J'ai eu un super service par une jeune fille souriante et accueillante.
Le magasin est grand, beau et propre (à noter qu'il y a une toilette accessible pour les clients dans la salle d'essayage; juste pour ça j'ajouterais 2 étoiles!)
Énormément de vêtements en rabais. Vaste choix pour femme, homme & enfants.
Je recommande fortement! Première et non la dernière visite.

Après une deuxième visite, vraiment, si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles sur 5 je le ferais.
Magasiner à cet endroit, que du gros bonheur!

Just had a great customer Service experience with Adriana at the Marche central location. She was super friendly and very helpful!

De loin le meilleur service à la clientèle dans un old navy! La personne aux salles d'essayage était tellement sympathique que j'y donnerais le double de son salaire. Elle le mérite!

Very unprofessional service we receive from from manager Lina and Cashier Georgia located Old Navy store 03381 in Marche Central. They are very rude and talk back to their client.

Today November 29th at 6.48 pm, Vente 033813051532202111290748, I went to buy cloths from Old Navy for my family members. I bought total $413.74 worth cloths.it was total 18 items. As i have bought lots of cloths for gift, I have requested Georgia to provide me with some empty bags. She denies giving me. She says she can't give empty bags.i told her so many times, i have them for gifts and what if i bought these items several time, will you not give that many bags? She have requested to talk to her manager, she told her manager that * il me nerve*, her manager shows up and gives us attitude, and tell us same thing that they can't give empty bags, they will run out, they have to order again etc.i insisted giving her bags, or charge me for empty bags and she gave me 3 more, but on the way back she says * oh My god *, i ask her why are you giving me attitude, she then comes back say to us that you can leave the store if you want.not expecting such behavior from a store manager, or the cashier. I often buy cloths from there.i won't go anymore, I like to speak to someone higher about their behavior.

Very happy with the service. Specially Georgia was a so so nice. We had a great experience today shopping at the store. Reasonable price and good quality. Once again good job Georgia.

La réglementation sanitaire est respectée sauf que personne surveille si les gens à l’entrée le respect ou pas, il y a de l’indication au plancher. Aux caisses il y a des panneaux de protection et les employés portent tous le masque.

Nous avons fait un changement de vêtements. Ils n'ont pas respecté le pris que nous avons payé avec 50 % de rabais, donc nous avons retourné mon cadeau d'anniversaire parce que sinon nous devons payer pour le même produit le double de son prix sans rabais. Politique de ventes nous le donnerions un cero.

La gérante m'a dit qu'elle me faisait une FAVEUR. Le produit reçu (commande en ligne) et le prix sur l'étiquette (sur le produit acheté en ligne) n'était pas le même. Elle m'explique le commencement du pourquoi, mais ne veut pas me rembourser la différence.

Very hard to judge.just that quality do not match the price. For the same price you can find better somewhere else.

Good value and friendly ready to help staff. I bought a winter jacket for 40 $, they have good quality jeans and pants. I wish they add more winter jackets.

Je déconseillé ce magasin old navy marché central, aujourd’hui j'ai trouvé une veste pour enfant rouge dans un rayon ou c'été mentionner 17,99 dollar! En caisse elle nous demande 34,99 dollar! Quand j'ai réclamer elle a refuser de nous donner d'autre solution et quand j'ai demander ou je peux réclamer elle m'a dit non nul part! 0 professionnalisme meme après avoir montrer mon mécontentement et que j'allais plus revenir elle me dit d'accord bonne journée.

La gérante Lisa manque beaucoup d'habilités en Marketing et en service à la clientèle, j'étais vraiment déçue. J'aimais beaucoup ce magasin mais là je n'irai plus làbas et c'est grâce à elle!

Online returns never work here.they even put up a makeshift sign on the door so you don't even try at the cash.what kind of service is that?

We ordered online and try to ask for refund post 60 days. Which was decline from the store. I will have to pay to send back online (disapointed)

One star is too much. Tried to do a return and was told they wouldn't refund me or give me a store credit because the tag had fallen off even though I had the tag and receipt and the clothing was never worn. When I called customer service I was told by "Rain" it's at the discretion of the manager. They don't take returns if the tag is not on. This must be a new policy because I never had problems before. So I went to another Old Navy and they returned it. Old Navy doesn't respect or honor their return policy. It is applied inconsistently and unfairly.

Très bien entretenu, le service est variable, parfois mieux que d'autres fois. Cette succursale est toutefois ma préférée de la bannière.

Quelques bons prix mais certains vêtements et tenues de sport sont quand même chers. Il y a une bonne section de liquidation.

Pire service pour client-e-s jamais reçu. J'en ressors avec une expérience très amère. J'adore Old Navy, mais je ne retournerai pas à celui du marché central à cause de l'attitude des employé-e-s (une en particulier).

Une autre grande chaine où on est mal traité. On ne trouve jamais la taille, la couleur ou le prix qu'on voudrait.mais on y va quand même parce qu'on se dit que, peut-être, il y aura des soldes et des prix (enfin) décents sur ce pantalon brun qu'on trouve ben laid, mais dont a besoin parce l'autre vieux de 6 mois est déjà déchiré.
