Olivia's Authentic Chicken

Disgusting side salad. Reported to cashier he said it done from 4days and he considered it fresh. Unprofessional staff. I find this like getting ripped off.

It’s pretty expensive for a small sandwich which is super underwhelming and lacks flavour, kind of soggy. Would go for the tenders instead but even then you’re in downtown there’s so much better options out there

Frozen Costco fries, coleslaw that tasted and smelled off, we changed that for 'buttered' corn, which was twice heated canned corn in a pool of margarine, powdered brown sauce (I've had better from a can), and fried chicken strips that hadn't been drained and soaked through 3+ napkins each.and staff who spent more time on their phones than serving customers, I had to try and get someone's attention to exchange the coleslaw. I guess the breading on the chicken tasted pretty good, and it was crispy once you drained the grease out.but for nearly $40 for 6 strips and '2' orders of fries with one disgusting side dish was not nearly worth it. I definitely won't be coming back.

Amazing tasting chicken with great side dishes and the sauces that accompany the chicken are great! Very clean open concept kitchen with awesome customer service.people look very happy working there.

Hands down one of the best places to get fried chicken in montreal. Both the boneless and bone chicken are amazing. The texture is super crunchy and the inside is tender! The wait is worth it since they they always cook a new batch when you order there. If you are passing by downtown, you should definity stop there!

I used to like the place. Now it's so badly managed that the same person make the sandwich and take your money and handle the menu while on the phone. Very long wait time for a simple sandwich made not carefully. Well deserved 2 stars.

This is THE BEST chicken i have eaten in my entire life. I ordered the single box with a side poutine. The chicken was absolutely delicious, the BBQ sauce was delicious and the poutine was delicious. Everything was just perfect. In the restaurant i work, a side order of poutine is $3.95 extra. Here, a small one (quite a good size for a size small) IS ONLY $1.25! Amazing price! The employees are also very kind, the food was fresh! The decorations in the restaurant are gorgeous. The way the walls are painted is also gorgeous. Simply everything about this place is amazing, and i would 100% recommend! The best fried chicken on the island!

La fraîcheur au rendez-vous. Poulet très tendre. Pannure très bonne, pas épaisse. Sauce maison. Salade (macaroni) fraîche et délicieuse. Même si je n'ai pas mangé sur place, l'endroit est très propre. Pour une nourriture à consommer à l'occasion, je l'ai trouvée excellente. Et le personnel était gentil.

Crispy but tasteless and overpriced.

We tried a box of boneless chicken and a box of bone in chicken. The breading is very crispy and some pieces of chicken were moist and pleasant to eat.

But the breading and the chicken are tasteless, barely any salt and no other flavours. The bone in chicken was greasy and most pieces were way over cooked. Many pieces were not entirely covered by the breading and the meat was not protected from the frying oil.

Overall a disappointing experience. And 3$ for a tiny cup of an OK sauce? Really?

Found the chicken mushy, oily, and gross. Vibe was kind of nice and staff were really friendly too

Very good food. More on the expensive side, as the 6 chicken strip combo with sauce and a side came out to around $40. Chicken was very good and the fries are amazing. Highly recommend if you are willing to spend higher amounts of money on chicken tenders and fries.

Meilleur poulet frit à Montréal! Très juteux et croustillant. Service impeccable ansi que très rapide. Les caissières sont toujours très souriantes et gentilles. Je recommande ce restaurant à tout les amateurs de poulet frits!

Ridiculous, very expensive for a tiny sandwich. Now they have different size options (they actually ask you how many grams you want the piece of chicken in your sandwich to be!) I hope other places in Montreal won't follow this idea

I have heard many good things about Olivia’s, but unfortunately it fell flat.

I ordered Olivia’s poutine which comes with chicken and hot sauce. I waited about 20 minutes to get my plate (way too long for fast food) and then noticed the chicken was undercooked. The poutine itself isn’t anything special; the hot sauce is good and tasy but the chicken is a bit bland. Not sure I’ll ever go back, there are so many better chicken places in the area.

I've been really disappointed with the size of the chicken and the flavour. In the past I have loved going here, but my past 2 or 3 times I have really not enjoyed my food.

The chicken was basically a thin slice of meat with breading. And last time the chicken felt chewy, dry and flavourless. Very disappointed.

Amazing place. The food is amazing. The owner and the workers are great! The treatment is very personal and warm!

Burger was good, chicken was juicy and tender and everything but if I have one constructive critique it’s that the fries are way too oily, they could strain it better in my opinion, but they were still good nonetheless, just couldn’t finish them because of how much oil there was still in them. It’s also quit expensive for fast food, a burger alone can cost you 16$ with no extra added… lots of good combos for even less at competitive burger restaurants around the area. Not really worth the price, but still good. 6.5/10

Chicken was raw (a bit pink), got a bit disgusted and didn’t finish eating my meal. I told an employee they said that’s how it’s supposed to be, but that’s hard to believe. If I feel sick tomorrow I know why.

Fantastic chicken. They had our pickup order ready earlier than expected and when it was left sitting for too long without us even asking they made a fresh batch. Excellent service
