Great selection on long sleeves and the cashier was patience when I was trying to find the correct email address for my discount.

Excellent shop! I found everything I wanted. Any casual wear, at quite democratic prices. I will gladly come. Old school, old style, Old Navy:)

Je pourrais bien dire ces magasins possèdent une très grande variété de beaux articles qu' ont l'air être bien confectionnés, l'endroit est très bien situé, grand assez bien éclairé, propre. Ce qui me met un peu retissant avec ces Magasins les prix sont toujours trop élevés même quand ils ont des spéciaux une fois de temps en temps leurs spéciaux ne changent pas grande chose aux prix originaux réguliers, j'ai été fortement surpris autant de bons spéciaux cette fois ci, je me suis entrain de demander si je ne suis pas dans un rêve. Bravo pour cette fois ci a Old Navy. Continuez toujours de même à donner une très bonne satisfaction à vos clients.

Old Navy is the clothing store that has quality and quantity. The prices are reasonable. It has men's, women's, and children's clothes of all sizes.

Well maintained, well situated and a lot of options compared to some other locations Ive been to. & The staff was chill!

Shipping online and then going in store feels like you're shipping at two totally different brands.the selection in store is terrible not just of products but sizes too. It's a huge store but I've only ever seen 2 or 3 employees at a time and they're never especially helpful. The previous location had a much better layout and vibe and the staff there was great

They seem a tad low on stock, couldn't find classic old navy articles I was looking for. Still, hasn't changed.

Place has really lost its ways. Outdated looks terrible merchandising and innacurate pricing and the poor team working there was so over ot that they even empathize with the lackluster display and choice. Left buying nothing as where i used to always leave bags full. What a let down.

Sometimes, it is good to walk in, you might be find a best price ever. Yesterday, I bought my boyfriend a boxer 3,97$, another of 2times before I found 1,97$ for a boxer. Compare with the others location, this one have more cheaper prices. On the other hand, you can find a better price on website sometime. Its mean, some times the price at the store is better than website and opposite. Your shopping will be easier at Old Navy. One more secret, I often go there and spend less than 20$ each weeks for my shopping. My friends were so surprised about that

Large store, 12 changing rooms, and they do offer curbside pickup and in store pickup for online orders. Selection is amazing and there is washrooms and a water fountain in the store and right outside in the mall.

Spacieux et bon éventail de choix et de tailles. Pas facile de s'y retrouver dans tous les modeles, couleurs et tailles de jeans alors il faut s'armer de patience et d'autonomie mais pour le prix, c'est tout à fait acceptable.

Ça dit que ce magasin ferme à 17h le samedi, mais je conseille à quiconque de ne pas y entrer vers 16h30 avec l'espoir d'essayer des vêtements: les employées du samedi pm sont trop pressées de partir pour faire leur boulot jusqu'au bout. À 16h45, elles semblent déjà vouloir être en train de faire autre chose que de permettre à des clients de donner de la business à leur employeur. Pas de message à l'intercom, pas de "on ferme bientôt, les salles", juste une petite face dépitée de "ça me tente pas de t'aider, j'ai un samedi soir à commencer plus tôt que la fin de mon shift". J'imagine qu'en pénurie de main d'oeuvre, on peut pas choisir les gens les plus sharp, hein?

Je m'y suis rendu après le travail pour faire l'achat d'un baume à lèvres. Ceux-ci se trouvent près de la caisse. L'employée m'a refusé l'entrée à 18h53 sous prétexte qu'elles devaient nettoyer le magasin pour la fermeture. L'heure de fermeture est pourtant à 19h00. En considérant que le couvre-feu est repoussé à 21h30, il me semble qu'il est illogique de refuser l'entrée aux clients.

Elle m'a mentionné que c'était la politique à l'interne de fermer les portes à 18h45. Pourquoi ce n'est-il pas l'heure de fermeture qui apparait ici?

One of the best clothing shoap in downtown Montreal. It has all type of clothe and it provides many offer and discounts over the year but it not has wide variety of shirts it only has limited number of pattern. Sweater is one of the best products of old navy.

Clothes are nice in a basic style sense and they usually have a lot of deals and promotions. The staff are very pleasant as well.

The cheapest brand in the trilogy "Old Navy/ Gap/ Banana Republic" (all owned by the same company). Old Navy has nonetheless a wider choice of items, cheaper prices of course, and also frequently has discounted prices. A very good resource for casual clothes.

Nouvel emplacement au Centre Eaton: l'espace plus restreint rend l'expérience moins agréable qu'avant. Les employés sont très approchables et polis.

Les employés ne parlent pas français. Même pas un peu. Pyjama Noël c'est pas des mots très difficile à comprendre en anglais.

Poser une question en français à une vendeuse et me faire dire: « what? Je parle anglais.  » C’est un non. Je suis bilingue et je travaille comme tout le monde en parlant en français ou en anglais selon le client à qui j’offre un service. So GTFO avec ton « je parle anglais »!

Bien qu'il ne soit pas sur le grand étage de magasin, il vaut une visite. Les étalages sont toujours bien rangés et donc il est facile de voir quel morceau de linge vous sied. Les collections dont toujours hautes en couleurs et la coupe fait aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes.

This is not your everyday shopping store, this is a borred walking around in the Mall. I would say good for staying at home or going to the beach clothes, after that, forget it.

I purchase a pair of pants too expensive rather go to the old navy a New York get more for your money. Nice and neat store

This used to be one of my top places to shop for my sons clothing and now the baby boy section is hardly there. It’s disappointing. I went in this weekend and they didn’t even have baby boy shoes. It was literally just flip flops and a couple flats. What’s up with that? Why was the baby boy section downsized so drastically? The selection is obviously better online, but the whole point of going in store was for the experience and to get out of the house. Not a good place for baby boy clothing any more, unfortunately

Beaucoup de choix de vêtements. Prix raisonnables. Bonne disposition des rayons de sorte qu'on ne se sent pas trop à l'étroit quand il y a beaucoup de gens.

Not sure why they always ask for my email and cashiers appear offended whenever I decline. I'd shop more often but the checkout experience is terrible.

Nice place. It's big enough. I tend to go there much later than the busy times, so i like that they just let us stroll into the changing room without counting your clothes and just put out the ones you dont want. I kinda wish they had carts.

Not a pretty place and have very few personal to help you find your way, but the prices are unbeatable. Got some children clothes for less than a dollar. If you have time to browse and search for the right one, you can make some awesome deals here

Un de mes magasins préferés. Toujours propres et bien droit. Personnel abondant et souriante même un mercredi midi. Bonne variété de produits. Je recommande ce magasin pour tout (e) s les geeks et les gens qui cherchent des pantalons qui font bien pour les grosses fesses/cuisses/mollets.

Not the greatest quality (not terrible either) but the selection is good and the prices are very good. Overall I recommand!

Often way too busy at the most convenient hours. If you work in the area don't expect to get much shopping done on a break.

Overall it has a good selection with good prices, but other Old Navy locations are better (LaSalle and Pointe Claire) in terms of speed, clutter, and employee attitude.

Recently went and I thought boxers were 50% off, turned out it was buy one and get another 50% off, but when I asked at the cash they told me there were no deals on boxers at all. I would have spent more money to get the deal had they told me about the actual promotion.

I love finding geek shirts at this store. I also found shirts for my kid. Unfortunately, they do not have a wide variety under 1 year old. I did find a few shirts that I hope he will grow into.

It's old. It's navy. I love pixie pants so I end up here one or two times a month for lobster patterned pants or shorts with pretzels on them.

Sale and clearance prices are dirt cheap - I purchased a jacket for $16.99 that was regularly priced at $64.99. Tall and petite sizes are sold, which unfortunately is a rarity amongst major retailers.

Adorable petit magasin. Les vetements sont excellent compte tenu des prix abordables. Le choix est vaste mais il manque un peu de personnels. Pour le reste c'est parfait. Appartient à GAP et Banana Républic.

Nice spacious store. The staff is super nice but it is a bit hard to reach them to get help from them.
