et service apres vente encore plus décevant.

Stopped in looking for a used tire. The person at the counter (red hair woman) was apparently not having the best of days and it reflected in your approach to me as a customer. Was supposed to hear back from them, still haven't. Bought my tire else but more importantly won't go back.

Emailed them late last night about getting my winter tires put on. They emailed me back next morning at 8am got appt for 4pm. Brought in the car at 4 then walked home (live down the street). They called me at 4: 30 to come get my car total cost 73$. Great service! Will def come back!

Retard sur l'heure du rendez-vous pour finalement attendre 1h30 pour me faire dire, nous n'avons pas vos pièces.
Me voici donc un ancien client fidèle.

Service très médiocre. Temps d'attente très long malgré la prise de rendez-vous. Prix discutable. On m'as remis ma voiture avec la batterie complètement vide.

They gave me an appointment for 1 pm and was told that the tire change would cost $100 and take approximately an hour on site.
I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, to my surprise they couldn't retrace my appointment and were swamped with other clients.
I was told that I would need to wait until 3pm as if this was normal.
I was trying to voice my dissatisfaction - The feeling I was given at this point was that this was all my fault. It looks like everything is still written down on papers. My recommendation is to get yourself a proper CRM and staff that knows how to talk to customers.
I hope my experience helps others.

I was put on hold for 20 min just to get a price for tires eventually i hung up. It was like calling bell something i would not expect from a tire place. Also what's the point of having a website you don't list your prices.

Been trying to make an appointment online for past couple of days now and no reply! I just got them installed at Canadian tire in pincourt last Thursday

I got a very competitive quote emailed to me, areanged for the tires to be fitted, on the day all went well, helpful and polite, nice waiting area, I will be back when I need some more tires.

Made an appointment with them to get my tires changed months ago for November 17th and they call me 2 days before saying they have to cancel the appointment and can't change the tires at all. What a bunch of clowns. Loser business with loser employees.

Au téléphone on me dit qu'on refuse de changer mes pneus d'hiver sous prétexte que je les aies acheté en ligne. Si mes pneus avaient été usagés on aurait accepté. La réceptionniste me dit que "son boss" réserve les places pour ceux qui achète les pneus en magasin.

I bought my winter tires in Oct 2018 and have been going to this place for oil changes ever since. But this is my second consecutive oil change we’re I arrived home with an oil leak. Had to go back in August. Just had my oil change and winter tires put on Friday (Oct. 24) and I have to go back on Monday. C’mon guys! I’m on the road and pump 7000KMs on my car every 2 months. Please get this right and respect my time. This is simply unacceptable. I have better things to do with my time than to having to bring my car back because it’s leaking oil all over my driveway!

Went here to get an oil change today. Great service, they did the job right away and the price was amazing.
